Years ago 5 stars, got a new phone lost over 60k points. As of this year I can no longer play video for extra points "video unavailable". Instead of winning 100 points after supposedly winning 100 credited with 80 points. After playing 20 games in a row still can't win the bonus 50...really??? And No, I am not interested in buying anything. However, I do enjoy playing the game, it is definitely one of my favorites.

This syncing thing has gotten very old! I literally just updated the app and what happens as soon as I try to play? ERROR: THERE WAS AN ISSUE SYNCING YOUR DATA! Then I have to get off the app, sign in to Facebook, go back to WC which reboots and makes me wait, just to make it sync back up. I am much too far into this game to lose my progress but this syncing issue is making me want to uninstall! And you STILL need to bring back the butterfly levels!

I have played this Word Cookies APP for years on my IPad, so I tried it on my Android. No difference! Great fun--probably the best Brain Game available. I love it! Making it awesome are challenges from Special Levels--these should be continued throughout the game at all levels (they are amazing). Extra points from Quest and Premium Pass are also superb!

30 sec ads are intolerable. Must consider discontinuing. Love playing this each day. Way too many ads...fullscreen and up to 30 seconds each. But I put up with it. Lessen the ads and I'd give it 6 stars! Update: Ads seem to be increasing. Getting pretty sick of it now.

Game itself is great. Many optional purchases, but game is completely playable without. Biggest problem is the ads. Yes, ad supported. HOWEVER, the ads come on with full sound, even if the sound is shut off in the game. If you're playing somewhere quiet or around other people it's obnoxious.

Stars that appear when I enter a word often cause the game to freeze and shut down. PLEASE delete those stars from the game if you cannot prevent that. Last update did NOT correct that. Totally ruins the experience. I HAVE kept up with updates. Most recent update a few moments ago caused the game to not even load. Starts to load, then boots me out. Used to be my favorite game. So disappointing.

it is a good app. i gave it 3 stars because of how easy the words get. it keeps repeating itself in most of the levels and it gets too easy. another thing is how repetitive the game gets, no changes just straight and always the same. also when playing on phone it makes it too small, and you cant make it bigger. please fix this and the game will be much better.

1 hint costs 100, each ad watched gives 15. Drop the hint cost or put up the amount you get after watching a 30 second video. Or give more hint options without paying. Today you can't even collect hints, usually the special offer that hides the hints goes off after a short while, it's been on for over an hour. I've had enough there are plenty of similar games that don't charge as much tokens for letters and so little for hints, IF you can collect them at all.

Sorry but I have to give a bad score now. I got a new cell and now I get the same point for collecting 15 point per ad but you changed the hints from 25 to now 100. I didn't mind watching ads to get 15 coins and paying 25 to get a letter but 100 is too much time wasted on ads. They want 300 for that random bunch of letters to reveal. My old phone still gives 25 coins per letter and 100 for random. The game is now unbearable to play. Too many ads and they are too long 30 seconds is ridiculous.

The game itself is GREAT....but the videos we watch for bonus points never end, and I have to go out of the game and start it over. I have to do the same once I complete a level, it happens every single time...that makes the game annoying.

Good game and worked well until I played it for a while. Since I didn't purchase anything, stopped giving rewards for watching ads. Just says can't connect, check internet. It's funny that ads between levels come up perfectly.

Constant crashes on launch. Rarely works first time, full of American spelling (fundamentally wrong), and the bonus daily spin vid has not worked in a year. Used to be good, now just frustrating.

I love this game, however it is slower and SLOWER when trying to do the bake off! And then it freezes and you lose the points and time. Sometimes I don't even attempt it!

Challenging, fun word game. It is my favorite! Needs to accept more common words that are not offensive. I recently accidentally uninstalled this app after playing for more than 2 years. What a surprise to see the point value of the hint has increased x4!! Now words with roots in some certain languages are included. Refreshing.

Rubbish game. It has changed overnight when I upgraded my phone. Won't be playing this ad based rubbish. I've spent hard earned cash on it up until recently. It's not even the same game that's on my old phone

Quite an addictive game, especially when it gets more advanced. Has annoying habit of adverts freezing thus preventing collection of free reward coins. The provision of acquiring free coins has been heavily reduced in recent years with more emphasis being on selling coins.

Twice now, I have PAID for the "premium" free gifts for 9 days, and after the first few days, the levels I clear aren't put toward my points. The first time, I thought it was a glitch, but now it's happened twice!!! Well, I'm NOT paying anymore. I feel stupid & I didn't get my rewards for all the levels I cleared!!!🤬

I updated the app a few days ago and all my progress since last year,all cleared up. I started just some days back,even played today,just to login right now and everything has cleared up again! I'm deleting the app asap! And getting a new word game app cause it's literally one of the things I love playing. Maybe when your issues are fixed up I'd resume with it.

The previous issue was fixed! But recently having problems with the daily spinner. I do the first spin then get an error that says "sorry this video can't play" or something similar, but then I don't get the reward. 11/5/21 I have loved this game for years but am too having similar issues with the ads freezing up the game. But still giving it 4 stars because I appreciate that the company is responding to the issues people are commenting about and think they will hopefully have it fixed soon.

I've been playing Word Cookies for years. The game itself is fun, but it's becoming more and more stingy regarding earning coins. You used to earn so many coins between challenges and watching ads, but most of those are either no longer available or they have halfed the earning amount. (Weekend challenges) I no longer purchase coins because I feel it's a rip off. I'll keep playing for now, but have been looking into other games.

This is a really good game. It makes you think 🤔 and does not have that many adds. Although it may be troubling to figure out the words it's fun. The. Thing that bugs me out is the "Extra Word" thing. Every time I find a really good word it goes in the extra word jar, but other from that this game is amazing.

Utterly broken I played this game daily for over a year but the last update completely broke it. It freezes during initial loading, or as a game loads. I literally am not able to play at all. Goodbye Word Cookies

I enjoyed it, but to an extent. Because when am in pastry chef they take me back to the starting, they did it the first time, I overlooked it, now they did it again. I have ransacked my brain for so many words and u are trying to take me back , it's not fair. So am going to delete this app from my phone.

The videos will not play to get coins and everytime I spin the wheel it comes up with the same thing. I really love this game have played for a long time. It has changed . The first part of this review is because it will not let me play the videos the videos will start up and not play or the timer will stop in the middle of it and I would have to cut the game off and restart to continue playing or it tells me I have no internet connection. Yet the game will continue playing the videos will not p

Loved it, now it freezes and won't open. I've played for over a year. Now 21,000+ points lost later. Updated 4/18/22 Just had to shut down and start over for the second time with over 22,000 cookies. Please fix it, I enjoy playing!!!!!

I had almost completed the game in my old phone. But after I changed phones I couldn't continue from where I stopped even though I signed in with my Facebook. I can't start all over again hence I'm uninstalling the game. Update: I eventually did it. Love it! My progress is saved.

Wonderful job on the bug fixes! My rating has gone from 1* to 4*; you quit throwing ads into the middle of gameplay,it seems as though there are very few cheat programs outsmarting your program, and very few of the ads seem inappropriate for younger players. Get a chat program up at least for league and you get 5*. Thanx for making this game fun again :)
