Word Mocha

Glitchy, can't stand it any more! The coffee cup fogs/steams up so much now that I can't really see the letters at all. Looks like this has been an issue that they've been "looking into" for about 4 years now according to reviews, so I doubt it. Also tells me words are wrong over and over and then finally takes them after I try a million times. I'm deleting it, not worth the hassle.

Well at least this one I got to play a few levels - at first! Then it kept taking me to the download/install page for TiqToc!!! I DON'T want that app!!! I'm okay with having an ad or two but kicking me out of the game is RUDE and unneccessary!!!

Love this game, it's a great brain workout, but some words are too obscure and the hint cost is too high. I have an excellent vocabulary, but there are words accepted here that I can't find in my old Oxford. Would love to see some background changes as the levels progress. Upshot: having a great time and that's what matters. 4 & 1/2 out of 5 stars.

I gave it a 5 but not anymore. I like it, it's challenging yet doable BUT I am tired of putting in a word over and over. It tells me that's not correct. Then I have to get a hint or 2 or 3 only for it to change it's mind and the words I had been trying to use are correct. FRUSTRATING AS ALL HELL!!! I am not worried about how many points I have or anything else. I just want to solve puzzles without getting so damn frustrated over it!

I'd rate it a 5 except for very recent errors. I have the ad-free version and beat every level in 2019; but when I replay it in 2020 it won't accrue the points for extra words found now (the lower left icon, called the "coffee bin," shows zero after finding 1 to 6 "bonus" words). Otherwise, it's a simple, fun and relaxing word game.

Great app. Never glitches. And I'm stimulating my brain. The only problem is the ads. At first they popped up once in a while, but they increased to the point that there are multiple ads between every single game, even if the game only lasts one or two minutes. I think I'm going to have to pay the $3.99 for no ads. If I play Word Mocha a lot, I guess it will be worth it.

Ok after 9 emails explaining there is a problem with one of your free videos that locks up the game you still refuse to delete the puzzle video. This is the 2nd video with a problem. Why do you insist on keeping this video associated with the game? It is impossible to do a screen shot when it flashes, turns the screen black then locks up the game. Where is the customer support? I have given you the name and you still do nothing.

The game is fun but the ads are so annoying. The ads slow down my phone and it is difficult to get back in the game. I will uninstall the game because the ads make it not worth the trouble. Had to come back and edit my reading. I decided to try it again and after the 4 the game it popped up an ad that would not close. Not matter where you tap on the screen it sent you to the play store to download another game. Rediculous.

Was nice at first but then there was an issue with the graphics. The cup of coffee would get so steamy/foggy that it because extremely difficult to see the letters. I've tried force stopping the app but it didn't help. I'm afraid to uninstall because I don't want to lose my progress. I hope this gets fixed soon.

This is a fun game to play. Got a new phone and lost everything I had. I had to start all over again with the levels. Spent over $40 on coins and lost them all. A way to have the games save so you dont loose progress would be awesome when you get new phones or software updates. Enjoy playing the game a lot.

Its actually nice, cute graphics, catchy tune but I have a problem finding the extra words that i made in the coffee bean section. I'd like to refer to them every now and then during a challenge or my mistakes may just get repetitive. Also, are the definisions available only during the daily challenge? I liked seeing the definisions section, I learnt a few new words and their meanings and i think its a great addition! Please add these two featured. This app would definitly get 5 stars with this!

Does what it says in the box. It is funny if you like word based games. Nice and neat interface, easy to use and with nice graphics. Can get a bit boring after along time and you drop it for a while but in overall I enjoy playing it occasionally. It is a nice game. I will be playing for long.

This game is a unique word challenge. Just when you think you have it ----- bam ------ you don't, try again! That's the unique part about it, it can be fun and simple in ways and then there it is again! That Unique Word Challenge! Go for it, I highly recommend it, usually I recommend restaurants, but games are on my list too! Give it a try. You won't know where the time flew!

This game is too long I like it but I can't continue because it's too long and I being playing this game all evening about 2 hours and 30 minutes and it's still haven't come too the end I'm just saying to long You feel me

Both calming and challenging. Great graphics. I like that little-known words are eligible for the bonus bin. One glitch is that you can't see which words you've already put in the bonus bin, so it dings you when you duplicate. But overall a smooth-playing game.

I've played word games before but I keep coming back to this one. It's fun yet challenging. Not lots of ads

Very easy word game. Words are listed in alphabetical order, with few plurals. The only complaints I have are the ad frequency and that the letters don't always want to stay linked when forming words. Very commonly-used words and bonuses make it easy to play, and I don't even drink coffee, lol.

This is the best word game I've played! With all the different elements of the game, you will never get bored. I recommend this game to anyone who loves Word games as much as I do!

I used to love this game and could play for hours. Then suddenly there was so much steam from the coffee it made it near impossible to see the letters and ruined a great game. I wrote to support over a month ago and was told they were looking into the issue. Based on other reviews this issue goes back at least until last November with the same response from developers..."We're looking into the issue." I'm beginning to doubt they are. I hate to uninstall it as I hope they finally fix it.

Love this game. Have uninstalled and installed this game so many times because of completing it. Really needs an update and more levels

Love playing. An ad is currently stuck which is preventing me from continuing to play. It bee 30 minutes. Eva Next day stuck on the same ad (flash rewards). Once again love the game. But I'm considering no playing. Due to the one add that stays stuck. 😞 March 01, 2021 App stuck on paypal ad. ??? Loved playing. No glitches since March 1. Kind of fun, but no point in playing if no opponents to play or goal to reach other than completing levels, and they are endless! Have created words not allowed that are in English dictionary! Even a timer to score as many words as possible, would make it more challenging! Snore!

I have played many other apps by PeopleFun and have been enjoyed them very much. To the point I've played there other games all the way through to the end and I contacted them and they suggested maybe I try this game. At first I wasn't overly excited, but then I figured out how it works alphabetically. Once I had that done I was pretty happy, yet it's still quite a challenge at times. I've finished all the games, really hoping they add more!

Stretches your vocab. Most words in the main grid are fairly common but in the bonus section, as well as some common words, there are all manner of unusual ones including dialects, words that have gone out of use etc. All with meanings given. Some of these are a bit far fetched but no doubt it caters for many dialects. It's annoying that it accepts some dialect words but not others which I know are equally valid. Level of ads is bearable.

An enjoyable experience that gets more involved and difficult as you progress through levels. Most word answers are words that you know, however the mix pattern makes it a challenge to find the answer.
