Works like it should, perfect. There downfall- I recently traveled to Jamaica and left notice that I was traveling there at the Littleton bank. Grace them dates leaving and returning. I tried using my card once there and it was declined. I was a bit upset and annoyed. I tried to contact the bank but being in a foreign country, no way to connect. Had to use a cc instead. Got back to states and received a text asking if I had authorized said sale.. duh, thought I was clear as to where I was going

I've had WGSB for years but this app is honestly testing me, it is constantly going down and you can be waiting an upwards of two weeks before you can access your account. Also when you cant access the app you also are unable to check your account through the website.

I used to be pleased with this app, but since the update with the new 'look' rolled out, I've been increasingly frustrated with it. Setting aside that I find the new layout less aesthetically pleasing and the interface a little less user friendly- although I do- the biggest problem is accessibility. You see, the app only seems to work during business hours. I shouldn't have to point out that this is both extraordinarily inconvenient and defeats the purpose of a 24/7 mobile app, but here we are.

I love this app. I can do my banking anytime and anywhere. It is very easy-to-use.

Horrible. app stopped 3/17/22 with no fix in sight.

Suddenly this app requires you to disable USB debugging, which is absolutely ridiculous for power uses reliant on that functionality. Turning it on and off again just to check my bank account is a joke. FIX THIS!!!

save log in id button does not save my log in info. have to enter it each time i log in. also would be nice to have an option of doing more than one transfer at a time instead of pressing "new transfer" for every transfer. other than that works decent

The app is good for checking your balance and making transfers, but that is about it. You can't even see what time a transaction was made in your account or see the transaction number. You also cannot access bank statements on the app even though the bank says you are signing up for estatements when you sign up for the app.

My app rarely opens with no issues. I get the error message over and over and over until finally once in a while it will actually let me login. Then when I do login and I click on the account I want to look at, it just shuts the app down completely and logs me out.

For the past 4 months, this app rarely works on my Galaxy S10. It will open, but its frozen on balance screen. All other links and functions in app are frozen. Time for an update!

App crashes all the time. Can't use it after rhe last update. Does whoever is doing these updates actually test them on a separate device? I rely on this app to do my business banking. Now, l have to wait until l get to my laptop or the bank. Please, fix the issues. I can't be the only one

More flaws than features. Bill paying app and pop money are hopelessly useless. Add biller cycles endlessly, and once you add popmoney, you can never send a check to a "person" again.

When it works it's excellent,but a lot of times it crashes and won't let you log in even with right info and you have to delete and Uninstall and start from scratch.

WGSB's app works pretty well, and with recent changes it's been made to work as seemlesly as any modern app.

For two months now I have not been able to access this bank through this app. It used to work, now it doesn't. Despite speaking to the bank itself, it appears that their mobile vendor controls how this works. I don't feel comfortable leaving my money with someone that lets other people dictate policy...

Easy.. when depositing a check by phone, i repeatedly tried for a good photo...now you snap... it says SUCCESS & your done. Thanks for making it easier & still secure

bummed, app has been frozen for 10 days and no response to my request for help. Not immpressed **Update; The assistance dept the log in directs you to graciously and patiently put me back on the right Path. Wish I could remember her name😊

This ap crashes all the time , neither myself or my daughter can ever get on it. Then we need to call and reset password Everytime. Wish they would fix it

Easy banking and great many services offered. Everything I have used so far works great. Looking forward to see how 'check deposit' works.

App has been crashing for a few weeks now. Can't access my info. Getting really annoyed . Contacted developer but no results, answers or fix

Terrible! Does not let me sign in.. I've tried everything, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Still unable to sign in.

Haven't been able to get the app to even load at all for over a week now. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app...no differance.

I love WGSB's mobile app. It's super easy and convenient, and I love that I can transfer money and pay bills from my phone.

Used for years not able to get it to respond to any touch on the screen to add user name or password! Very unhappy at this point.

This app is easy to use and quick. No more, I cant even get it to work on my phone!! It was better before the uphrade.

Works great for all my banking needs, never had any issues and everyone ive had to deal with has been very helpful.

Recent update has made the app unusable, just a white screen when the app is opened.
