I have limited equipment and this app allowed me to input the equipment I have and only gives me workouts that I am able to do with my equipment and space. Although this app does not give specific weights or intensity I don't find that a problem. This app generates randomised wods and warmups suited to the generated wod in which ever of the catagories I choose. it also has a smart wod function which generates workouts focused on the movements I have not trained very much.
I really enjoy this app. It has helped me transform my fitness regimen into more than just cardio and weights.
The beta version granted access to all the features. Now unless you pay for the app you can't even choose the equipment. It seems that all home gym owner have ropes to climb or bike ergs. Having all those wods to choose from is nice, but that's about it. Haven't found a better app so far, but neither did I find the motivation to purchase it.
Great app! lots of good workouts and you can customise the workout with scaling up or down 👍
I'd heard about this app and was eager to try it out but non of the premium features (timer, warmup, etc) are available without paying first. A trial version would have helped. The workouts seemed good so was disappointed I couldn't use the app properly.
Good for changing up your workout each time. Really useful app. Only thing is the time limits can be impossible to achieve (e.g. Works out to something like a rep every 3 seconds to achieve). However, I just ignore the time limits and do all the rounds until I'm done 👍
Great app! Perfect for what it is. Glad that it keeps improving. Would like to see an option where you can filter for how much time you have for certain wods

best purchase ever!! not only is helping me to stay fit but also is teaching me how to do the exercises well!! also super convenient for traveling and keep yourself fit!!
Exactly what I was looking for in a WOD app. Applicable to fitness levels, helpful definitions with video links and the ads are minimal.
Seems to have around 100 workouts? And they all recycle the same 3 movements, makes for a very boring app. Also, filters do not work. I set it to know I don't have pull up bar and yet it still gives me workouts with strict muscle ups!
very great app workouts are great and easy to follow. Also the links to video showing you how to do the exercises is a great idea

Fantastic app that provides 1000's of workouts if you ran out of ideas catered to the equipment you may or may not have if you configure the settings to whatever you have.
this app is to the point very simple and i love it. great wods on here random app selection and couldnt have picked a better one. very happy with it already!
