INSTRUCTIONS:To use, all you need to do is:
-enter the letters you receive from Words with Friends, or other word game, into the 1st text box (Your Letters).
-enter any words or letters you find already on the board that you would like to build your word off, into the 2nd text box.
You can specify your search mode by using the W, S, A buttons at the top of Words Cheat.
W - Full word search. for example:
Your letters: JASDFTY
If your opponent has just played "WIN"
This mode will produce: WINDY. so that you can add DY from your letters to WIN already on the
board.
S - Single Letters mode. Each individual word in board letters section will be used to produce a word.
For example:
Your Letters: SADF
Board Letters: ABC
This will produce - (B)ADS, (C)ADS, (A)AS.
Using each board letter separately.
W - Advanced board letters. This allows a gap to be processed. if you have two words on the board
side by side with a gap in between, this mode is for you. For Example:
Your letters: ASDFGH
On the Board:
OPEN
N
EITHER Here you can enter into board letters as: P?I to find words that will span this gap.
This will produce A (P) H (I) D S
-you can specify the placement of these board letters in relation to your word with the radio buttons 'start' 'end' and 'any'.

-then just hit GO! It will provide you with a list of available words you can make, with the letters you have provided.
To see your game underneath words Cheat please try these steps:
-open wordscheat, hit menu then settings.
-make sure "Words Cheat notification" is ticked.
-open or switch to Words With friends.
-select a board to play (make sure you are in a game where you can actually place tiles down.)
-once loaded, drag down your notifications bar and select wordscheat.
-this should overlay it !
-Does not rely on an internet connection.
-Fully functional, no restrictions, no forced paid content.
-one simple unobtrusive banner ad at the top of the app, nothing else.
-Long press a word to access dictionary-optional transparency see game board through app!
-Multiple search settings (check settings screen)
W - full word search
S - Single letter search
A - Advanced board letters search
-To use blank tiles just substitute with a question mark '?'

I used to love this app. I could open up WordsCheat ,hide it, then open WWF or Wordscapes and have your app overlaid on both games. I upgraded my phone , had to reload all the apps and suddenly after I open cheat app it disappears. Icon used to be at top of screen but now it doesn't appear. Tried all the settings but it won't stay open when hiding. Can't use it if it disappears everytime I switch to a game. So not much use to me this way.
Great app, handy for quick access to all the possible words for your 7 letters in scrabble for instance, it has helped me get higher scores in a few rounds of scrabble and now i cant do wthout it sometimes. i would say the gui is probably not the best ive seen but you can improve it a little in settings so its quite acceptable, i am sure there are similar apps with a more user friendly design etc but i am sticking with this one because it does me fine for what i need. reccomended for word games
Apparently I have to leave a review in order to get a response. I emailed on May 5th so it wouldn't show as a bad review but no response. I had to reinstall this program and now I cannot find the settings button or see the word I choose at the top like I did before. I thought I had ad free but cannot figure out how to get it back. I used to be able to choose the word then go back to words with friends and see it but now the ads cover it.
I recently added replaced this app for another of the same. Although I'm still getting use to the functions, I've noticed that it doesn't give you the full capacity of words. Example, having 7 letters, it will give it's max of 5 or 6 letter words only to to find out that I could have used all 7 for advanced points. It's proven unreliable.
Used to be able to put letters from wwf and then put a word on second line and find an extension by adding some of your letters to that word. Now, if you put more than one letter on the second line, it's not considered a word, just additional letters. I tried pressing the "w" and that didn't help. VERY disappointed by this latest change. Please return to former format.
Loved the app until this latest update. No longer allows you to choose a word and it will pop up over the game board. Too many annoying ads across the board. How about a paid subscription version that will allow the app to do what it had before the newest release.
this app is extremely helpful when i get stuck on a word. i love how i can now choose Start, Any, and End for letters already on the board. The points are sometimes off and i wish there was a way to put the beginning and the end letter of letters that are already on the board. But overall this app is excellent! thanks 😊!
