The app was good before the video's started to play without being clicked on. And when you are in a place where you can not make any noise. And it starts playing with the volume up. It is a bad thing. December 2021 update it's happening again. February 11 2022 it blasted a commercial as soon as it opened. I received some people's dirty looks for making noise

App seems to be buffering most of the time when I need it, I have First Alert app as well and the apps differ by 4 to 8 degrees

The worst app ever! All it does is spin. Have to keep uninstalling to reinstall and hope it opens.

I'm trying to read a story and unwanted ad audio pops up. It is irritating. I just close the app to stop it. About ready to pull the plug on this app. .

Last version was better look, new version doesn't update news yet often enough. From 2018 on things improved, more sharing, but not all articles. NEVER any comments allowed. Bumped up another star. Since 6/2020 update, all articles failing. Un- and re- installed, no difference. Seems articles go most then app stops. Only app on phone doing it. May 2021: app works but articles fail to load or share. Previous version did not have any issue once fixed. No need 4 new version. Down to 2 *'s. Was 4.

Why can't app makers just leave things that work alone! Don't fix it if it is not broken. Click on a story and get a blank screen now. Takes for ever to load. Boxy style not for me. I will give it a little while but will probably uninstall if things don't change soon.

This app will probably be removed from my phone today. I have been using the 19 News app since its inception. I liked it before. This change was unnecessary and poorly thought out. Get rid of its developers, you got robbed. I will find another local news app to read daily. Tried again. Still terrible. National news no longer available using the menu.The videos start automatically and must be shut off if you prefer to read. Pages go white. Return to stories sends you to top of page.Terrible

There's something wrong with it I updated it and my icon disappeared. I need this news station or some Cleveland news station and if this app won't work I'll get a new station. I wondered what was wrong because the new stories weren't coming up so I updated it and opened it but it still won't work

The new update has ruined the app. Every article that I open brings up a blank screen. The application was just fine as it was. Now it is full of click bait ads, sponsored content and useless articles you cannot view.

Well organized, with a great deal of local and national news information. Easy to navigate, with an excellent format for saving, and sharing various articles. An excellent app.

App doesn't open half the time, it just keeps spinning. Or it opens the story and then a blank screen if you try to scroll to continue reading. FIX IT this is worthless!!!

Fix the app from constantly giving a blank screen. If you can't fix it, bring us back the old version of the app. That app hardly ever had a issue.

I loved this app until they started taking over my home screen with a floating notification bubble on my home screen. I could not find a setting to prevent it so, I had to uninstall & switch to another news app.

The new update was a horrible idea. App was just fine the way it was. All the video auto plays..and articles go blank after a few seconds. Bad

Latest update is absolutely horrible!! The layout is really odd, the news doesnt update often enough, it updates like every 5 days with only 5 stories. Ive been using the fox 8 app ever since this update, and Im not a fan of it either but its far better than whatever this is. I used to only use this one, PLEASE FIX I WANT MY 19 APP BACK!!

You took the ability to share individual articles and made it to where I have to share the whole app to whatever platform I choose to share on , this is a big disappointment from the older app Up date I now can share some stories but only if I allow access to my personal photos and any media I use which to me is unacceptable

Well app deleted!! Just terrible. Your about to read it jumps tho beginning then to make matters worst, there's a pop up making this little sound that's says you been chosen to win 750. On gift card click ok.... blah blah blah. Use to like it before. Not now! Sorry I'm deleting🤨😕. Maybe, if fix I'll installed.

Uninstalled, I can't have a video playing full blast every time I open the app to check the news. Used to be my go to for local news, just keeps getting worse.

Have had this news app forong time. This newest update is horrible. I hate the layout and when you try to look at story the screen goes blank. Should have just left it alone

I love reading the news and checking the app but since the new update when you click on a story to read it takes you to a different one not the one selected! 5 stars if it didn't do that

ok woio you can cut out the incessantly appearing ads and videos. you can make it possible to share stories. this source is a network of confusion. not to mention the grammar and spelling issues ....

The front page is way too busy since the new version went live. The old version was very easy to read and navigate around

TERRIBLE. THE FACT THAT YOU THINK ITS OK TO CONSTANTLY RUN ADS IS RIDICULOUS. THE SAME AD RAN 13 TIMES IN A ROW BEFORE ANY CONTENT PLAYED. THE SAME FACTORY DIRECT AD ON REPEAT 13 TIMES, THEN 2 MINUTES OF CONTENT AND THEN GUESS WHAT??? FACTORY DIRECT AD 6 MORE TIMES BACK TO BACK TO BACK TO BACK TO BACK TO BACK TO BACK.
