I don't know why this app is so STINGY with free hints. As a player finishes level 1 (9 letters)he gets 3 free hints. As he finishes a level with 49 letters he gets the same 3 free hints. As the puzzles increase in difficulty the number of free hints should proportionately increase in the interest of FAIRNESS and LOGIC. The puzzles with 49 letters are so challenging that a good player will still need to watch adds to complete them even with more free hints!

I was getting a blue screen and i uninstalled and installed the game again. I am not able to contact support to update the level i had reached. I get a white screen and the page does not load

Great game, introduced to family and friends and we all enjoy it. Although a simple game, you have to observe and think. Really well thought out and structured. Loving it

Was enjoying and got to nearly end of Venice levels. Latest update downloaded and then wouldn't work, just blue screen.

I love to play this game with a cuppa in the morning, keeps your mind active and reminds you how to spell. Pity it stopped playing and I had to uninstall and start all over again, but all good.

Game is fun and challenging, but has some bugs. I have restarted game twice in the past year, and always get stopped at Bejing Level 12. Letters do not drop down in the correct order which makes it impossible to pass this level. Too bad because I enjoy this game, but will probably not try again. Even when you use free hints, letters are not in correct order to solve this puzzle. so no...you cannot solve puzzle as is.

I give this word game 2 stars only because its set up nice, otherwise I would not bother to rate it at all. I'm not being negative just to be. I say this because it's not challenging. I understand the start of any game is easy..... but as your levels increase so should the challenge? The words should start to pull you out of the normal comfort zone and become thoughtful......

Way to easy to begin, and no option to skip ahead to harder levels, too many whole screen 30 second ads. I understand the need for ads, but when you're trying to get to the levels that are actually a challenge, having an ad between every single level leads to more ad watching than app playing. I don't know if you've updated it since my last play but I remember it being exceedingly tedious.

I cannot play the game, even reinstalled and restarted my phone. The blue screen stays as is.

I have been playing for many months and was getting close to the end. Today it made me go back to the start. I messaged them, told them that I had nearly 70 hints before it sent me back. They gave my hints back, but already it sent me back to the beginning again. I love the game so hopefully they will get the glitch fixed soon. 5-16-19 This issue was fixed right away giving me more hints than I had as compensation. THANK YOU! It's a great game!

I was on the last game in Bangkok but the app updated and now all that happen is "sharpen minds" comes up and then it goes to a full blue screen. Very disappointed after getting through some many levels. Is there a way to recover the game and keep my levels.

A simple concept—but if you like finding words, it'll keep you busy for hours. Requests: (1.) Ideas often occur on the fly, so please let us backtrack. If I drag from A to B, then back to (the same) A, please unselect B. (2.) The animations are well done, but can be tedious after a while. Please include an option to reduce them. (3.) Please give the splash screen a darker background. The sudden, glaring white screen is like having a flashlight shined in your face. Thanks—my 5th ⭐ is waiting!

I HATE this many ads! I can finish a puzzle in less than a few minutes and after every. Single. Game an ad shows up. Time to uninstall. It's not worth the time to even try before buying.

Great way to spend your spare time very good game

So easy to use, getting gradually harder, yes there are short ads but they gotta pay somehow !! It is free after all and you can pay for extra hints if you want or just play for the fun each day , no rush to get to the end of any puzzle. Great little game.

Liked it at first but that changed when it became clear that the ads were often going to be 30 seconds. I don't mind short ads, or even a long ad now and then, but the game isn't worth sitting through so many long ones. Uninstalling.

Fun and challenging. The increasing level of difficulty builds confidence. The ads seem to be more plentiful than when I first started playing, which is driving me crazy. But I will switch to playing another game before I will cave and pay for the ad-free version.

Good game to help sharpen the mind. Speaking of mind, would you mind shortening the commercial to only 15 seconds, 20 at the most. Once you have seen the same commercial for the tenth time it get old having to wait for 30 seconds, over and over and over and over and over and over . . .

I really like this game. I was playing it on my old tablet and the tablet slowed things down. I now play it on my new cell phone. I have received a phone replacement in the past 6 months. Each time I had to start all over in Wordful as I thought it backed up but it didn't. Is there a way to sign in with Gmail so that the game would remember where you are?

I open the app and immediately an ad pops up. I know these games need ads to make money, but one popping up when the app opens is ridiculous. This is just another app that I've deleted because of too many apps.

I enjoy the brain challenge I get from this game. Whenever I've had an issue such as losing my games after switching to a new phone, the administrators have responded very quickly and taken care of the matter right away to my satisfaction.

one of the worst I've played!! if you start spelling the wrong or a try to look at it diff ways, you will have to start all over again from the start. have played older games of this and they don't have it like this. if they fix this i might put it back on the phone.

Mind challenging, very fun and easy, but then of course it gets harder as you level up each time, i love it, and most of all it keeps my mind very occupied

A fantastic game. Keeps the mind sharp and alert with word construction. It also shows words frequently used in each cities of the world. Recommended for anyone who wishes to improve Hus or her spellings

Love the challenge of seeing all the words even those not in the puzzle. Also brain recognition of hand / eye coordination. Spelling correctly is great review for myself. 😉

After updating can only play daily puzzle not able to progress further because the blank boxes do not appear. Please fix this! The game was working fine for years previously.

Great game! Definetly a challenge. The only thing I would change is the answers. They should be more relevant to the place the puzzle falls under.

Commercials after every round and after level 10 they are 30 second and the x never shows up. After a few times it just freezes you in the ad screen.
