Wonka's World of Candy – Match 3

I've played this game for a long time. I've always loved the game...it has great graphics, love the challenges, & like when you can play with a team. However, over the past few months, the game takes me back, 5-15 levels, (asking me to save my offline progress, with no way not too). I loose all progress and all money used for in game purchases. I've contacted Zenga several times, but, after 6 attempts in 6 weeks, with NO response...I guess it's time to leave the game. 😡😡😡

The game glitches entirely too much. Power ups don't always activate, especially during free play. It freezes only when I'm about to complete a level. And of course support is going to blame my device, but considering I play from 2 different devices, the glitches have nothing to do with the device or the internet connection. I've spent a lot of cash playing this game because I liked it at first, but every new update makes it worse! Not worth the hassle.

The game is a lot of fun, graphics are great, alot of different challenges. My Issue is, so far about 90% of times I've watched video ads for extra lives/turns, after I sit through the video it say "sorry an error has occured processing your reward" then another ad pops up, & I still don't get any reward. Once ot twice is a fluke. 90% There's an Issue. Please Fix!!

I have been playing this game for awhile. I enjoy the in game contests but some of the levels that are considered super hard sometimes are not hard and some of the levels that are medium levels sometimes can't be passed even using power ups. Some levels are impossible to pass unless they are played for several days. I do not have money to waste on making any purchases to increase my chances to win so I play with power ups when I win them.

I uninstalled this game a while back as I thought was difficult, I now decided to re install it, but now when I sign into FB it asks what I want to play it on. I wanted to start with this device which is a new game, but it won't let me click that only the game I had already started before. Back to uninstalling again! Edit: Now I reinstalled it for the last time as it's glitchy! Its such a shame as this game could have been wonderful just like the movie, but they don't seem to fix these problems!

ADS, Game cheats. ADS after EVERY game. Game is good but waaaaay too many ads. Takes forever to load too. Uninstalling. On a different device, not so many ads? Why? However, game also cheats. I set off massive rocket blasts that should clear the board, but many rockets fall uselessly on already empty spaces. I should pass level but I don't as a result. That is unfair and beyond irritating. Sadly, the irritation outweighs the fun. Unistalling, again.

I have been playing this game for some time and it is very addictive. I do really like it but one complaint I do have is if I'm losing on a level it doesn't always give me the option to watch a video for 3 extra moves and that is very frustrating knowing I would win the level. Otherwise very fun.

Game glitches out to cause losing a life, power ups and at times even coins... The game could be completed by the goal section yet game doesn't register completion and end results in losing a level (Heart) Game has been updated multiple times, yet still glitches out. I think the game is rigid just for a continuous play aka it cheats your moves. Other times when power ups have been used I.e rockets they won't hit target; again resulting in foul play.

2nd edit: The scores for Wonka are too high even with boosters from ads. Out of 21 puzzles I was only able to beat half of them. No way you will get any gold coins built up. Puzzles get harder by level 10 and 30 second Ads for boosters. Good design of program and smooth running as long as you have enough memory. This game could have been a lot better. The money factor is always there. Doesn't matter that they were bought by a bigger company. Total assets in 2020 is listed as $6.21 Billion.

Love the graphics- Love the choices of decor It's a fun delightful game to play. I love the music- and "Easter eggs" from the movie are a delight! Hearing the voices from the movie is a bonus! Challenging yet relaxing, without impossible goals- One of my favorite games!

While it's a great game, it becomes more obvious that you need to buy extra help as the game progresses to higher levels. So far, I've refrained from buying extra help as I know once you start...you will want to buy more, in order to progress further. DON'T DO IT! You'll have a big hole in your bank account in no time! I'll abide my time playing the game as long as I can without buying extra help...then I'll be quitting the game and uninstalling it. 🙄🙄

A Match-3 with enough added content to remain entertaining. Events, tournaments, clans, tasks, cards, collections, story tangents - all these help avoid pitfalls such as having to wait for lives to replenish or spend RL cash in the shop. There's always something to do, and I haven't yet run into a pay wall. Am at level 200 and they do get challenging, but designed by someone who knows his/her job, most end by either winning or losing by a few moves, so one knows that they are all solvable. Kudos

