Word Swag - Cool fonts, quotes

A few things which make this app "average": It doesn't have anywhere near the selections of it's Apple rival. The options presented are really quite boring, ordinary and plain. When you find an option you like, press the button to generate few more to compare, but decide you want to go back to the one you liked, there's no "back" button. Even if you continue toggling through next design option, you don't always get the one you liked in the first place. The transparent background is too dark and the alignment guides are too light so it's hard to centre your design. I don't like the multi-color color options either. They are VERY limited. You can't delete pics from your gallery once you've finished with them. You have to share each pic immediately after you've saved because it won't let you design and save a whole lot of pics to your camera roll then share later. (I had to clear the cache in the app itself.) The 'save' button just won't work in these instances so you can't get to the next screen where the Share button is. And you can't delete previously shared pics once you've finished with them. I find it all a bit frustrating!

I have a Samsung Note 10+. This is my absolute favorite app to make fb graphics for my business. However, since the last update I've been having issues. The navigation buttons from my phone cover the bottom so I can't change the font options. I use to be able to pick a font, then choose the numbers 1-5 at the bottom, or the dice to randomize it. Now I can't. It's been this way for several weeks now. When do you think this will be fixed? It's becoming impossible to use and I paid for the app

UPDATE: They fixed it! So glad to have my favorite app back! Thank you! Just had my phone do an update and now this app is useless. The phones navigation buttons are located over the apps font options. So when I go to hit the dice, I hit the back button instead. This is my favorite app! Please fix it! Plus I can't get to the camera roll! The button doesn't work. I can't even try and make the graphics I need!

Temperamental!! I can't tell you how disappointed I am that this paid for app works less well than a lot of free ones out there. When it works it's great, but often times it has me going round in circles, letting me pick an image from my gallery, but as soon as I click the tick for the next step it goes right back to the start again and so the cycle continues. Any advice with this would be much appreciated 🙏

I use this app a lot and really like it. It would be nice if it had an alignment option, but the centre lines are an improvement. However the app seems to have stopped working. It is outlining all fonts and removing colour. You can enter pink, blue, yellow gradient text, but it saves it only in white with a black outline.

This used to be my go-to photo/text app! Super easy to use, great quality, love all the options ~ however ~ it doesn't work with the new Android 10 update. Super frustrating because it's a paid app that claims to work with Android but they haven't updated their platform to communicate with the new change...so we're all out right now.

Don't ever buy this. 1. Lack of variety 2. "Runtime error" when choosing picture from search result 3. The selection between JPG and PNG isnot working. CAN'T save in PNG 4. CAN'T see the preview of final design. WHY? In some design, the crop tool and vertical alignment are not accurate because the image is not shown entirely. So frustrated and angry.

Hoping the developer sees this. I have the LG V30+ ThinQ For some reason the app forces me to add text over any image no matter what. Basically I can't get to the watermark screen without adding text to the image. I can't click the save button in the top right corner if I delete the stock text box over the image. I forced me to have something there. I just want to add a watermark to some images without having any word swag over them

I have enjoyed my experience with Word Swag over the last 3 or 4 months. I am able to create quick social media posts that look clean and nice. My only issue today was that as I was trying to create a post, using fonts and colors I have previously, a box came up that said "Like us to Unlock". And I can't finish creating my post. Guess I have to figure out where to "like" so that I can keep using my app.

Hadn't realized that the fonts are copyrighted til I'd already paid for it. Sadly, that means I can't use it for POD. I downloaded a single image for myself, and I presume because of that, I wasnt offered the refund when I uninstalled it! Quite pricey for a single, unusable except at home, image. PODers keep clear, unless you want to risk your business!

Edit: Dropped to 2-stars due to lack of update and features. Would love to see some sorta implementation of shadows for text as well as a copy and paste function for text blocks. OP: Always a great experience but i did just notice the name change. Can we expect a new 2019 edition coming soon. dropped 2 stars because iPhone gets v3.0 and we're still using 2018 classic edition!

This was a good app, but ever since the Android phone upgrade it's useless. The apps font options are located where the phone navigational buttons are. For instance, trying to change from one font style to another results in me hitting the back button and totally leaving the project. UPDATE THIS APP FOR YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS.

