It's an ok app, I guess. I see the same jobs, particularly jobs I really hated to do! Also, this app would be 100x better if there were options for shorter shifts! If you already have an actual job, you may not want to do a full 8hours!! Maybe I just want 4, or 5 hours. The job they always offer around the time I'm free is always 10 hours long!!😩😩 No!!! It makes you want to walk out! More jobs and make some with options on time and the idea would be much better.

The app doesn't always work, hours can disappear & schedule. Even when you take the test, the breach points are lifted by one help agent, then they can reappear for no reason! My pin wouldn't work in order to see my cancellations in past cancelled job list! I have many problems with being shown on schedule, clocking in, and play store doesn't show new version of Wonolo from what I uninstalled and went to install, as off the 16th of December! So called agents showing up for punishment at jobsite

I suggest screenshots for every action made. The app has went beserk on me a few times. Wouldn't allow me to "clock in". On one occasion. The last being I was given a no show for a job I know 100% I did not accept. Don't get me wrong, outside of the app bugs it's a great temp service. Plenty of jobs. Showed up for a job, wasn't needed, but wasn't paid for showing up!

I am so disappointed. Ive been waiting 5 days for a response about why I had to cancel last minute and no one responded. I get I've canceled a lot. However, even after sending a lengthy explanation to customer service I still have not been responded to. I had no choice but to cancel my last gig due to a mental health crisis and being sent by ambulance. It's extremely unprofessional to not even respond back to me what do ever.

Uninstalling this. I got it thinking I would find some decent paying temp jobs to make extra money. All the jobs that come up are too far away in both directions and they don't pay nearly enough to make it worth burning the gas to get there. I had this app for about 8 months and still have yet to find any job worth the trip.

Jobs descriptions are accurate to what you end up doing at sites, pay is relativetly quick but I think only downside is some jobs still pay $14/hr and there are not many places to choose but overall excelent to use for some quick extra money.

Can't log in. I downloaded that app and I made an account. I keep trying to log in but the page just resets and the spaces where you log in are now blank... like it wants me to try again. And round and round we go. Very frustrating. Also trues through chrome and same issue.

So I've been using the app for about a month first two weeks of using app I don't know why all of sudden my payments are being postponed I'm not getting them as fast. And it's starting to become a disappointment cuz you're doing good at first and then you changed up. If this can't be fixed I'll be switching to a different app and I'll be recommending everyone that I have already brought to this app to another one because they're getting the same feelings. Come Wonolo.

This is the best gig app on the playstore. This company is far better than People Ready and other staffing agencies and they are much better than any of the other gig apps that I have tried. They usually almost always have something I can go do. Pay is always decent, employers are good to work for and Wonolo support is awesome. Also Wonolo pays out quickly to your bank account. You can work when YOU want to. I give them a 5-star rating.

Can't sign in to app with pixel 6. Keeps reloading sign-in screen. Won't let me make new account as it says my phone number is already in use, but alas, it won't let me sign in. Deleted, rebooted, reinstalled- same issue.

This app is both confusing and contradicting. I have a current shift that stated in the app. Start April 3, 6:00am. But theni received an email. Stating start time April 3, 7am. And this is the second time this has happened. This is peoples livelihood. The miscommunication and inconsistency is apparent. I have screenshots to provide proof

I picked a job. Filled out their requirements. They sent an email about the requirements. They then tell me the job is not available anymore. Classy.

Is this a good gig job app but I am been trying to reset my password for two weeks but none of the emails will come. And I'm starting to get pissed off at customer service bc I haven't heard anything back from them for two weeks but idk anymore..

I Love That They Work With You. The Support Team Is Really Understanding Of "Life Happening" I Also Love The Simplicity. My Only Complaint Is The 12 Hour Withdrawal. Just A Bit Unreasonable. All In All This Is A Very Solid App In Comparison To Similar Apps..Wonolo Is The Gold Standard

It is super easy to sign up, and easy to navigate, they're just aren't very many jobs in the immediate Seattle area only six. And I had taken two of them.

The phone # isn't associated with my account. I cannot sign up or sign in. Keep getting a message, your phone number is taken. Sign in instead. I go to sign in the Verification code doesn't work or not sent. This is a bad app. Please fix

Enjoyed it in the beginning. Easy to use and simple application process but now there aren't any jobs in my area and its been that way for a while... Also was told that if I was vaxxed I could get access to more jobs... a bit of a turnoff

After having completed one job, I am now met with a barrage of technical issues such as; Not being able to gain access to my account even after resetting my password 4 times, not being allowed to complete the onboarding process so that I may continue to work, and even after contacting support twice I have yet to hear from them regarding these issues. I would just make a new account if the background check didn't take a whole year and a half to come back.. extremely frustrating

Hello, I worked and logged in and they said I didn't. What's going on? This just happened two days ago. They saying I got a breach. I signed up with the job and everything.

love this app.. the thing that sets this app apart from other gig apps it tells you immediately weather or not you got the gig. pay fast, good work environment.

better support and quicker fixes for problems they created. i had a "no show" that was falsely put onto my account and due to that my shifts were canceled and marked with breach points. as soon as my "no show" was cleared those breach points ALSO should've been removed. I'm trying to get those shifts back. goddamn wonolo, cmon let's get this straightened up.

They use only 1 company offering shifts, LSG Sky Chefs. That's it. So, if you want to stand in a production line and build sandwiches all day then this is the app for you. They don't have any other gigs or any other companies

Awesome app to earn extra money or to work full-time if you want! Pays within 1-3 days of completing your assignment. Excellent way to work when you want to! I highly recommend this app!!!!

Well the step in setup where you HAVE to agree to receiving marketing emails is where I got off. Unreal, they justify it by saying "you can unsubscribe from the emails at any time"!?!? I despise marketing emails.

Haven't applied for any jobs as of yet! Love the platform, would be nice if you expand choice of "shifts" (overnight, graveyard) so far just from what I see 2 thumbs up 👍👍
