Word Breaker Full

Very useful tool for many word games. Easy to use and integrates well with Wordfeud and similar games. Recently installed this on a Lenovo Chromebook tablet. The APP seems to require a particular portrait orientation. The app is upsidedown if I hold the tablet with the camera at the top. This happens whether I have rotation locked or not. Can this be fixed.

Coming on 2 years since the last post from another guy on this and the same issues are happening. On the PAID version. Why is there no random board support for Word Feud Paid? No one uses the regular board there. I have never, in the 11 years I have been playing Word Feud gotten an invite on the normal board - it's always random. I wish there was something more up to date to the game itself to use. I find more useful words ony own. This app doesn't help me. I wish I had just used the free one.

This app was five stars, easy to use and quick, but now it doesn't import screenshots. Instead of showing the screen shot, a big red X appears.

Not sure what happened. When I import a screen shot on my Galax S4 tablet, the screen shot fails to import. This is new. Is there an issue since the last update?

The other day I gave a negative rating due to the disappearance of a dictionary. Firecrackers came back to me and pointed out how to install the dictionary. So here a more balanced review: this is a good product and helps me find high scoring words. Sometimes WB doesn't get the highest scoring word, so always check for yourself, particularly when you can lay letters parallel to words on the board. I also find the 'remaining letters' function very handy. I haven't tested version 7 yet!

After latest Android update (2/9/2020), app no longer works properly. After taking a screenshot and pressing the Go button to get a suggested word, numerous additional letters, especially the letter "I," randomly pop up all over the board. Number of incidents depends on current # of words already on board. On one game board, for example, I had over 30 letters pop up, including over a dozen "I" tiles and several words that weren't on the actual game board. EDITED: your suggestions didn't fix it.

works well, rarely have unuseable word. I really like it! Easy to use. NEW INFO: The rules for allowed words by Scrabble often change yearly. But Wordbreaker will not update completely because other games might be affected! Often the first 5 , 10, or 20+ words are unuseable because of a rule change they wont put into their program. Used to be you almost never ran in to this problem. Now the rare thing is to have the first (and often highest scoring) words to be useable!

Well, on a second thought it came out that it was my fault... Auto learning mode can give isdues after a few weeks of actively playing (clogging system) so better reset said mode to achieve smoother operations. Better choose server for better OCR mode. DO KEEP UP WITH TILE STYLES! don't change anything else please :).

This upgrade is not good. The ghost version is hard to see. The scores are incorrect. Although I paid for full uninterrupted version in May is I am constantly badgered for reviews. I cannot review until I have had a chance to use it. It says I like free words but I have paid. The dictionary is not the same. Time will tell if it is as good.

Another issue still not fixed the odd 'I' is put in on DL squares if next to another word. Luckily they can be removed. Any other small issues are usually fixed quickly Now there's a begging message almost everytime it's used not one of the things that make me want to review. I paid for no ads but that should also be for the developer.

I used to really love using this app (originally had it rated at a five-star but had backed down to four) because it helped on the solo puzzles especially. For some reason, recently, it is showing me one scorer on your appbut nothing close to that when I place the word into the game. And I have paid for the full version!

I love this app it's so helpful, and purchasing was certainly worth the money to avoid all the ads. However... it makes frequent mistakes in how it copies the board and it gets really frustrating. I've used the recommended app and also their funky route but nonetheless it still makes LOTS OF MISTAKES. Please fix it for android users.

Worked great until the latest update. Now gets letters wrong no matter what tile style I use, misses some completely, and misspells words. Free version works fine so I don't know how they screwed this up. I've contacted the developers and basically got the answer of "it's your fault. You must have trained your device incorrectly". I don't even know how I would have "trained" my device, so being blamed for this leves a very bad taste in my mouth.

The free version isn't recognizing some letters correctly in board solver mode, but the paid version is, the free version says you may need to download a screenshot app that uses higher quality images than jpeg, though, so if you have that already, then it should work fine.

ok app, can still find bigger words without it though, not too good on the full version is it??? Further to your reply, i use both board solver and classic. No, using board solver mode. Sorry, still missing words on scrabble, using both both methods of checking. I will contact you directly next time with an example.

Love the program, easy to use, highly recommend it. They have done an update that has the most annoying messages telling me to rate the program. I paid for the full version, I have given you a rating, now please leave me alone to play scrabble!

It's good! I tried to download the full version but it won't download. I think I might have paid into it to remove ads. Right now It down loaded the free version and it's not working to well. I would like the full version back please..thank you

The app (free and full versions) suddenly will not read certain letters in my screen captures - e, r, u, and others. Very tedious. Nothing wrong with screenshots. Please fix your app the way it was a few days ago.

I was having a heck of a time with my Word Breaker showing up in my notifications panel for my Samsung Galaxy S7. I was able to solve the problem with the help of Jason who helped me figure it out. This is the best customer service ever! Thank you so much for being such dedicated Developers! I've never written an app review before and this is the first but these people really deserve the five star rating!

No longer detects random boards in WordFued. The game is random board, but WordBreaker imports the board as a standard one instead. The letters on the board are fine though. (edit) Thanks to the devs response. This is a work in progress.

I love app. But something is going on with it reading the letters from screenshots. "A" is "W" and other multiple letters being read as something else on the board and in the drawn tiles for use. Very frustrating

It often mistakes a bonus spot (especially DL or TL) for a tile it can't recognize. very minor problem. I like how it recognizes tiles that are in patterns or colors other than the standard.

Spanish for Scrabble Go is a lie. English screenshots works fine. For help with Spanish words, it doesn't include "ch" or "rr" in the alphabet, and the app recommends downloading an additional .png screenshot service. Thankfully google refunded as soon as testing the spanish version failed.

no longer works with screen shots at all, even with the substitute screen shot app. than whenever you try to use a screen shot it glitches the board to half size and you have to uninstall it and reinstall it to use it at all.

I've been using this app for a while and used to love (5 stars) it but the recent update forces a nag screen to download their OCR app. I do not want to as my Samsung JPEGs work fine, always has. I used to be able to disable this nag in the previous version but no more. after speaking with Firecracker they said that I should download the OCR app anyway ..not happy about that response. The nag screen blocks my vision and I have to wait each time for it to clear before I can continue my game. I kindly ask you to stop harassing your subscribing customers with this annoyance. Thank you.

No good at all. Software recognition does not seem to work. Most letters become other letters when trying to operate. Changing the letters to right ones is possible, but a true hassle.

Awesome App and Stellar Customer Service! I've used this app for years and it's head and shoulders above the competition...I especially like the "ghost function" that allows you to play with words while looking at whatever game board you're playing on. Also, the developer (Firecracker) not only makes great apps, but hires great employees. I emailed them today regarding a minor glitch & "Tatyana" wrote me right back advising me they've isolated the problem & will be updating the app immediately!

Best game on the internet. I do have some problems with getting disconnected often and sometimes, not bring able to receive my credits but if I report it, it usually gets fixed fast.
