I like that you don't need any machines and has a lot of core and cardio. However I wish there was more strength training exercises with weights and to target the arms. Also the side plank and wall sits are mixed up. There needs to be a timer for the plank exercises.

I give you a 2star but I'll have to take it back because the app is very good but the only thing I do not like is the fact that it gives you the two seconds to finish your exercise on it do not give you a timer at the end of your exercise to let you know how long it took u to do the exercise other than that it is very good
