Word Clock Widget
You can change the font size and the colors in the settings (including transparency)
- you get an app in the laucher to display these settings.
Currently there are three widget sizes (2x2, 3x3, 4x4), but you may resize the widget using your launcher as well. If you add more than one widget on the homescreen, all will share the same settings )(e.g. colors).
Additionally you can use the word clock as daydream service. You need to select "Word Clock Widget" in your daydream list in the settings app.
NOTICE: this App provides a widget that has to be added to your homescreen. Please refer to your launchers documentation how to add widgets.

Great app, does just what I wanted. However, I'd like the transition time from (for example) "ten to" to "five to" to occur at 7 and a half minutes to the hour (and so on for every five-minute transition). So each five minute statement would apply to the NEAREST actual time rather than the MOST RECENT actual time. Maybe this could be an option. Hope this makes sense!
Good widget and very flexible. I wonder if there could be an update to remove "a" from "quarter past" or "quarter to". Or perhaps the option to leave it out. So instead of "it is a quarter past/to" we can just have "it is quarter past/to". Otherwise, it works perfectly for what I need.
I love the look and everything but the widget goes up, correct time, but the time never changes in It stays frozen at whatever time it said when I put it up, and if I set the screen to FHD+ or WQHD+ it disappears. Probably the word aspect ratio on the Samsung S8.
Almost perfect, but I cant figure out why is a bit "slow", sometimes it "forgot" to update... The widget should refresh itself (only when the screen is on) every 1 minute... But it does not ???
Just installed it an hr back and already loving it. Works absolutely fine on my LG G6 running android 8. Have always wanted to own a watch/clock which shows time like this, stumbled upon this widget while surfing in google. May i request the creator for a live wallpaper on the same concept pls. 5 star after i test it for more time, if all goes well.
Worthless. Shows the time you added the widget to the home screen; never updates. Unless you remove and re-add.
Almost perfect... if the option to display exact minutes worked when the app is used as a daydream screensaver... I'd give it five stars.
Really attractive clock. The only flaw I've seen is that when it's a quarter to a particular hour it says "it is quarter to..." when it should be "it is a quarter to..." the "a" is missing ance that's how it's naturally said. there is even an "a" in the word half that could be used.
Very clever and quite beautiful. I love the fact that it only updates every 5 minutes. Time is over rated. Live in the moment.

NICEE. Liking the customization abilities with colors and transparencies but wish there option for touching widget to be connected to either alarm clocks or color settings.
I really loved this one, but it doesn't work on my Umidigi S2 lite. :-(
Nice app but Updates after 10 mins.. quarter word never pops up. Fix them.
How quick does the widget update the time? For example it's already 2:07 but it was still showing 2:05 (5 mins past two). Using a Samsung A7. Please look into this.

Excellent design and very nice looking clock especially when adjusted to make the background transparent. Highly recommended. Just a minor thing. Thanks for adding the option to remove 'it is' in the settings. Works great, but just wondered why it only works for English.... In German, 'es ist' still appears when the option to remove is set to off and the same in Dutch.
