This app is horrible! I have two other bank apps that I use and it's instant access. With the Woodlands app, I constantly have to it only enter my credentials (because the fingerprint sign in works maybe 10% of the time) but I actually have to RE-ENROLL, enter security code, phone number, password several times a week. Why isn't my information saved like other apps? Also pretty minimal amount you can do in the app other than transfer money. Please - there is a ton of room for improvement here.
I like the simple setup of this app however I wish each transaction would have a subtotal instead of only the final total at the top...like my other bank. That would make it easier to track expenses.
I have had this app for 2 years and have never had a problem with it. Now after the new update it takes forever to log in IF I can even get the login page to load. I saw no problem with the old version. This update is giving me nothing but problems.
The app works great, when it works. It freezes on a 1 particular page a lot. I can't back out if it. I have to restart my phone for it clear and go back to the home page to let me log in.
Constantly having to input my information and have fingerprint recognition that I'm having to turn off then on. This needs updated again bad
If it was possible it be no stars ...data logging unavailable. Works one day then if you need just retry 15 times ... still nothing, Un installed then tried again worked for 1/2 a day.
love woodlands bank but not the app. some days it takes forever to load the sign in page. somedays it also wont load at all and gives me the network is busy try again later. and lately it wont load anything
App is literal garbage. It works like 10% of the time and locks you out like once a week.
I have problem logging in it then probably I put my password and it's an incorrect password
Doesn't even load just says error. I haven't been able to log into my bank account for 3 weeks now.
Made me update and now the ap will not work. Worked fine before. Sucks.

Crashes all the time. Have to uninstall and reinstall the app for you to use it.

Have attempted to download this app 4 times! Fails on install every time. Nothing wrong with the phone. Very disappointed in woodlands "upgrade". They just can't seem to get it together when it comes to their online banking. I will be switching banks simply for this reason. Such a shame!
No problem with installation and gives me the tools I need to manage my accounts
Doesn't work correctly. I use debit so I don't have to write down when I use my card because it automatically comes off but over the last year, this doesn't always happen and on the weekend, it's always adding and taking away money and then on Monday If I go by that balance, it's not always right so if I don't wait till Tuesday, I end up overdrawling my account then have to pay fees. I jave reported this numerous times but they don't fix the app.
