This app could be great, but it definitely needs some kind of voiceover. Sometimes it's not so easy to get the idea of exercise, and some guide could be useful. And also please add some sound signals for start and end of exercise, cause you don't look to the phone all the time while doing sports, and it's hard to understand when you should stop.
I'm tempted to do 2 🌟 instead. The app exercises are good and different levels for progression, with control of exercises duration. My one complaint is that the calendar section. It shows correct dates, but that's it!! It won't log...
This is so easy to use compared to other apps. Good job. Easy exercises. I hope you can have a lot of options to which exercise you can add or remove for your work out. I hope this is effective. Quick but really gets you sweat a lot for two sets of this. I love it! ❤️
Skip button for rest seconds does not work. No sound so you have to watch the screen. Can't tell if you are working both or one arm at a time on some of the exercises. Exercises are good.
I like the exercises and format but dropped one star as I would prefer to be able to edit the rest/wait settings, currently it is too long between exercises but also annoying to keep stopping to press skip and start
Been using this app for like 2 years now. Not as consistent as I would like but it's perfect for a quick arm workout and gives you a good starting point!
Good and steady. Felt motivated to continue to next day! Been using now over a week as of June 26. 2020 I do 3 times week! Keep going this app really helps me feel motivated. Stick to your level and be honest. Don't get in your own way.
Display turns off in the middle of exercise. There's no indication when to start and when to stop if you don't turn display on all the time.
Needs a record setting. I like the ease of setting up levels of difficulty. It's a nice change from other women arm apps
Would not recommend. App wont even open. It says to shut the app down before trying again and it does it every time. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing to no avail. I've found another app to use now. 1 star
I uninstalled this months ago because I wanted a full-body workout. I'm back! I like how you can see what an exercise looks like before you start. As for a full-body workout, I can feel these exercises all over!
Worth doing, animated exercises, 3 level options of strength (easy,med,hard). Rest duration timer, voice Countdown timer. Can set reminder for workout days.
It's not a complete upper arm workout. What happen to bicep curls, shoulder flexion, chest press should be completed in standing not as push-ups for this level. I also hate having to push done after completing the rest period it should just lead into the exercise. What a waste!
Great arm work out. Wish it had a coach to announce timing & whatnot. It'd be a lot better than trying to keep one eye on the phone.
It took forever for me to get motivated to start this. Now I wish I would have started months ago. I look forward to the arm workout, it doesn't take long and I can do it in my pajamas if I want to. I started seeing results on day 1.
The exercises on this app are very easy and effective. I stopped for awhlie but I'm starting up agian. 😊👍
It's okay, The only thing is that at the end of the exercises its should go into to the next exercise with a 15 to 20 sec rest period.
I like the the workouts with the timer it keeps me on accurate so I want lay around and mess around and take five minutes to preform one exercise, if possible could you make it so I can post my results on social media
It's this app lead you to guide what type of workout that you wanted in your life. helping yourself to live a better life style. That would change the type of arm workout that you really should have in your life.
I have just downloaded this app for strength in my post operated fractured hand.. let's see how much it is helpful for me.. if I got positive results, definitely I will give 5 star n best review for this app

Great exercises for women's arms. My son is a bodybuilder and work out trainer & he said all of these exercises are great workouts.
I love everything but I would've like for a warm up and stretch for before we begin, and stretches for after.

This app could be amazing. I knocked 2 stars off because 1. there is no way to pause a workout in case of interruptions and 2. It really does need some kind of audio to signal the start of rest and exercise periods and 3. It would be good if it shuffled the order of the exercises to stop it getting too boring. A neat little free app to help discipline you. Those features would make this a 5* app for me.
