Wolves App

I cannot open the app on my phone since the upgrade. It is saying there is a battery usage issue. I've done the usual uninstall/reinstall, restarting etc, but to no avail! It's working fine on my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab A), just doesn't fit in my pocket!!, but not on my phone which is a Samsung Galaxy-A21s. I did use this app almost everyday, gutted!! Very prompt response from the developers, app now working fine on my phone. Thank you very much.

There is a fault where by when you click on match centre button during a live game followed by commentary for the live text commentary - the text does update but the issue that needs to be fixed is that when you don't touch the mobile phone for about 30 seconds and the screen switches off - this exits you out of the app and takes you to the desktop screen of the mobile. The app does not stay loaded on the text commentary when the mobile screen switches off. You have to keep reloading app.

After my issues with the App earlier, I contacted the developer about the issues. I can't fault the speedy response time to fix the problem. The App is working great now. I retract my one star and give a well deserved 5 star. Thanks👍😁

Living in the USA, this has made the preseason a much better experience for me. Unable to access the Europa League qualifiers on TV the app allowed me to easily listen to The Wolves broadcast on my phone so I didn't miss a second driving home from work. The tranfer notifications have come immediately to me which has also made life easier keeping up with the upcoming campaign.

Good app, best feature is getting live commentary on the wolves, every game, no matter how big or small the game. The downside, what makes this a 4 instead of a 5, is that the live commentary can be a bit glitchy and drops out from time to time (but it could be that my Wi-Fi might be a bit dodgy sometimes...).

Good app, able to get tickets, buy merchandise and you get information on deals and sales. Great app for a Wolves fan!

You can't find the live commentary on matchdays. Sometimes the icon disappears and there's nowhere within the menu to access commentary. Also whenever you pause commentary to sinc with TV pictures it reverts back to live even with auto Refresh turned off. Things were much better last season when you could watch Matchday Live on YouTube and then continue to listen to the commentary via YouTube. This season it is a complete shambles. It's a real shame. I used to love listening to Mikey Burrows.

Fine, but the Commentary on matches doesn't run properly as a background app (like most other audio apps do). Moving the phone while listening often causes the stream to stop. Can't listen to it in the car and have Google Maps open as eventually the stream just stops.

Since the upgrade I am unable to open the app. It closes immediately I try to open it.

The developer hasn't worked out how to play audio when the phone screen is off, massive drain on battery and it means the app dies when your screen times out. Pretty poor. Not much better to navigate than the wolves Web site which still looks like a 12 year old designed it.

Love the podcast's content but it doesn't remember where you got to if you have to pause and close the app. Really annoying, especially when the podcasts crash for no apparent reason

App is still unusable. Constantly crashing while trying the written commentary in match centre. Also, when listening to commentary, it keeps stopping and have to restart the app. Very annoying.

Very pleased with this app. Particularly like the live commentary. However when playing, if I rotate the screen the commentary stops and I have to start it again. This is very frustrating. Thanks.

Working OK until 22nd Dec. App won't open and message comes up saying clear the cache and try again.

App crashed on my Techno Pavoir smartphone,error message says,"Wolves app has stopped working",the screen does not scroll smoothly up and down. I also suggest inclusion of Facebook and Google+ log in options to enhance registrations. The traditional in-app new member registration procedure is slow to get through with.

Really does make you feel "one of the pack ". As a new Wolves fan and having only been to the last full season of home games, this app has kept me involved. It's been very important during the virus lockdown and has kept the "family spirit " very much alive. Long may it continue.

Great apps for the fans but when buying merchandise could be easier than going through a load of tabs on Google. And its annoying last season match day live was on YouTube and on the app but you can only here their voices via commentary on the app;sometimes its good to see their faces at half time and in the match for their reactions.

It dost work for me at all I've signed up and it just keeps coming up app not responding

A brilliant app for all Wolves fans. Live match day commentary is available, as are live match updates. You can sign in with you usual Wolves account details and get access to your membership details. Including ticket purchase history, ticket cash earned and merchandise cash. All other app content is excellent and I would highly reccommend it.

Good overall but when listening to the match,it cuts out frequently, especially when trying to listen with the screen off.

Most of the time app can only be used in portrait mode. I prefer the previous app. Upon clicking on the app, I get a S.D. Huesca photo. Is this intended?

rubbish. doesn't work at all. won't accept valid password. keeps "stopping". waste of time. Tried again on a new device. Can't get audio commentary. Total rubbish.

Doesn't work properly since latest update. Crashes every time I try to open the written commentary. Or doesn't open /crashes on opening. Annoying!!!!

Constant drop out with commentary. Switched off battery saver, no other apps running, decent connection speed, you get 30 seconds and have to restart. Forget about touching tye handset to move it because that guarantees a crash.

App was fixed very promptly, everything is back to normal

Excellent app. Everything you need for latest news and videos are here. Superb layout easy to navigate.

not much appears in the app and it doesn't keep useful links to news, ticketing, merchandising (wolves superstore etc. ) it doesn't keep supporter number or have valuable shortcuts either.
