- When playing a word lib, there is a "random word" feature.If you need help choosing a word, just use the dice icon.
- Or, shake your device to randomize as many words as possible!You'll find that the harder you shake, the bigger the word.
- Let Word Blanks read the story for you by pressing the "Speak" button. (if you have a "voice pack", such as SVOX installed on your device).
- Save your favorite or completed stories, and share them with your friends on Facebook.
- All stories created on the wordlibs.com website are available for play by searching or browsing the categories.
Word Libs will provide hours of entertainment at parties, wedding or baby showers.
For full functionality, an internet connection is required to use this app. However, stories saved as a Favorite will be available for play offline.
We've included a 'Most Recent' category just to be complete, and to give new users a chance to "shine" when they create a new word lib.

Needs internet. I am connected to internet. I tried other places to connect and it still won't let me do anything
When I'm in the middle of typing things, it says word blanks has stopd. Then the app closes out. All so the thing that you can have read to you mispronounces words.
I love it and its fun to make weird sentences so its a decent app atleast

This game wont let me type a word
Mad libs are only as good as the stories, and most of the ones on offer here are pretty bad. Largely user-submitted, the often ask for the wrong type of word, have numerous misspellings, and don't always make any sense what so ever.
Getting together with the family used to consist of monotonous talking and catching up on the days activities. Now we come together and play Word libs on our phone and we've never been happier. The amount of stories and categories means there will never be a dull evening again! Thank you Word Libs! Now that it's free we even allow our kids to download this game on their phones.
On some of the mad libs there are way too many spelling mistakes. I might delete this one. But, I'll keep it installed just bcuz i like mad libs so much. :)
It's a great game and very entertaining but I am confused as to where the stories are saved. Please help so I can continue to enjoy this great app.
Installed, stories are lame, too many answered, lots of bugs. Uninstalling.
I'm just glad I didn't waist any money on it!
It says I cannot connect to the server? Why would I need the internet to play this app? All I am doing is filling in words.

Horrible. I was almost done with a nice funny one and then it stops because of internet connection that I had but it still wouldn't work.
Installed, after a little while of using it, it said that it lost connection. I uninstalled. This company needs to fix this problem.
I had no idea this many people like mad libs - there's thousands of stories on here that other people created. The editor favorite and most popular ones are usually the best ones though. The shake to randomize and speaking the story is pretty cool.
When I have internet connection they say I don't and then freeze up on me y'all need to fix it
Awful when I started to use it froze and crashed I wouldn't recommended it.
This app had awful grammar which makes it hard to write. Some of the stories don't even make sense-in my mind, at least. Disappointed for sure. The original Mad Libs will remain king!
I hate how sometimes you have no choice over words.

It won't let me put in my own words and keep them there..I put in maybe 5 words and it does the rest on its own.. I don't like that..uninstalling..
My antivirus flagged this as intrusive adware. Don't install!
I couldnt even open it!
Every time when we would get to the end of filling in our lists of words we would get an error message saying that it couldn't connect to the server and everything would be reset.
