Woody Block Puzzle ®

I enjoyed the game immensely for quite some time, but recently the ads became too intrusive. Many games require viewing an ad between games and I'm fine with that, but Woody has recently started interrupting game play mid-game and forcing the user to watch and ad in order to complete the game. This is totally unacceptable! I have now uninstalled the game.

((Nice relaxing game, I've played for years.)) BUT Sadly the amount of ads makes it not fun to play anymore. ☹️😢 Uninstalling. WAY TOO MANY ADS. 😐☹️ Went from 5 stars to 2. Frustrating and raises my blood pressure instead of relaxing me. PS I didn't give this game a chance for a long time just because the colors are dreary. I finally tried it and really liked it. Too bad there are so many ads now. Ads whether you continue the challenge OR NOT. 🎯 Too hard and too many ads. Ruined a good game.

Was Good game to pass time and challenging too. 3 stars because there are too many ads. 1/14/22 what has happened to this game too many ads and then Now not able to move beyond 1,000 points. What gives??? 4/22/22 Not a fan of the New changes... yes a 2nd option to continue an otherwise lost game sounds good but I just find it annoying... Missing the original game.

I like this game in general. I don't mind the new feature of letting you try and keep going. Don't mind the ads in general. What I'm super annoyed about is now every time a ad pops up by the end of it I can't click out of it to go back to my game. I have to every single damn time close the entire game out and go back in. Please fix this issue or find someone who can.

It shows an ad for Wordle which takes a long time, goes to a black screen which you can't exit out of, then had to force stop the program & restart. I understand that ads fund the program, but they can't be that inconvenient! It's still a great puzzle program, just get rid of that ad!

Kind of annoyed that I paid an additional fee for no advertising, and suddenly two days ago, it started stopping a game in progress, asking if I wish to "give up" my score. Answer no, and it sends to an advertisement that you cannot stop/play store, say yes, and it starts the game over? What is the point of paying an additional no advertising fee???

The new "feature" of allowing you to continue after play ends by watching an ad is annoying as heck!!! I don't want to have to X out and confirm. I just want to start a new game. How about adding a setting to opt in as default or opt out as a default. Been playing this game for a long time but uninstalling and moving on. I'm done with ad supported games!

Changed from 5 star to 3 star due to ads. I can accept that there will be ads because it's a free game but some of the ads take over and don't go away, there is no way to get back to the game until you force close the game and restart it. This is happening more often and becoming quite annoying. Looking for similar games that don't have this problem as it is taking away enjoyment of the game.

I really like this game and can even put up with all the ads (for other games!) to play. BUT, when I transfer pictures from my phone to my computer it transfers images from those ads to my computer! I HATE THIS!!! I AM ABOUT TO UNINSTALL THE GAME IF I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO KEEP MY PHONE FROM SAVING THE IMAGES FROM THIS APP!

The occasional ad was fine in between games; I get that ads pay the developers of free games. But it just stopped in the middle of a game and threatened me with losing my current score unless I watched an ad. AND it was long with no way to exit the ad after a period of time. No thanks. Uninstalling.

I used to really enjoy this game, playing almost every day. I'm on the free version, which used to play an ad (sometimes 2) when I ran out of moves, and I was happy with this. Today I noticed that the game started prompting me to play an ad mid-game, and if I didn't agree to watch the ad my game would end regardless of any remaining moves. This I found sneaky and annoying, I am uninstalling now and switching to one of the many similar games on PlayStore.

Terrible since they changed, used to be able to play and play and only got ads if you needed to restart. Ads that only took 30 seconds and didn't freeze everything. A short while ago they did some form or update and now itl ask you during your game after a certain amount of goes if you want to continue. If you press yes it goes into an ad. The ad then takes over 30 seconds and sometimes freezes. Used to be a great time waster and now its just a great way to make me angry

I'm kind of annoyed with the new update. Previously, when you ran out of moves, your game was over, sometimes you have to watch an ad, sometimes not. Now, if you run out of moves, you can watch an ad to keep your streak going but even if you don't want to keep your streak going and decide to start a new game, you still have to watch an ad anyway. Ads, ads, ads.. why have the option to watch an ad to continue playing if we're forced to watch one anyway?? It's just annoying.

