The new app is very bad. It is hard to move around in it and it has way too many ads.

The app is as bad as the website. I am presented with a pop up advertisement as soon as I pass the notification dialogue. The content is just 'dropped in', and feels cluttered and disorganized. I had hoped the app was improved over early versions, but it seems only the load time has improved. Won't make the mistake of installing this a third time.

Always enjoy the weekday newscast, morning, noon, evening and night! The entire cast is great! ALL of the meteorologists are very good, understandable and usually accurate! The weekend was once fantastic, but they are slipping somewhat in the news department!! Too many faces and newscasters being used!

This new update isn't working for me. It wont let me watch live, it keeps stopping.

I dont usually do reviews but I am so beyond FRUSTRATED with the new update to the WNEM app! The 2 biggest frustrations are the fact that when I click on a news article to read it and then go back to continue looking it takes me all the way back to the top of the news feed forcing me to have to scroll down to get back to where I was in the list of news feeds. I also can not share individual news stories now when I select share on a story it sends the whole list of news feed! Argh!! Fix this plz!

Not impressed with the updated app. So many ads and the old app was much better layout.

Amazing. Multiple updates later and it still doesn't work. The app doesn't display stories. You can select the title from the list, but it ends up going to a blank page. I mean, why would anyone need a news app to work when massive flooding is occurring.

App game on for 30 seconds of commercial on live Channel 5 news then 5 minutes of silence at least I'm just burning up my data with no information on the screen it was running but not showing up saying this app is John especially if it shows me just the weather for a 30 second clip and then five minutes of blank I don't know what's wrong with this app but the screen doesn't auto rotate either so I can't put it in a holder it's very hard junk I'm deleting

After the last update the article descriptions are cut off so you dont know what its fully about until you click on it. This has me using other news sources until i see the next update to see if this gets fixed. Call me old fashion but i like to know exactly what the article im clicking on is about before having to click on it.

Keep your garbage ad filled site can't even open it without an Ad...

I do not like this updated app. It is very stark and lacking compared to the previous app.

I can't do nothing with the last up date. I used to hop on this app for the weather all the time because it was quick and easy. Now I can't do nothing, guess I will have to go elsewhere to get my news and weather. Would of gave no stars if it would of let me.

have used the WNEM app for several years..until now. every 'update' has made it increasingly annoying to use with more ads and less information to browse through. thanks to this app..which is now uninstalled, ill be switching to MLive Saginaw/Bay City on a traditional browser for local news from now.

If you want outdated local news.

Cant stand the new app functions ... Dont download the update if you still have the older version !! This ones a pain in the derriere 😖😝🤭

This latest update has to be one of the worst rollouts that I've ever had the experience to see. It's sad really, I've been using this app for years without any issues.

your weather alerts link is broke atleast on android Samsung. there are also bugs In the school closings. these are bugs that anyone could fix. you're our local news. the least you could do is have an app that works. please update...

Since the update the app won't open most of the time and links lead to blank pages. Disappointing.

I try not to miss my favorite by far news channel but if I do, I have this app to keep me up to date with breaking news in my area as well as surrounding areas. I'm so happy I was turned on to this app for it's awesome to have. WNEM No. 1 fan, Russell

I don't think the app. Is user friendly for older people. When I go to weather, it's takes me longer to find the Doppler weather.

i would like to see more local stories.. saginaw, bay city midland. not flint flint flint midland. its like that on your tv news, youre always tellung about all the activities offered in every town but saginaw, very minimal saginaw coverage.

it seems to be fine for news media around the area, not many ads which is a good thing, there is nothing worse than ads every few minutes on any apt.

Please go back to the old APP. This was my favorite source of news and weather. Now its a headsore to try to navigate through.

having to uninstall and reinstall an app for it to work properly gets to ya. if it didnt fix the problem, something else will start twitching

Very biased reporting over the past few years and has only gotten worse. There is also no places for comments for people who don't support facebook.

very bad app. can't go full screen, freezes constantly. junk.

One story wouldn't close. Don't like that

I just updated yesterday and I can't get into anything it is so slow go back to the orignal another thing why all the ads and I keep getting robo calls since the update
