Cant open the app since the update. Goes to a white screen. Needs fixing

Love the app and normally have no issues. However after this last update, i cant even log on to it. Im not locked out of my account, changed my password but still cant log on with the app. I cant even use the website. Please fix this! I have a android phone not sure if its doing it on other phones.

The Woodlands National Bank app is very user friendly. I go to school several hours from the closest branch of Woodlands, but with the mobile banking app I am able to take care of everything as I need. The mobile check cashing is amazing! You have to call the bank to enable this feature on your mobile account, but it takes 3 minutes, and was no hassle whatsoever. This app is a very BIG feature for such a small bank.

Always get locked out of my account. Ive had to change my password 3 times within a month period due to me being locked out. Ive had to call several times for help so I can get back into it and all they tell me is i have to change my password and that its expired even though I had the password for no longer than two weeks. They also told me its because i go into it too much or get my password wrong too much even though i have the thumbprint lock on it and didnt even go on it every day.

Most function work extremely well. Occasionally have difficulty entering system which is something on banks end. Come back half hour later and system usually works.

A pretty basic mobile app. with simple features and easy to use. You can't get in a traffic jam here.

Actually get locked I continuously get locked out of my account continuously have to change my password continuously have to call and then deal with the same problems continuously online banking and the app is ridiculously useless

HORRIBLE Tried the app, says I can't deposit checks and that I have to call despite a customer since inception at Zimmerman. I'm now looking for another bank that is up to date and with the times. Good for old people...not for techy people.

the mobile banking app is fairly easy to use and very convienient to check you bank transactions, what i especially like about the app is the mobile upload of a check and the option to block your debit card from payments and the ability to unlock it for future use.

it's a great way to check bank accounts, very few problems with the App. It's not always up to date,it's had a few problems hopefully it will be fixed.

Works awesome WHEN it works. I do understand when the app needs maintenance though. Sometimes, however, can be locked out for awhile.

I've been with Woodlands for 25 years and have only a few glitches, other then that I am pleased with the service especially through the Covid shut down.

I love the app, but it quit working properly after recent android updates. Please fix the bugs.

It turns on when it wants..i have to uninstall an reinstall hoping it would work again

I have attempted to load the most recent update 10 times and it doesn't work. Not worth 1 star.

Functional easy to use app. Mobile deposit is great. Updates require online login sometimes.
