This game used to be so much fun that I gave a 5 star rating and became a subscriber, however it has turned into a frustrating nightmare! The game glitches constantly and freezes mid game especially when I'm winning and I'm not the "preferred player" I also get kicked out of the app alot causing me to lose points that I worked hard to earn. Its also as if you set a cap to my score that I can't pass a certain amount. Fix it!!! Until then you get 1 star and you'll soon lose my subscription.

Used to love this game, but I'm about to cancel my subscription and uninstall the game! There are so many glitches, it's ridiculous! Besides freezing ALL the time, the game closes out every single time I use certain boosters, like when I try to use the magic mirror booster twice. Then, what's even worse, every single time I'm in a tournament and win a game, it still marks out a loss and ends up causing me to lose the tournament. I'm done wasting coins, gems, and most importantly, my money!

I used to love this game but lately it keeps glitching and half the games are lost. I also don't like that I've been playing for so long but yet new players have more boosters than I have. Also, when people leave the game they should lose. Now if you make a great first move, the opponent leaves and you have to WAIT the entire game or forfeit and lose. Just not what it used to be! 😔

FRUSTRATING! the app bugs ALL the time! LITERALLY ALL THE TIME! Can't even finish the matches and THE WORST part: there's a glitch in the game when a player can simply leave a match, and then you are forced to either wait all the turns to finish (5min+) without playing, or to quit the game while losing points! How's it possible that you have dropped the quality SO much in 2022?. I have friends that I've made on this game and WE ARE ALL having the same issues. I pay for this subscription, FIX IT!

One of my fave games to play, however it has gotten super glitchy. I have lost many games because a letter tile moves on the board when trying to apply a booster. Bonus squares disappear, boosters don't display the correct label and often I've had 3 or 4 of the same letter in my hand. Overall, I really enjoy this game and hope it stabilizes after I reinstall it.

How the hell does your opponent win if he has less score than you? This game is so meaningless that, I was playing a game with a random opponent and I had 118 points. He was on his last turn. He had 48 points. Suddenly, he used the First Aid booster and a tile came upon another tile at the board, which is impossible. But the tile stood there and the player was having low signal. And suddenly the game ends and shows I lost. And I know, once it starts making you lose once, it dosen't stop anymore.

The game frezzes when moving tiles especially when in the red zone and you have an excellent play to make and them end up loosing because you can't play the tiles you want to. 2 players leaving the game and you forced to sit through it nope that's enough. Extremely close to quitting. I like the game but 1 more month (yh I'm very gracious) of this and I am uninstalling.Fyi was playing for years prior.

I am not one to complain. But I play this game while doing my accounting, housework etc. It has frozen up non stop. I am close to removing this app. I have lost games due to frozen during my turn. I actually pay when out of coins. Been a customer- game player for 2 years. Fix it or I'm gone. There is obviously a problem. Get it fixed. Thank you.

This game is good, the problem is the ads every after the game there is an ad, it is annoying and also can you please make it offline it will be more fun.. also please lower the energy consumption to 10 or 5 to play more matches. And also lower the boost prize to 30 gems below because it is too difficult to collect gems to buy some rare cards... That's all I want to say..

I recently installed this game, and I like it so far. But recently the app starts to close by itself, like when I'm in the middle of playing, and I lose points and the energy cause of that. Been happening that several times for now. And there have been slight glitches as well Overall it's good

So laggy. And then it just freezes. Seems to be a common complaint. Also, whats your algorithn for trophies? I always lose 20+ trophies but barely win more than 15 even if score really high. What's the deal? Sad thing is, no matter the complaints, i dont think itll be addressed. I mean, just look at the initial reply to my original review of game being laggy

It's addictive and fun but it has its minuses. For example, if your opponent disconnects at the beginning of the match you have to continue playing and wait for his turn to end everytime. If you quit it will count as a game loss for you.

When a player leaves the game by closing the app as opposed to "resigning," the game doesn't time out the way its supposed to, and as a result, I am stuck playing the whole game without any moves by my opponent. This is obnoxious as well as boring.

The game keeps freezing. I won straight games in one of the challenges and suddenly I noticed I lost once (how). And please do not tell me to contact you. These are recurring issues with other gamers as well. Just fix it. Otherwise great game.

Thank you for genuinely helping each time. Love the game, the challenges from time to time are frustrating, but it's a really fun and addictive game!!!

Hi, I really loved playing this game at first. However, of late playing this game has been very frustrating, and have me on the verge of deleting it. I would be on top of the game only for the cards to freeze, causing me to not be able to play. This has been happening long enough for this to be already rectified. My internet works perfectly fine, so please fix the problem.

Game keeps freezing up when playing against "friends " ...have contacted support several times and I've done everything they've told me and yet still happens. So frustrating.

Having trouble in tournament. Even though i have won, it shows that I have lost and I am not able to pass more than 3 levels, even though I win , it always shows lost and i loose the tournament. Kindly fix this issue , as this has happened many a times

Great game overall but i'm gonna say there are some bugs, like some boosters don't work the way they are supposed to, For example Booster Block only works at the very last turn and that makes the gameplay unfair. Another thing, the hourly chest isn't fair as well it was good in the past updates but now you get 50 coins like 95% of the time, and let's be honest the removal of the blue book cards made getting boosters way harder than before.

Don't know wjat you've done but this last month the game has had so many glitches and crashes all the time gonna cancel. Lost so many gems because it crashes. Sort it out ASAP or will uninstall EDITED UNINSTALLING AS FED UP WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO COMPLETE A GAME IN THE LAST WEEK DUE TO CRASHES

Love the game, I havent had any problems. My only complaint is when someone leaves the game It use to end the game and say the opponent left. Now it doesn't and don't know if i leave will it take my points. Welp i'm experiening issues game has froze on me several times the only way to fix it is leave the game and then i lose points.

I paid 800 coins for a tournament, won my first two games and the game showed that I had 2 wins and a loss. I hadn't played a 3rd game.. Then on the next game it froze at my opponent's third turn. It wasn't submitting.. So we both stayed there waiting... I was leading him.. After he exited the app it said I had lost and I got knocked out.. What the hell is this? What in the unfair hell is this? Should I just delete the app? I am infuriated beyond words..

I'm changing my review about this game. To developers and to anybody who want to install this game. It has many in game bugs. Some booster effects didn't happened according to its description. My opponent got stupid advantage because of this technical problem. Also, to developers, you really should limit how many boosters can be used in a single round. It is ridiculous when my opponents have up to 9 boosters although his level is very low. It kills the fun of building words in this game.

Very interesting game concept and i like games with collections. But levelling is unrewarding. Also it seem no reward for reaching higher ranks. Please add at least some story bag piece rewards. Competition to increase rank is more fun if better prizes. Or in events please have tiered rewards based on rank.

I thought this issue of you wining a tournament and the game says you've lost was fixed since but it wasn't, and another thing the Gems in this game are useless there is nothing you can buy with it completely nothing... Overall, I like this game I even pass most of my days on it... They should just try fixing all this issues and making tge gems moi important, you can't even buy a card with it.

This game is nice. But everything will be great if there are no lags inside the game 😑. For example when I play the game using boosters , suddenly it disappears everything is misplaced😭. So please check into this. Thank you 👍.what will happen to this issue?
