App was working fine until the 4th when I tried to place an order. Delivery time option after confirming address didn't pop up. I called the online help line and they could not assist with the problem. I sent an email to support service and got a response that they will revert back in the 24-48 hours. App is still not working, no response or a call from woolworths ever since. I am very disappointed.

Quality items for sale. However, the app experience is really bad. Once you've looked at a product and try to return back to where you were, it takes you all the way back to the top and you would need to scroll all the way down to where you were. It's a very frustrating way to browse through all the products.

Cant even register. When I enter the OTP it indicates that I need to enter my name. It also has my old number on the system and attemps to send the OTP that number. These are basic things that should have been resolved before going live. Quite damaging to the brand. sixty60 is way better.

Please fix the Android app. Every time I access my shopping lists under Shop > MY LISTS, all saved items are shown as OUT OF STOCK and cannot be added to cart. Clearing the app cache as well as signing out and back in doesn't help either. I don't experience these issues on the iOS app.

The app is excrutiatingly slow. Also the interface to download statements works once in a blue moon. Also, too many notifications from the app.

Trying to delete an item from the shopping basket is near impossible, since the hotspot is too tiny to activate, it opens up the item details instead.... now the fun and games only start.... going back sends me wrongfully back to the home page, where I click my basket icon again, scroll down to the item again.... and hold my breath hoping to click delete again.... which doesnt work and opens the item details.... this is just sheer evil... I've tried deleting one item 10times, it doesn't!!

Really disappointed with the service. I placed an order for food items 6 days ago and because the store didn't have stock they only delivered today and not even everything I ordered. Had to go myself to buy the items that were short and now I have to go through the process of a refund. Really expected more from woolworths

Problems with the app. This app is ridiculous. I haven't been able to add things or checkout for about two weeks now. It constantly crashes.You can't get into your cart or the app closes, when you add a product it just says "find in store". Incredibly frustrating. Won't be shopping on the app for while. Too aggravating.

I would love to buy online via the app, but after entering my delivery address, and wanting to continue to the next step, the app says it can't find my suburb. This, after the suburb was autopopulated by the app... so i can't buy anything!

I have been using the Woolworths app almost since it was first created. It was a lifesaver during covid lockdown. Now, however, things are lacking. Why can I no longer pay using my Woolworths card? Ecerytime I order I'm forced to use my credit card because the store card option won't work. I've contacted the customer service office, but have had no response. Very poor standard. Will up the stars once this issue is sorted.

Ordering clothes online is not worth your money. I ordered matching pajamas for my mother for mother's day. They never informed me that the shirt won't be included (I assume due to low stock). I only checked the app upon receipt and noticed that the shirt is not included. I did not receive a refund.

Unfortunately the was no option for minus stars and I had to give 1.Clearly the latest update did not squash all the bugs. This app is completely useless, all the items in my shopping list are out of stock on the app always but we I go to the online store on my PC they are all there. Get it together Woolworths!!!!!!!

This was one of the fastest and most user friendly applications in my entire life. The Woolworths brand just never seem to disappoint. From shopping to payments, coffee, products, online shopping between provinces....it just gets better. Tops! Maybe borrow the banks a tip or two. Wink, wink

Most ridiculous way to order anything. No help anywhere on the app. Say for example I want to buy a pair of shoes. It won't let me as it depends if it is in stores somewhere. How can I order without you hassle of finding out how to do it. I have used cotton on and never had such a problem to order. Does that mean now when the stores close then I can order. Please get your act together. Very difficult to navigate the app. Poor poor planning on your part.

I downloaded the app to make use of online discounts. App shows that there are discounts available for certain items with wrewards- at checkout no discounts are applied even after linking wrewards card.

Really awesome user friendly app, being in NZ and Aus a lot over the last years, this app is by far the best over the retail stores in those countries. Well done Woolworths!

App useless. Says find in store when trying to select items. When trying to make payment, it now uses 3D verification and it never sends an approve it message to your phone, making you unable to pay or make your order! I logged a complaint on the app and never got a response. I called customer service and they were completely useless and asked for my bank card number! I am shocked and disappointed in woolworths

Unable to order anything atm as every time I select an item to 'add to cart ' it automatically shoots to ' find in store' I've logged out and then logged in no change. I've rebooted my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, no change. Will use takealot now as they don't have these bs issues.

I had an order scheduled for delivery on 11 December 2-5pm. On the day, I received an email at 1:30pm saying that my order would be delayed by two hours. That was the last communication I got from woolies. It is the 12th December, 10am. I have not received my groceries, I have not had any feedback from woolies. On my app it says that my order is a "past order" meaning it has been processed and delivered! Utterly disappointed with the level of service!!!

The app keeps buffering and then pops up an error message saying your request has timed out, try again later. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the same problem occurs. Just think of all the sales Woolworths is losing out on. If the app won't allow you to open the item or even see what size is available then I can't purchase it. What a waste of time.

Slow, cumbersome, almost useless. This feels like an app made by a quick wix phone app. How makes online shopping experience so slow, that to put an item in your basket it take 3 painfully slow click to add it. Then you spend hours trying to build your own personal shopping list, each taking 4 selections to make it possible, only to find your shopping list every item on the list is "out of stock". Which is not true as if you go to each item the stock check is each item is available.

Not ecstatic about this app. Seems quite buggy and a lot of things don't make sense. Why can't items that are in stock at a Woolworths store but not in stock online be delivered? If it's going to take an extra day or two to get the item from the store to deliver to me, it's okay. Why can't I use my Woolworths account as a payment method? Why can I only purchase one of some items? The price filter does not always show.

The app is not too user friendly. Once I have captured my delivery notes on the app, I cannot get to the payment/checkout widget - it goes missing on that stage. if I dont capture delivery notes, then I cannot proceed with payment. It needs an update

This used to the best shopping app for any retail store in South Africa but during the past 2 months it has gone to the dogs. You CANNOT purchase a single thing on this app... heck, you can't even put anything in your cart. Woolworths will HAVE to pull up their socks. I've closed the app and gone shopping on the Truworths online store or the TFG online shops on various occasions!

It says all items on my grocery list is out of stock, but online it is available. I have logged out and back in and it is still the same. What is the issue with the app?
