ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE! Nothing but agrivation with this app! Vendors setting up deliveries and they don't show up on"Ready for pickup" List! Deliveries marked as delivered, showing back up on the list time after time! Totally unreliable in-app GPS! IF IT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE AN ADDRESS, it will put the pin drop any old place! I've wasted more time and resources chasing after bad pin drops! Delivery drivers need to be able to count on their tools! I CANNOT count on WMS!
This app is what I'm required to use for work. We have had nothing but problems using it since day 1. I don't know why the job continurs to use it but.. When it works it's got some issues that need to be dealt with but generally not to bad. But lately these past few days it has made work almost impossible to do and close out orders and possibly gonna cost workers to not get paid correctly or on time because the app went buggy and won't let you use the camera. Needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY!!
Why don't I have the ability to answer back passengers who are asking me a question, through the system, about their luggage? With the labor shortage, I am the only one delivering luggage. This means, when I have more than I can do, I have to leave some deliveries for the next day. Your system is so stupid. It is emailing the passengers that their luggage has been delivered when it actually hasn't. Just because the deliver by time has been reached doesn't mean the delivery has been made.
Garbage. This app hasn't worked correctly in months. Pure trash. Have to close out deliveries multiple times. I wish it would go away for good. My company uses it and I complain about it constantly as do our other drivers
Doesn't always work. Assign a bag as delivered, drive off and a few minutes later it says it wasn't delivered. Frequently gives errors for no reason. Unreliable and frustrating to work with.
Its a great app If it would work without Crashing every day. Its just anoying when youre on the go and you have to make several tries before it begins to work right. Needs DEFFINATELY NEED FIXING!!!
Doesn't work more than half the time. When trying to close out orders, constantly getting error messages. Causing deliveries to show up late when they're not.
2 stars because when I have the app open and am on route it keeps saying "WMS has stopped" then minutes after closing and reopening the app it says "WMS KEEPS STOPPING" FIX THIS AS I AM FORCED TO USE THE APP FOR WORK!!!!
For a work app,keeps keeps closing. Sent numerous reports. I see through time this app has many crashes inspite of reports i still sent and others.
the application is simple but it does what it is supposed to do. I don't see any reason to give it a negative rating just because it isn't all the pizzazz you wanted to be. Maybe some people like things simple. I'm going to go ahead and give them a 5-star. I will recommend that day allow the GPS to actually take you to your GPS and start navigating. Other than that man it's all good. 5 stars
keeps crashing over and over especially when everything is filled out so you then have to redo everything. which is akward for the customer!!!
app rarely works, closes out often, doesnt connect when trying to mark bags as delivered or otherwise.
Even after the latest update this App keeps crashing, unable to use it right now. Fix it!
More problems and issue then time it actually works correctly. This app is more a burden than an asset for your business

On its best day it's terrible. The rest of the time, it's useless.

Have to use this useless, buggy trash app for work. It crashes all the time, spins and spins and spins, and then loses geotagging, signature and photos all the time after saying that "the order updated successfully". Orders are marked delivered, or out for delivery, and then hours later, they revert back. App is terribly slow, doesn't work offline, doesn't have navigation, can't respond to messages sent.