I enjoyed playing this game,...(notice PAST TENSE!!) I'm in the mid 500's levels. I'm sure their EVENTUALLY winable...AFTER ALMOST A WEEK STRAIGHT OF GAMEPLAY they are.😡 I like the game but NO1 enjoys stress from a SUPPOSE 2B NON stressful experience. Also,that pretty much kills any chances on winning any extras from ur side games because after 2-3 times loosing a level u get NOTHING! Also,950 coin 4xtra moves??😑 Last,WHY DO U RENDER MY HARD EARNED BOOSTERS able 2b set off in a domino effect?

I love the game but I do not like the packages and the pricing. It takes quite a bit of money that you spend to complete some levels and I feel that they should offer better incentives and/or deals for players who are at a certain level AND their years of playing this game. What is so hard about that? Loyalty to your game why not loyalty and customer appreciation for a change! Lower your prices or provide us with more points!

This game is challenging but it needs to be. The longest as you climb the more difficult but addicting.. ion level 269 and I find it exiting to see the next challenge. I really enjoy the game and learning new tricks still. I give it 4 stars. Not 5 because it really does let you win when it wants to unless you spend a little. I do think it needs to give more extras than the game awards you. That needs improvement

Get rid of the Icon that's in the way of me being able to play the game properly. Stupid Icon is back! How can I play with a stupid Candysquad5 icon all over my screen. Move it! If you're lead ladder worked properly I would be doing a lot better, I keep losing points because the ads don't work.

I simply love the game up until they added the game of red and blue teams,you have to wait a whole week just to get back to regular play and then the pop up comes back and you have to join team again,they should give you the option of going back to regular play,other then that it's a lot of fun.

Okay, I've had more than my fill. I took a break from this game and came back to it, so what do I find? Like every other game they have decided to have teams that they want you to join so you can play with others. I play games to relax, preferring to play on my own. It would be fine if their "join a team" banner did not constantly appear across my screen rendering the game unplayable. I have tried rebooting numerous times and sometimes that works, or not. TOO MUCH BOTHER!! UNINSTALLING!

The amount of ads is atrocious. Having to sit through an ad after every level is ridiculous. Uninstalled as I spent more time watching ads than I do getting through levels.

Rewards seem very limited. And bonus missiles seem to have a mind of their own. Instead of completing the missions goal. The missile will go after nonsensical objects instead of completing the goals objective.

2022 Update: Disgusting levels of adverts and monetisation designed to pray on vulnerable and addictive personalities. Truly shameful and indicitive of their greed. Was 4 stars but its gone downhill. Fun, but does nothing new. Gameplay is Candy Crush, and the progression is Gardenscapes. It's creepy to hear soundclips of Gene Wilder miscontextualised, but the BGM medley is fantastic and the theming is good. What's up with the female Oompa Loompas though? They should remain genderless.

Been playing for many years and am advanced. Sick of you giving me boards that can't be won. Waste of my time and I'm about to leave this game forever. Make them harder another way. At least let me get close to beating the board. That makes me want to try again. But when I only get a few moves per game it's a complete waste of my time and what used to be fun is now a chore. I know your algorithms.

Puzzles get to be completely impossible after the first 30 stars. It could be alot funner if it wasn't as difficult. Maybe make a difficulty option.

I love this games but I was on level 789 and it started me back at level one. I've emailed support and no response. I'm so mad. This is the 2nd time I started over last time from level 500. I guess I'm done now!

Pay to win. After a while, you must use powerups and after a while, you must spend money to progress. Their greed is more important than actual gameplay. Edit: greed worse now... hope they choke on it

It's Super Fun to Match and Build the Factory with Willy Wonka and I am glad it's still being worked on! This is one of my favorite games on Mobile!

Going to uninstall. Game is stuck on downloading updates then restarting then update then restart then update then restart etc. Cant get in to play for 3 days. Hate to loose my progress, but its no longer fun. No point in having a game i cant play. This is my only complaint. Love it otherwise.