The game used to be better. My friends and I see who can go highest but earlier this year, none of can best our scores. It's like you get to 2 or 3,000 and the game stops you from succeeding further. I wish they would put the game back the way it was. Very relaxing game, though. I deleted game and started again to see if that made a difference, but no.

Unplayable due to excessive and early in game ads. Can't even do 1 round without an ad. Uninstalled my favorite game 😕 UPDATE: I re-downloaded and was happy to see that you made the ads more tolerable BUT it seems you're back to the ad setting where I can't play for 2 seconds without an ad interrupting me. Uninstalled once again. GET IT TOGETHER you are NOT going to sell ad space on a game that people can't even play.

Somewhat like Tetris, but only moves as fast as you choose. Just wish it kept 3 blocks showing at all times instead of making you use all 3 before refilling. Would feel like it was more strategy thinking skills & less chance / luck of the draw.

Horrible events have ruined what was a great time passer for off-line play. Went from 4-5 stars to 1. Now the daily events aren't as intrusive but the continue option breaks game play and causes hangs and crashe. Back up to a 2 (nearly a 3).

I have played this game for a few years and loved it but the new add feature makes you watch an add and asks are you sure you want to give up your score. Even if I click yes it still runs the add. I am so disappointed in this game. I want uninterrupted game play. Adds between games I get but this is intrusive. I will probably uninstall.

Love this game! So much so I've paid for the ad free thing, but I'm hating the prompt at the end now to play on! Get rid of it please! I've pressed yes a few time and it goes to a advert then nothing, I have to close the game... It's annoying and pointless.

Great way to pass time. Hard to put down nice twist on an old childhood game. Biggest difference is there's no way to rotate the shapes before playing em on the board. But makes it's another challenge to over come just skill building and really putting brain to work.. Good Times!

New update is horrible. Prompts you to watch an ad when you've lost so you can continue, you can click no and then it makes you watch an ad anyway but you start again. What's the point?? Will have to uninstall

This is a horrible experience with annoying musical blips. It makes me feel stupid and gives me cramps in my hands as I try to "win". It is addicting and the constant ads are annoying. Nonetheless, I persist,wasting time and losing sleep. Yup, I LOVE THIS DAMN GAME.

Uninstalling due to the fact that ads pop up in the middle of solving a puzzle! This wasn't happening before! Then an ad after NO MORE MOVES! I like the game, but, i won't play any game when ads pop up in the middle of solving something!

These games are all the same, yet they are so different! Players will score very well in one format, and not as well in others and yet the basic structure of the game is identical. A wise player, knowing this , plays lots of games and compares their scores. My advice is to play lots of these types of games and do the same. In fact, this is a good strategy for bingo, solitaire and many other games including woody block, one of my favorites. I recommend this game for everyone and of all ages!

I'm extremely irritated that I have an ad, when I am a subscriber for ad free play. I know others are upset with it as well. The fact that you are telling me that it's not an advertisement, but as an offer for other games. No. IT IS ADVERTISING A PRODUCT! A pig is a pig even if you call it an elephant. I have been a subscriber for the last few years, but I will not renew the subscription again, if this continues. I feel like I was lied to and that my money was stolen.

Just downloaded it, but whenever an ad comes up, it forces me to go to the download page for whatever the game is they're advertising, and I can't get rid of it. There is no X to close and go back to Woody Blocks, so I have to go into my settings & shut the whole thing down. We get you need advertising for revenue, but when your ads interrupt the game or force the user to shut down, what's the point? Get ads that don't screw up the game or people will uninstall. Like I am.

Changed from 5 stars to 2 stars because of the sudden influx of ads. Very disappointing since this game was one of a few with very minimal ads. Now it's frustrating.
