Same error after the update, the game force closes after about 5 seconds. I've already tried reinstalling but it still doesn't work (same goes for clearing cache and data). I have a stable internet connection. My device is huawei p9 lite. Please fix this. I missed so many events already. Thank you. P.S. I've already submitted a ticket regarding this issue. Please reply so that i can also help you by providing additional info. Thank you again. Edit: The game works now. I tried to reset my phone to factory settings. Thanks for the response.
I play Seven Knight Kakao 2gb memory size and World of Tanks Blitz 4gb size with no problem, so dont blame me with my connection or etc you think. And i just play this game with various problem like unstable server and unstable app that frequently not responding and need high resource just to open ingame cs. Heroes Draw is very expensive with low diamond income, also this game not value for money.
Played this game before, but now i changed my phone and i cant connect to the server after i installed the game. My net is good and also my phone. I hope you could fix it.
Sad, I really enjoyed this game. Hope the next one is just as good. Though I never did get the really good ones, I still enjoyed and worked hard on the ones I have... Well had now. Wish these good games would stop shutting down like this..
I've played this game for awhile, it's really used up a lot of my free time lol.. Whenever I'm not doing anything at work I play this game and time goes by fast cuz there's so much I do.
I gave it a 5 star but after the last update the game loads to a black screen then closes! It doesn't even make it to the title! I've spent A LOT of money on this game... I'm sad that I can't play it anymore :( Help? Maybe? UPDATE: Now it says that my account is no longer valid.. I've paid money into this game, if you're not going to let me play it then I'd like my money back...
Amazing games but it'd impossible to recruit people into guilds. The people who are recommended are inactive. Please change it so only active/new players are recommended
Used to play this on my Samsung galaxy S6. Now that I upgraded to the s9+this game can't connect to the servers. If I can play it again I'll change my rating.
This game was okay until my account just disappeared. Alot of time spent reaching level 86 and no help to recover my account.

It has a lot of different things to do and you don't need to cash shop like no tomorrow to get decent stuff.
Use to love this game but after the last update I haven't been able to play. It says unable to reach server. Even tried uninstalling and reinstall, still didn't work.

Good game, addictive to play. Drop rates seem low. Lately try to play and comes to the title screen but keeps saying login failed. Unsure if it is something with Google or this App.

This is way better than the Dragon Nest mobile version that was released before. Game runs smooth too. Great gameplay too especially when the character is doing its special move. What I like the most is the character design is just like the DN for PC, cute!!!

Great game if it wasnt broken. Kept saying cant connect to server, i have full signal strength and tried connecting through wifi still wouldnt connect
Game is going strong and they just announced that they're going to shut it off... I guess economics works the same everywhere in the world except Korea....

Returnee player here but can you add an "equip all" option? Also add "recommended equipment/hero" since there's been a lot of new items so we can easily coop up. Too many requirements to rank up heroes. Otherwise this a complete 5 star rate.
