Needs to be updated to the latest version of android as I've got a big black bar at the bottom of the screen when the app is running!
Rubbish keeps cutting off for too many ads and stopping game totally fed up with it now

Great game and love all the different modes but it deleted all my achievements and records during latest update. Disappointing after months of playing. EDIT; updated app very quickly and now everything's back! Brilliant, one of my fav apps and super customer care!
Can't give it 5 stars because the splash screen sound cannot be muted - big embarrassment in the doctor's waiting room...
Love it. But the purchase wiped out stats from free version. And the music at start up and during play is so annoying, even when in game sounds and fx are off!!! Really need fixes for both
After my device updated to Lollipop, the app update fails with an error 505 whenever Word Soup tries to update. The game is great - This is a concern, though.
Just gone to reinstall this game.. why does it need to see the caller id of incoming calls?? Not installing..

This is my favourite game, play it all the time, loved it on the X box, but now I can take it everywhere brilliant.
Updated and now it won't load. Just gets stuck and that's it. Was good but now rubbish
When I had this game before I could make words like zookeepers but now since I bought a new phone I had to repurchase the game but oddly enough can't seem to get the words like zookeepers any more and all my scores are ridiculously in their 100s!! I think they are tampering with the game even after you purchased it and that can't be right! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! There is no enjoyment in the game anymore and its like you already know your scores at not going to be good even before you start!!!
I love this game. It is so relaxing and fun. The only thing I would add is, the ability to shuffle more. But it is a very fun game
Love this game. Only ever played the timed version on the games consoles in the pub. But now with 2 player and other modes this is brilliant.
One of the girls at work suggested it kinda am now hooked. I think there should be more shuffles available though.
This is my favorite word game . Love the fact that you can play different modes , some days i just feel like playing casual with no time limit and my wife and i have a blast trying to top each others score in genius level.
Good game overall. Timed modes are tricky on a small screen. 2 player relaxed mode would be a nice addition.
Word Soup is mediocre compared to some of the other word games out there (Word Hero, Ruzzle). I can't really put my finger on why other than the fact that there's no competition to it. It just doesn't keep me content for long.

Love it, but developers can we have option for landscape mode for tablets. Can then give 5 stars.
I love this game. I used to have it on my Kindle years ago and was so happy to recently find it for my tab. It's a great way to relax and unwind.
Works well except for a few glitches. Accepts partial word before time to complete.
My wife and I loved this game on the Xbox 360 and it is perfect for tablet play. The relaxed mode is perfect for co-op stress free play!
Addictive game, but I have more features when I play this on my kindle. I can rearrange the letters multiple times and the clock starts at 5 mins, not 3. I do like the brain games and the 2 player options on this app.
Beware of this ap!, Why would they need access to your phone calls and media and photos? They don't need that information! Why not ask for credit card details while your at it!
