Ugly and harder to understand new look to the app. Please put it back to the simplified version you had previously. Having to click on the waste of time circles is annoying and extra effort when you could have just kept the bars as was. New look gives me a headache
I can login to the app on my tablet, but using the same email & password on my phone it just tells me they are incorrect. Using a browser is fine, and i use a password manager so no fat fingers.
Not awesome. This app shows daily data usage, but not monthly, completely useless if you want to know your monthly usage. The app does not allow you to opt out of Woolworths inane notifications that you will be recharged in 2 days time and then again that you have been recharged. I have blocked their texts and their emails now go to spam. Daft company. _____________ In response to the Woolworths reply: Why not just tell me how to see per month data usage in your reply? Your reply to me asking to not receive your daft notifications was "We can't do that, they are automatic"
Still a worthless app. My mobile data and days left does not update. This is in spite of clearing cache, reinstall. The option to stop voicemail never works and impossible to get someone to talk to. It's the worst possible cellular service.
With the recent update, the UI changes made on the dashboard is singlehandedly the worse decision a software engineer could ever make. This is directed to whoever made the decision to use a dial and small text as the UI. What you had before was perfect. Don't change something that already works well. Looking into the text inside the dial is like trying to use my eyes as an electron microscope scale to find the microtext. Your app isn't worth going onto r/programmerhumour.
No way of speaking to Customer service. I've sent 2 emails and haven't had a reply.
Garbage can never process a payment to recharge now. Was only occasionally but now not at all no matter which card i use.
Great app. Tells you data use and what you have left on your prepaid account (days, calls, sms) very clearly, with a widget on your home screen available, too. I love that you can recharge even if you are out of data (unlike other providers). The help chat window mostly works, and has given me fast resolution of the only problem I have had, which is recharging once and being charged twice. The money was refunded faster than I was advised. Great, easy-to-use app.
Has never worked. Try to reset password, get an email, follow link, enter new password and error says "the link you followed was invalid". This has been the case for years. Now they've altered my phone plan and I will have to call them to see what they've done and get it fixed. Usually calls are around an hour for even minor issues. This app has no support, which makes the app itself completely useless.
The return of the usage bars is welcomed. Thank you for listening.
app in general is bad but the plans are absolutely horrid. Anything over the 30 day expiry is straight up stupid. Waste of money for basically nothing
only problem I had with the app was knowing when my recharge was actually due to run out, and not just a vague number of days. This update has made such a huge difference. thankyou
Hi. The app used to work but now when I open the app it just scrolls constantly to the left and the white circle thing keeps going around and around. Won't get past that screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same. I'm using a galaxy note 10. Any help appreciated.
App seems to work well but the add-ons section could do with a purchase confirmation warning. If you press on one of the add-ons to have a look, you instantly purchase it with no warning and there seems to be no option to reverse the purchase.
I am unable to update to the latest version as it requires access to my camera and contacts list. There are no circumstances where I can envisage that an application to manage my phone plan needs access to my camera or contacts.
I used to be able to recharge a larger amount to top up my data bank, then recharge smaller to keep it going. They stopped that, and now my bank is at 0. Why? Does woolworths really need extra money? Why can't they keep the service I signed up for? Greedy corporates. I suppose the plan for this service is to rope people in when it is a good service, then slowly make it a poor service and hope they stay in. I won't recommend this service to anyone, and I will be looking elsewhere soon.
Horrible app, horrible customer experience. The 10% offer is so hard to redeem (code doesn't work 50%of the time) and it's in general a frustrating experience. The code often doesn't work, whether you have used the code or not is never accurate via the app. To chat about the problem it's always with bots/standard answers. Terrible app made worse by terrible customer service.
Plans are good value and use Telstra's network. The app itself is good, but sometimes there are errors that can impact on purchasing plans and this is the reason for only four stars.
There is no customer service. They have some virtual assistant and it does not help me. I'm talking to an olive. I want to change to another number as i am being annoyed by scammers and would like to keep all my data. Going back to aldi at least they have customer service.

I love this app. Reduced one star because it doesn't have a option which is present in flybuys rewards app. Three feature is , ability to have a widget to display the rewards card bar code. I have to either open the mobile app Everytime or I have to create a shortcut icon in the home screen which in turn open the mobile app and display the barcode directly .
I want to see the percentage of data i used for the previous month, but i can only see a day by day break down. That's not a bad feature, but i feel like the one month view is pretty important.
NoWoolworth mobile contact for customer service. I can't get through to you instead go on line or app. Im not a modern technology expert. Very poor. No outlet to go if I got problem. For this reason I change my provider.
Recharge hasn't worked using the app or mobile site for 6 months. Thought that would have been fixed by now. It doesn't accept payments. Need to go in-store to recharge. The other features of the app are good.
Not easy to get support as closed by 3pm our time. Very frustrating. accessibility isn't good to get help. When you are in open hours you wait and wait.. I tried to see my plan and its inclusions and do not understand have international calls but not able send international sms .. will not renew contract when expires.
Despicable treatment by this company. Am in a vulnerable position and no one will restore data to my plan. Help comes too late. Take my payment and do not apply data to my plan
Agree with Denzel Whitfield. This new update is horrendous. It hurts the eyes and just looks cluttered. There was nothing wrong with the previous layout and it was easier to look at. And, it was still a graph of sorts. Please go back to how it was previously because this is woeful.
