Love wnep and all the anchors. My only issue is with the volume of the app itself. I can play something on Spotify just fine, but head over to the wnep app and not be able to hear very well. Often i put my phone in a tall cup just to amplify the sound. Other than that it works great and it's very user-friendly.

I don't like that I can't find all the news stories unless there is not as many listed. Also, the weather portion is horrendous!! The old one was way better. The radar map is so tiny. I have to look all over to figure out what the weather is going to be. Very poor! I agree with others about the substantial increase in the number of ads. You can hardly navigate without them getting in the way of scrolling down. Wnep - you can do better than this!

With my last update a few weeks ago I am not able to have the temperature on my home screen. Is there a way to fix this? Been watching WNEP news for 31 years. Keep up the good work!

Have always enjoyed this program. Only wish is that i could cast it on tv. Live in pike county and many services do not provide pa chanels to know what is going on weather , politcal issues or social issues. Do love channel 16.

constantly crashes, freezes my screen, then freezes my entire phone. I can maybe scroll down and read about 4-5 stories before it crashes or freezes, very unreliable... which is a shame, I am a school resource officer in the valley and I rely on the school closings list when bad weather hits, and I am rarely able to access or scroll thru the list before it crashes.. please fix for better rating..

Don't fix what isn't broke. The old stormtracker app was much better. This one is ad laced causing the screen to scroll on it's own and I haven't found a setting to display the weather on my home screen like I could on the old app. Also, I couldn't even try this new app until I got a new phone. Said incompatible with my other phone which worked with every other app except this one.

Very disappointed that you got rid of Stormtracker 16. One click and I got to the radar, the temperature displayed on my lock screen and status bar. None of that works on this app. It does look nice but the ads loading causes the screen to jump around so it makes it difficult to read an article.

App is a vast improvement over the old WNEP app. Much faster and notifications are useful. Only use it for the news, since I use other sources for weather. Missing one star due to how many ads populate in the app, though I can understand why they are there. Nothing is free. Highly recommend if you live in WNEP's viewing area.

I hate the new weather app. I don't like the layout at all. Being able to view the days of the week up and down gives you a greater amount of content. Why would you switch it? When the information displays left right you're doing a lot of scrolling that isn't necessary. You should have stuck with the old layout. I won't use this one

Not too bad. Could use a facelift. The biggest annoyance are the ads while watching the news. It same commercial over and over and over and the volume is always super loud.

Garbage app you watch an ad for everything on this junk. No search bar. And as soon as you get done watching an ad for a video miraculously the video never plays so you have to refresh only to be greeted by another ad and a video that doesn't work. Thy sure got one thing right though these ads always work!

Everytime I open the app it crashes. It's useless at the moment. You can't read the news stories! I'm hoping they get it fixed. My other news apps are working fine. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It didn't help. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 phone.

This app would be useful, if it weren't for it being laggy, unresponsive, and the frequent crashes. This type of app needs to be faster and more lightweight in order to be functional. God help anyone who would need this in an emergency.

Horrendous, bad coloring, terrible setup, can't find some things (particularly a link to PSBB) and is hard to really figure out where you need to go...older app was VASTLY BETTER, has to be a function of the change in station ownership ☹ I downloaded it, checked it all out, and will be removing it immediately...very disappointing, since I love WNEP 😢

Good app except even though I have my notifications set for weather only, my phone is constantly showing notifications for breaking news and other news stories. All of these are turned off except severe weather so I don't know why it keeps waking my phone for news articles.

Hate the colors. The light blue with white text has very low contrast text. Why can't I remove Moosic from my weather page? I will never live there and I don't care what the weather is there. How can I change the app to a dark app? Everything is so light! I love change but to change for the sake of changing and not improvement is a waste of labor dollars. You missed it.

I use this app daily to read the news but it's hard to scroll and read the news when Sponsored Content keeps pushing articles down. I have 120 in a row and they are reruns over and over again. Cant even read the news anymore. As soon as I scroll and get to one, one of those sponsored content adds that didn't load earlier loads and pushes the story down more.

On the old (weather) app I could zoom in on my house and see weather in surrounding areas, this new one I can't do that!!! DON'T LIKE! I could click on the old one, and it tell me the weather now, and it gave alerts of Pending bad weather, wherever I was, Scranton, Bloomsburg or even Myrtle Beach S.C! Now, it tells me what the weather WAS 10 minutes ago! APP WILL NOT UPDATE!!!

Terrible go back to the old app. can't search by county. Ads all over the screen. The only news is scranton and wilks barre I don't live there I could care less. Weather for moosic I don't live there. Deleting until things are fixed and won't watch the "news station" either. Going to wbre they are much better

The updated design looks nice but the ads are ridiculous! You try to watch any news story or Live Updates, but you miss the first minute because of ads. And you cannot open the story ahead of time to get the ad out of the way.

I've been watching WNEP for the last 15 years, since I've moved to Schuylkill county. In my opinion it's the best local news. Small town feel, humourous, detailed and genuine. I also really appreciate how much they do for shelter animals. The app is good, especially for the weather. Great radar and it's free! Love that! Nothing glitchy in the app either. Happy to support.

Too many ads screen is always moving because of ads. Miss the weather only app with radar for storms. Still didnt fix anything terible app radar doesn't go in motion still to many ads jumping things around you would think with their money they would at least try to fix it. Just junk 9/3/20

Why am I receiving news alerts/notifications? I only want to receive weather alerts. Even after going into settings and turning everything off, I'm still getting news alters. You missed the mark on this one.

This updated / new app is bad. All ads. Difficult to use. You can't even scroll pages. Updare*** Uninstalled after several weeks to see if it improved at all. Nope. Yhe only thing this app allows you to see are ads.

Not a fan of this new app at all! The Stormtracker app was fantastic and easy to use. I have to click too many places to get to weather and the radar map. Dislike this new app very much and I am uninstalling to find a new weather one.

I have a Samsung Note 4 and a Samsung Chromebook but this app tells me I have no compatible devices. Also on windows, live news and chromecast don't work. I made the mistake of deleting the old app and now I can't install the new one. What's up.

Way too many ads. Hard to tell what is a story and what is a ad. The old weather app was much better than having the weather buried in with the stories like it is now. Not impressed at all !
