Same as everyone else.. unable to add balance.. nothing happening after entering card detail. And yes soo many technical upgrade required
Eversince you updated/renovated the app last March 2022, the app crashes frequently so now I can't topup my e-credit.
Ever since the update, the app keep on crashing without being able to top up my account
Same issue as everyone else, not able to Top up /add amount after recent update.
What happened with the app? It won't even allow me to login. The update is terrrible
New App is OK but the balance amount should be visible at home page.

Can't log in to this app, even after changing the password. This app is supposed to make things faster and smoother, but in reality it's just the opposite plus frustration. I'll stick to cash and credit cards thank you.
Upon installation, the app is not opening in Samsung galaxy s6 phone. It keeps stopping. Every time i open the app it stops. I have send feedback. 0lease fix this problem asap. I need to renew my vehicle registration.
Very bad update there is no option for top up
This app instead of moving forward they move backward, before you can login and check your account and top up, instead of improving by make my credit card saved for future payment, they removed the top up from the account you only can do it without log on, what a shame Talbat and Rafeeq app more advance they should consult them for improvment
Who are all having issue with login, please re register with small letter of your name without space between two name. I tried and successful. For the option between email and sms will be back to your choice. Overall this is good app for all
It does not even opened on my Samsung S9+, apps always crashing, I have an updated OS which may not be compatible with this apps. Pls update apps!

App stuck after payment option. It says i will receive a message once payment is complete. It was from credit card and it is not proceeding. It has been hours now
The app is not showing the full list of vehicles category while registering for Fahes. Kindly update and let us proceed. I am trying to search Private Transportation category in the list.
Not able to create an account, cought in catch 22, tried to create an account, the App crashed before on finalizing the application. now I can't register no.more as my login is active, can't create a new account as my QID & PHONE NUMBER are invalid.....what do I do now?????
Please make it very clear to customers that you don't accept debit cards from all banks and creds from HSBC bank. I was trying for 2 weeks to pay for Fahes registration without luck then I found out the above. This is unnecessarily very anoying to customers and to Woqod. thanks
Kindly solve the login issue, as i can't avle to login in the app as well as unable to use option forget my password. And when trying to make new login its saying QID already exist. Thanks
Money can only be added in ewallet by using a CREDIT card which isn't really convinient for many people .. Please add the option of debit card so that one can top up e wallet from the comfort of their home
I paid QR 400 for two cars, useless, technically it needs a lot of improvements, practically, you should give credit limit otherwise what is the benefits of the application!!!

Unable to pay for vehicle inspection under FAHES tab. Tried several times but failed. Need to look into this urgently as FAHES is closed and there is no way to renew the ISTEMARA.

Very bad development. Bad image for Woqod hope stop this app until make really good version .. Many issuse, to pay one time i take 30 minutes because of app freezing in each step