This app was great at one time. Yet since a recent upgrade, it doesn't work like before. Very time consuming to use much less adapt with. Definitely something I may remove for good.
I would like to be able to put multiple letters in the starts with column..for ex NER and have the app understand I meant NER not just N. It seems as if you put more then one letter in that spot it doesn't workit just underlines those letters. Other then that it's great I specifically love being able to see the actual scrabble board in the background that is extremely helpful Thnks for your help beating my daughter so she doesn't know she's smarter then me yet! It's perfect now thank you! 5stars
this was by far the premier cheat app for wwf, HOWEVER Can no longer select word length, keeps defaulting to score. Hiding 'action bar' crashes app. Cannot use with wwf2 as when switching back to game simply comes up with wwf2 current background (xmas scene at the moment) - works if wwf or wwf classic is selected as game. whether this is sbaba's fault i've no idea, but having paid for the app i expect it to be maintained.
What did you do to this app?! I loved this app. I could easily search for word options, check my spelling and find options for difficult letters all with the ability to overlay my word choice over my scrabble/word game on android LG V20. That is until I had to swich to the LG V50. Even after I went back to the V20, I cant find settings to try and get transparent overlay. So bummed. Now i have to find a new word finder app.
Pros: No paywall and easy to use interface. Cons: Doesn't stay up to date with WWF dictionary, doesn't show word placement unlike some other apps of it's kind.
I use to have a different app that I used. But one day I accidentally deleted it. So I went looking for the app so that I could reload it. Instead I found this one. Its very easy to use. And even if I forget to save the letters I'm using at that time, it keeps them till I delete them. Definitely already better for me than the last app I had. Glad I found this App.😊👍
app no longer allows you to at the top of the screen after you switch back to WWF. also used to keep a arrow on the top of your screen that allowed you to switch back and forth! 😡
Easy to use and helpful. Only frustration is i cant get app to list words by length...despite changing settings daily. Still find words listed in bizzar order.
I love this app! It's very helpful, and I appreciate the way it's designed .. highest scoring word first, & allows you to add in a letter that's on the board that intersects.
Really good app and useful but sometimes it doesn't find words that are a little bit more obscure. Overall works well and ads aren't intrusive or annoying
Was great till I changed phones, now I can't tap on a word once it's made a list so I can see it on screen during game, I have to hide app then keep going back to it to look at words, tried reinstalling
Hey, I'm seeing you aren't upto date on wwf2 new words. I've had to employ another website to take over when you fall short! Having 2 blank tiles doesn't work on your app either. I like your app. Let's keep up with the changing times!
Soooo many words are WRONG! And the SLOW fade away screen makes you lose valuable seconds in the game you're playing! Both issues defeat the purpose of the app. So MAJOR FLAWS!
😮This App is very helpful however there are some words provided by the Word App that are not allowed to be used in the game. 😟It's kind of a bummer for the Word App to give you words to use and then the game will Not Allow You to Play it against your opponent. Oh Well...you Win Some & You Lose Some😊
Used to b great. Not so now. When u put in 2 letters together it does not keep them together and form a word. if u put in a letter or letters and ask for ending or starting it doesn't give u words that begin or end that way, just mixes them in with the rest of the letters.
Use to be a great app. Since update the word I choose doesn't transfer over to the game being played and no arrow at top to go back to word cheat. Jumping through hoops now.
You can no longer choose the word you want to use in Word For Friends on Word Cheat. On the old app it showed up on the top of Words for Friends. This app it doesn't do it. You have hide word cheat and place the word where it was going. Not good!
I use word cheat when I've written down as many words that I can think of. And nothing fits. So I turn to cheat. It usually has some word u can play. And sometimes not. Good app. Able to find out meaning of words. You can learn alot with this app. Good luck. Enjoy.
Helps a lot when I need an odd word but a lot of the words it gives me are not playable. I think it needs to be updated with the legal words.
It's a decent app, I downloaded it a few years back when i you could super impose it over the puzzle and it would give you a far better selection of words. I that was still around. But this is not bad too many small words. There should be a way to ensure that one player doesn't get all the vowels in the puzzle.
