I'm giving 5 stars for convenience and integration with vast platforms. Could be more um... (newborn beginner friendly) meaning straight to the point with lingo, words, terms/phrases. I'll report back with more as I discover something, but other than that compatibility with my phone is righteous. ✌🏿P.E.A.C.E.(Proper Education Always Compensate Error)

The app is good managing orders & inventory on the go. But serious lack in practical UI & some good practical features. The order list screen should show mobile and email address. Reason we contact customers not via name but with mobile (or whatsapp) & email address. Also add dynamic messaging template on order screen to message customer with whatsapp or email. For eg. For reconfirming COD order, seller could setup a template message, which can be copy paste on WhatsApp or email with customer.

Everything was fine until after the latest update, let's say a variation was in out stock in the inventory, then if changed back to 'In stock', the price automatically clears!! You will have to enter the prices again. Please fix it... Thank you

Update: Getting better! Now I get notifications for orders from all of my connected stores. Old review: Seems ok, but really missing a good multi-store experience. You can switch stores via a settings menu, but I'd like a way to quickly cycle between various stores to check up on them. Furthermore (and most importantly), it seems you can only receive notifications for the currently selected store. It would be fantastic if I could get notifications for all the stores I've linked to the app.

Previously refunded amount incorrect when creating a refund. Also, does not apply same order status filter as store. Otherwise, it's a great app. I mainly use it to just view my orders, not manage them for the reasons above.

Hi I am experiencing problems with the app. Some orders that are on processing are not showing when you select to filter all the processing orders. Please help

Not so good. Stopped syncing. I get alerts when a sale is made and it shows on the orders tab, however, I don't get any sales data for the day on the My Store tab.

Crazy slow and not user friendly, all people want is just to manage orders! No one uses other features at all The product editing is just super stupid and not compatible with variable products at all JETPACK SLOWWWWWS DOWN SITES SOOOOOOO BADLY

Quite useful, bug recently though where if you click Inventory too quickly when managing stock levels it says "SKU already in use by another product" if I press back and click Inventory again that message goes away.

Great app, quite useful. It would be great if extended in future to the customers for ordering.

Handy app to have for my E-commerce business. I can see new orders and reviews. I like that I can add new photos and changed inventory without having to use my computer.

Error, error, error on every action I want to take on the app. Also did send a mail to support but no real assistance there either.

Hi, the app keeps saying 'Error fetching data' instead of showing new orders and the revenues of this week, this month, this year... What can I do to to just see the info I want to see?

Using the same JetPack account to link stores seems ok for now. Not sure what implications there may be with workflow automations based on this. I'll update if there are any issues.

This is great to check-in on my conversion rates, while doing other things. I don't want to have to log in to WordPress all the time and this is convenient.

Error in everything. Error fetching data. Error trashing products. And it happens everytime. To prolong the agony, whenever I add a product through the app, it takes much longer time to appear on Instagram shop than if I add the product directly from desktop browser.

Excellent app for managing a woocommerce store while on the go! The only challenge is the speed. It takes up to 20 seconds to load and sometimes the page does not update immediately.

Very easy to use and intuitive but I'm missing some more options like others app like Wix. Having templates saved to send to clients and more options to create coupons, promotions or other campaigns.

At the moment I'm not happy, it crashes everytime, I'm not able to see my orders, when it works it's just for seconds and I can't still see all my orders and interact. Costumer service chat told me to do few things that I have done it but the problem still After a reply from customer services it still crashes saying fetching data error

Order notes are all mixed up. I see order notes for other orders in the view of a particular order. This happens only in the app and not on wp-admin. Support asks me to raise a ticket on the app, then log out and log back in. Surprise, the ticket I had raised is not seen any more. Super buggy app with poor UX.

I couldn't switch between my stores. Everytime i have to logout from one store to log into other one. This is ridiculous. Update: Thanks! I have figured it out. What about widget? I don't see them. Also, could you make our stores on a side list so we just click on one we want to check for easy access instead of switching and verifying site Everytime?

Could you please make this app so that I don't need to install jetpack plugin? I don't want to have plugins that I don't use for my websites. I would like to try your app and I'm sure I'll love it but I have no use for Jetpack.

Hello! I am having problem in getting data of how many view I got today, weekly or monthly. It is showing error in fetching data. Helps help me out as it is making my work harder. Right now I am giving it 1star but if my issue get resolved quickly then I will edit my review. Thank you

Excellent app. It scored 4/5 just because there are some items that need improvement. One is the fact that the shipping costs are presented under revenue, which in my case is wrong as I use a third party service provider. One more improvement would be even more products customization options through the app. For example I cannot update prices on products with variants. Asl in all thank you for a great tool!!!

Completely unable to add products through this app. When I try to add a product and want to add an image, the only option that works is to take a photo in the camera app at the lowest resolution possible, and even then it only sometimes works. I can't take a photo from this app and make it work. It also publishes the item sometimes, and when it does it gives me an error but publishes it anyway. Buggy mess, and frustrating to use.

This has promise, but get rid of the need for Jetpack. There are other secure ways of syncing up. Other apps have done it for years. This app has been long overdue, but is poor in execution when you need to install a plugin that tends to bog down your site and that most don't need. Give an alternative means of syncing and allow us to edit at least the basics of a product on the go.
