Adding to all the reviews over the past two days saying there is now a CertPathValidatorException when you submit. Has to be something wrong on the server end. I hope the server hasn't been abandoned, because this was a really useful app :(. That happened to my favorite recipe app too. EDIT: The developer replied to my review saying this is fixed. I re-installed and voila - it's working again! Excellent developer responsiveness! Thanks!
Keeps coming up with No Words Found message. When it does work it has too many words that are not English.
Update: 2018: I reinstalled a while back and it was working fine until yesterday. Overall I really like this app. I hope they fix it soon. 2017. Stopped working after update. Uninstalled
Worked well for many months. Even after reinstall, it has a certification issue and is useless. Too bad. Until then, it was a great word finder...
Read about how you need to "update" the app due to the Certpath but no way to update. So uninstalled then reinstalled...did NOT fix the problem at all. Still there. Moving on.
Love this helper. Only thing is it finds words once in a while that can't be played.
The app doesn't work anymore. No words found and getting a connection error. Rebooted, reinstalled, nothing works. Everything else on my end is working fine.
Coming up with certification issues, I'd love to keep using this app but it's pointless at the moment
I'm in uk and only version 1.6 on play store.
Worked quite well until recently when it started to give results that we're more akin to sentences with no spaces and most of the letters in red. What happened?
Brilliant at finding words and tells there meaning too.
Um, on the definition for the word Orach, Noun, when it starts to give the examples, there's an A. something having to do with spinach leaves, and that's It. There's no B. So like why did you even put an A. if you weren't going to put a B.? I think leaving the A. off completely, would've sufficed. Otherwise, it leaves you hanging🐚💛
There is a bug w this app that started this week. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still not fixed. Help!

CLEAR button is way too close to the SUBMIT button. Keep clearing my letters when I want to submit :(

I kept getting message no words found even if i entered a word like dog or house. With pop up message "error connecting to web". Other apps workfine as fo other apps connecting to web ie facebook...words with friends etc
It's good but it's not really for scrabble. To test it type in 'do' it will say no. But as we know do is a word
While it is somewhat helpful, far too many undefined words and words tagged to another word's definition. For example, it returned GLUTE as a possible word but used FLUTE for the definition.
Hangs up too ofton and many missing word options!
Whatever is going on? This worked fine up until a few days ago. Now... Nothing. What the heck? Just put it back!!!!!!!!
Easy to use
I used this to come up with "antidote", it said it would be 8 points, with a double letter score, TWO triple word scores, and using all my tiles it was 131!!!! The only thing that doesn't for my lifestyle is that you have to be online to use it but on the upside no internal dictionary does save memory. All round it's a nice simple, easy to use, helpful app!
I can't recall how MANY SCRABBLE pts. I lost out on because this app. FAILED to provide me with suitable words during a game. So many times I submitted my tray letters, used a suggested (by this app.) word, only to find out later, I COULD HAVE used ALL MY TILES !!! DISHEARTENING TO SAY THE LEAST.......
please place help in the menu rather than making me go to the Play store to find pattern characters.
Never finds words. Doesn't seem to be able to contact server. Ads work though, so Internet access obviously isn't the problem.
It was great until it stopped working this week. I see others had same issue and was told to install latest version. I only see 1 version and it doesn't work. If it has a different name, let me know because I can't find it. This used to be a great app. Now it's in the toilet. Yay! For some reason this is working now! Thanks!