I will change this review once my problem is solved. There are fonts on other peoples devices that are NOT available on mine. I have a fairly new phone, just got it in March. Galaxy Z8. When paying for an app, even if it is only a small fee, I expect to have all fonts and features available.

I love your app and use it daily; HOWEVER, the recent Note 10+ update rendered it useless because the font/style option buttons are now located too far down on the screen so that they are behind the phone's navigation buttons. Please please prioritize a fix as I love your app, refer it to many, and would love to continue to do so.

biggest reason for lower score: No Option to customize pixel size. smaller reasons: I like the randomize text style button but it would be nice to be able to pick which word i want italicized/bug/small. Cant go back to work on a previous project. have to start over from scratch. At least give an option to save?

great app! enables user to create nice messages with amazing pics in a wonderful presentation. and then share it quickly. i highly recommend it! but it also needs to have more user control on the placement of texts and the ability to store on sd card and not internal storage. it eats up internal storage.

Holly cow this app is not worth this money. EVERY time I try and use a picture or clip art, and put any affect on it, the picture blackens out, app freezes and I have to shut it down. Which makes me loose everything I just created. No clip art or pictures, no problem. Clip art or using my own pictures, major problems. How am I supposed to use this app I paid for correctly when it keeps freezing. There should be a option to remove the background of any picture to transparent, not just from start

I've had no problems with this app for years but recently the import photos button stopped working randomly. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it just starts working randomly after a few days. Pretty sad about. Also it would be awesome if this app was optimized for Samsung Dex. Thanks for the app!

usually pretty awesome. latest 2x updates have caused trouble; one was an error that wouldn't open the app (fixed now!) latest error is that the camera roll button doesn't work. looking forward to having this fixed... would also be great to have a "report issue" place so we don't have to notify here. thanks.

I've used and loved Wordswag for it's ease of adding text to my images for my network marketing business. Recently my phone updated (Google Pixel) and the bottom controls no longer work, because my Google home button, back button and running app button overlap and don't allow me to access the Word Swag fonts. I'm hoping this just needs to be updated in this particular app, but until then I'll have to resort to using other applications that work. Please update/fix soon!

I do like the app and find it useful, but I do have 2 complaints. The "like us to unlock" popup is absurd. This is a paid app - that should absolutely not be happening. I also find it ridiculous that there are more fonts available on other devices. It should be there same no matter what platform you're using.

I loved this app until my last phone update. I used this app All The Time. And then my pixel 2 updated here and now I get errors when trying to save and now my phone display buttons cover the text options (1,23, random) and can't select them at all. Of I try I either go backwards, go back to my home screen, or my phone opens all the running apps screen.... Please please please fix this issue!

I can no longer save images. I only get an error message. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've updated the app. And I've reached out to support with no success. When it works, it's fantastic. However, I find it aggravating to spend time creating images just to be unable to save them.

I've had so many people tell me that this app is so great and unfortunately they all use iphones. This app does not work with android phones! I cant even search images, it gives me an error page and freezes, which then I have to close out of the app and open it back up!

I've been using this app for years. I tried the new one and don't like the features, it takes me twice as long to edit something and not as many presets for text effects. I reinstalled it and now it won't allow my camera and I can't access my downloaded pics.

I really love this app, but lately it's been a pain to add text to photos in my gallery. I will select camera roll and it takes me to my gallery I select a photo but instead of opening the photo it takes me back to the camera roll option. I either have to do this multiple times, or just close the app and come back later. Please fix this.

As I'm sure others have noted, the main issue is the lack of updates to keep up with the iOS version. The style selection hasn't updated in years. I used to love this app but barely use it now because I'm just bored with it. The iOS has sooo many more styles. It's frustrating.

I like this app. But it only appears to be usable on a phone which is really annoying. I cant load it on my samsung tablet. So its uses are limited for me. Also I was not impressed with paying for the app then still having items i needed to 'like' them on facebook to 'unlock'. If I buy an app I expect it to be fully unlocked. Im happy with upgrade packs being payable, but Im talking basic useage items here. I will have to find something else for what I was actually planning to use this for due to it not loading on a tablet.

I use this app all the time to create images with text on. It's so easy to use, and looks amazing. I have recently got a new phone, the app wouldn't let me use my own pictures. Sent an email to support, 2 hours later I recieved a reply, with a fix. App now working perfectly. Fantastic support
