It work well when it still call woob. Right now I even can't update my resume. So sad this apps suppose to be the good one before. The lagging is real.
Job listing not appear even after selecting all the filter options. Uninstalling now.
It is a really great applications to use for applying different varieties of job.
Feedback: Greetings, it seems the messages from job posters are not always there. Sometimes it appears, sometimes it is gone. I think there's a glitch. The data is not being pulled into the app to appear. Kindly do check on this since some job posters dont leave any email address, nor reply directly with their own email. They use WOBB's in-app messaging. Platform OS: android Pie (SAMSUNG NOTE8) Version: 28
super laggish although offers look attractive. too slow to perform job search. not recommended and it is a waste of time browsing through jobs in this app with everything loading so slow. i never believed my friend about the app being slow until i experienced it myself just now.
User friendly app. Easy on the eye and all of the information I want is easily accessible to me.
Today is my first time using wobb app for virtual interview. I found out lagging issue happened when I was typing. But to the previous issues faced by many users, I didn't encounter most of issues since I've started using the app yesterday (just for my case). Login is fast for wobb account but I couldn't load LinkedIn login page, loading for company page is OK, search and filter feature are OK. Able to cancel application if I swipe wrongly. Overall, I'm satisfied with this app!
Layout is good but the problem is, none of the tabs on the bottom part works. I can browse through jobs but I can't go to saved, profile or basically anything else other than the tinder-like job ads. I've uninstalled and installed it but the problem still persists.
same work cycle, i interact with one of them to upload my resume but when im using this apps.. chatbots ask for "YES", "WHY" what for? giving hope? at then "they will contact you" and so on.. same words..
edit: devs were fast to respond about what the issue was. for those who sign in with google, make sure your contact email stays the same. other than this issue, this program is responsive and useful. thanks, team wobb. original: i'm not sure what's up with the app since i have good experience with the website, but it seems all my user information will not sync with the app. all of my details are still the same as the first google sign in info despite me updating it on the website.
The app is not user friendly. It has problems even to open the app. The app forces the job seeker to decide whether to view or reject a job straightaway. They should have a KIV option instead. Also a button to see previous jobs that has been viewed. I don't recommend the app but the desktop version is ok.
Already uninstall. I have entered the right email and password but cannot log in. And when i tried through web, i can log in. it show that i've entered the right one. Then when I want to upload cv through web, it stuck and hang. I don't want to use this apps / web, but the job i want to apply have to go through this worse app ever. Please upgrade your web and app.
I am responding in hope that it helps you and your company to rethink about the way you respond end-users and the way you develop your app. To be fair I write both pros and cons of your app and brand. I hope it helps you. Please consider that these are some humble feedbacks from someone who has been worked in software development industry for more than 20 years and almost recent 8 years in managing mobile app developments. Pros: Very clean User interface and almost good UX Very good brand name "WOBB" Very nice color combinations in logo and app Cons: Too many bugs in mobile app (e.g never stopped-busy icon or emails with capital letters are not accepted even though the email is correct) Users rated 2.x on Google Play which is a very low rate and as I see many people reported same issues and seems you dont/cant fix the reported issues The way that you responded the end-users when they report bugs (e.g "reinstall the app" or "retry") In general these are my rates to your each individual departments: UI/UX --> 4 out of 5 Mobile app --> 2 out of 5 Back end --> 2 out of 5 QA --> 1 out of 5 Customer Service --> 1 out of 5 I think your brand and your app has a very good potential but there are some serious issues need to be fixed. Hope it helps. Cheers.
I have a problem launching the apps, sometime I had to connect my other phone hotspot to open the apps. And still, it take so much time to load. I think the apps had a problem with maxis provider. It only happening when im using hotlink or maxis wifi.
So many feature needed to be fixed here. I think it's not user friendly where you cant search for job preferences. Very limited job openings and most of the jobs which i applied, the employer didn't even open it.
I think this app need more improvements. eg: pls do filter in the working place so that people can go straight to the point for finding what they want instead of just swipe all the way through
Is convenient to view the job but the apps keep reject my resume. always show incorrect password even i reset 3 times, so every time log in still need to reset a new password. Hope to improve it. Thanks!
I think it's easy to use and it is a great way for users to get to know employess and vice versa Would be great if there was an option to filter out and know if a job is remote, hybrid or fully on site
Poor platform. Poor functions, even updating your CV wont work tho the file is below 2mb. Dont even get me started on the desktop site that doesn't allow you to login and keep loading after keying in credentials. All in all since day one i have tried, and i dont think anyone takes this app seriously probably because of the flow and the tinder-based idea of the app. Who wants an employee night stand after all? Yet it pushes notification for you daily to check new job ads, which aren't in ur field
I have great experience using WOBB for the past few months. The app is easy to use and is very beneficial and effective in terms of applying for jobs. Companies happened to be more engaged in this platform and the call back process is also better compared to other job search platforms
Okay, I had tabs problem with redmi but after I enable the button pop up in my phone, wobb tabs work again. I think its the screen display internal sensor need to align with wobb program as it changes setting in the device
Hiredly provides one of the best job portal services and also headhunting services! The recruiters are super helpful, the application is also very user friendly and easy to navigate.
Don't bother, I have master in computer science from number1 univ in malaysia I didn't get a single interview, the irony is hiredly (WOBB) itself needed someone in "Natural language processing" which is exactly my field, I applied but never heard from them they don't even send you a message like sorry you weren't shortlisted! USELESS APP.
Cannot find the search box for job. Only shows the job that does not even relate to me. No option to search. Looking everywhere for the search button.
can't login. tried LinkedIn it just asked to login once then nothing happens. same with Google and email. seems it can't verify or something. no error. just nothing happens. better stick to web version. this app epic failure.
Worst job finding app.. how many time we filter the specialization keep coming job from other areas and and other availability only. We can't filter anything. Reject the job also keep bouncing back only
Stupid app. Spam insurance notifications , despite turned some of it off and leave jobs related notifications on, then somehow there's a "restored" notifications turned on and keep sending the notifications. I end up turning off whole notification services. Rethink about your business model. You wont get loyal users this way.
