Been playing WordBubbles for 8 years. The only problem is "WHEN I CHANGE MY PHONE, I LOSE ALL THE LEVELS I HAD ALREADY BEEN THROUGH." Twice I had to start from the beginning. Please save us from the hassle and come up with a solution. Thank you.

I originally got this game to do the daily 5 word challenge with my parents who live far away... However, ads make it too easy for children to buy unwanted extras. My kids purchased a $50 hint package on the regular game... Probably because they were bombarded with ad after ad. I hate this game now.

I have been playing this game every day, literally, for at least 10+ years. Have always loved it! And really like that you added the "daily five". HOWEVER, I'm very unhappy that you've started using plurals and past tense words. I don't recall such a high incident use and, if this continues, I'm OUT!

I'm hoping someone who works on the app reads this. It keeps crashing. Otherwise it's a fun app. Let me know when it's fixed. I'll rerate.

Hi! I recently got a new phone and had all my information switched over,I've been on word bubbles awhile and stocked up on a lot of coins and hints. I reopened the game and your information didn't switch over. Can you please correct it? or from what I see, do I have to start all over again. Thank you.

I love this game me I was on level 1670 and for some reason the game went back to the beginning and starting all over again. Icon don't know how to get back where I was at. 2, 1, 2022 this time when i spinned the wheel, the game said that I just earned my first 100 points. I had 4,980 points and it wiped it clean. I was so upset. What can you do.

Tech support was helpful when I changed phones. I was at level 4200+ and they restored that on the new phone. I did lose 1500 hints and my daily puzzle streak of about 400, but it's better than what thought I was going to get. They deserve credit for keeping the game running smoothly and restoring my levels. I like the game (obviously).

I had a good review for this game but things need to be fixed. if you switch phones not only is all your work gone but so are the hints and the ad removal you pay for. this has happened to me 3x. I'm not buying another hint or paying for ad removal again. as expensive as this game can be these issues need to be fixed. Dec, 2021 did it again. Had to get a new phone and lost all my progress. Have to start over. They really need to fix this but no one responds to your review. Just takes your money

Really enjoy this game. It will link to a Facebook profile on some devices, but none that I own currently. Like the changes - daily puzzles. Upgrade to 5* due to fabulous customer service. Thank you for getting us back where we were.

The blasted game reset itself on me...I was many levels in (almost done at Gray Whale), had 67 hints...next thing, after rating the game for some additinal coins, my coins are gone, my hints are gone, and i'm back to square one. Tempted to delete this if its not responded to or rectified. EDIT 1/22: The ads are getting graphic and inappropriate. I will not reinstall this game again.

I love this game. I got really into it several years ago and tried to come back to it recently but the ads are ridiculous. They're so long, and hard to skip. Twice now (I had actually forgotten why I uninstalled it before until it happened again) I have gone to skip an ad and instead it begins downloading the advertised app without my permission! Not cool, at all.

Good game, stays easy for far too many levels, but shaping up to be very good soon (I got 100+ levels in). BUT deal-breaker: the rewards/hints system needs a complete overhaul. Hints should replenish even if you have to wait a whole day, or should be earnable, or both. I succumbed in the end and chose to watch an ad but it hung trying to open one, at which point the build-up of irritations reached tipping point so now I'm uninstalling. I feel coerced: not paying real money, it isn't THAT good.

I enjoy the game, but don't appreciate today's change of the daily 5-game challenges from 5 to 10 games. I liked the easy challenge as a short break, but the 10-game format is too long, might as well be a mini-level within the game. Would really prefer to see this feature go back to 5 games. Plus an ad popped in on game 9. NO thank you. I'll go back to doing just the daily puzzle.

I used to absolutely love this game, but I remember why I deleted it; the ads. Literally every other level theres an ad and its ridiculous. It wasnt like this before and I'm really disappointed. Cause with in 5 mins I've seen the same ad AT LEAST 6 TIMES. Change the frequency of ads, like how it used to be, and I would reconsider. Disappointed really.

A great game to play each morning. Really would like to see when solving the weekly puzzle you get more than 1 point. You get 1 point for each daily puzzle. When you solve the weekly puzzle you should get 10 points. They are sometimes a lot harder and you sometimes need to use up your coins for hints. It would be a lot more motivating to solve for 10 points. Thanks

This app used to be fun. Now it has a constantly spinning wheel to try to get me to buy hints. Also there is a ad for a game that has a constantly moving eyeglasses. It is so annoying that all the movement takes away from the enjoyment of the game. It would be ok if it came up and stopped, I'm ok with ads but don't take away from the game. There are ads between each game as well. Two before you can move on. Like I said, ads are ok but this is too much. Not fun anymore. Uninstalling.

I've had this app for some time and it use to be enjoyable. It use to be a video a hint but now it's all about 35~ coins pervideo, you need 100 for a hint. I really don't mind purposefully watching them but its when you complete a level (especially the mini event game of 5 levels) its ad after ad after ad and I've been contemplating on deleting it because it doesn't feel like a genuine app for the player, it feels like the creator is trying to find any way shape or form to profit.

Pretty fun when you get into the later levels. Ads on my old phone made the game unplayable due to loading times even though the game ran perfectly fine. It tries to push its 'deals' to buy more hints way too often. I want the challenge, not to be told what the words are!

I now give WordBubbles 5 stars. I bought a new phone a month ago and was mortified that my progress and hints didn't transfer from my old phone. I don't have a Facebook account so contacted the developers who were extremely helpful and gave me full instructions to rectify the situation. I'm really pleased that I don't have to start from the beginning as I don't think I would have bothered. Full marks to Apprope!!!

A really good word game. Good game overall, although given how mobile games are now, that's a low bar to clear. Still, I like the game! I will admit that the difficulty curve is somewhat steep, but nonetheless, it's still a great game.

too many ads, more ads than before, somehow I lost all my progress at level 1900+, not worth playing now since there is add after every level!

I have managed to live with the irritating advertising but today the game has been updated and put me back to level one! I am uninstalling.

I'm very disappointed in this app! I had made it to the Mermaid level....had lots of hints and coins saved. Then just now it started completely over! All the hints and coins wrre gone! I'm back to the first level! This is not right! I'll definitely be deleting tbis game, and would not recommend it to anyone! Unbelievable!

I enjoy it very much. It keeps my brain active but one small problem, why for this year on Monday we are not receiving the weekly challenge?

This last upgrade is horrible! I frequently get a blurred screen. The different screens overlap on top of each other. Then i cant play. I love this game! Ive been playing seems like forever and im actually getting ready to delete it! im so far in the game too! 😫

Way too many ads! There's even an ad with the daily puzzle. I get that ads are how they make money but if I watch an ad for every single puzzle, there should be some kind of reward. You watch 30 second ads and get nothing! Now, with the update, it's difficult to see the puzzle because of the background.

I really enjoy this game, but there are literally ads after every level I play. Either cool it with the ads or make a purchasable ad free version, but people aren't going to want to play if they constantly have to be on airplane mode to save themselves the headache.

Been playing this app for years. Being a 66 yr. old female, it helps my mind stay focused and cognitively positive.
