Pretty fun, but lots of issues. Once you've played for a few hours you will notice the puzzles are very repetitive. The dictionary used in this game is also pretty strange. Many legitimate words aren't accepted, but plenty of questionable slang, contractions, and abbreviations are which can lead to some frustration. Yes, there are a lot of ads, but it's free to play, that's how the app makes money. You can always pay to disable ads.

I hate that I'm interrupted every few minutes by lengthy, annoying ads. Then when I try to push the skip button, it takes me to the app store. 🙄 So I exit out of the app store, go back to the game screen, try to push skip or the "X" in the upper right corner, still get sent to the app store. So irritating that I'm very close to deleting the game, although I do enjoy it when there aren't such obnoxious in-your-face ads. Please fix this!

Too many ads. Ad locks onto your phone so you can't return to game long after ad has sent you to Google play. You have to close the game, wait then reopen game. It could be a engaging fun game but not worth the aggravation. I'm going back to old fashioned books and paper, which is slower but even more engaging. Thanks for reminding me of it. Nothing looks funnier than watching people waking around trying to get a phone game working and not paying attention to their surroundings. Uninstalling

I've been playing this game for years. If you're going to make a major change like charging coins for "bonus stars" or whatever they are, MAKE SURE PEOPLE KNOW. I had over 2500 points before I realized I was brought down to 200 because I thought I was just hitting a "continue" button. And why is the tournament not optional?? This game used to relaxing but I hate it now because of the timer. And if you don't do it "on time" then all your points are gone. This is infuriating. Change it back.

This game is very fun and can keep me busy for hours! It is very relaxing and a good mind workout. But the thing is that there are ads literary after EVERY level!!! I mean I know thre supposed to be ads but like this is way to much for me. Many words are also being repeated over and over again the word marry has been repeated many times and lots of other words too!! That is why I give this game 3 stars please try and fix this!

Fun way to excerise your brain. I'm highly competetive, and love that there are tournaments every weekend. Can be played offline, though certain features will be unavailable. The reason I give it only one star, is that the game freezes and crashes every level or two, since the last update. I cannot access the Butterfly Garden at all. Once upon a time, this game had no ads. Now, it's an ad every level. Ads are highly repetitive and irrelevant, but no tab to hide or report ads like in most games.

Inititially it is a good, engaging game. But it quickly gets to a point where it doesn't increase in difficulty and it repeats words. I have done subway multiple times. I liked it enough to pay to remove the ads, but now it is quite boring. It has recently upgraded to have a ton of collecting incentives, but they are pointless. They take way too long to reach and it seems that the final reward is a graphic of an animal.

Like the difficulty of words/puzzles. Like the functionality pen touch technology. Like that you can "buy favors" ... but it is entirely too confusing and complex to figure out if you are saving the environment or trying to win a no-brainer easy to understand but challenging game ... you never know if you've won (or ever can win).

Way Too many intrusive ads! I had this game years ago and could spend a nice amount of time trying to solve the various puzzles without being forced to stop due to ads. I downloaded it again here recently and couldn't play for longer than a few minutes without 20-30 second ads that you can't just skip, and ALLLLLL the time. I get the revenue generation yada yada but gesh. Had to Uninstall. I'll try again in some months to years.

The game itselfis is great. HOWEVER, if you have to change phones, you lose EVERYTHING, even the no ads you pay for. I paid for no ads, they came back when I got a new phone and I lost two-years' worth of levels. Sneaky business, not cool. forced full-page, 30-sec ads are dickery, almost forces one to purchase. I get as a developer you rely on money for what you produce, but I'm more inclined to spend when a developer "asks nicely" rather than demanding payment with obnoxious ads.

Tournaments aren't worth the effort. Prizes aren't all that good. Star rush is pointless. As soon as you hit the top level, the next puzzle is "super hard" ,so you'll have to use hints, or run out of time, and lose the rush. It's mostly just annoying. Butterfly and Avatar events are pointless. I don't care about upgrading or having a different avatar. I just play for relaxation. When a game becomes a stressor, I get rid of it.

This is an entertaining and fun game with one major exception. The banner ads at the bottom are ok and don't disrupt the game play. The constant ads for other games are very intrusive and annoying. There is no quick, easy way to decline them and continue with the game. This makes an otherwise good game frustrating and nearly unusable. I play it much less for that reason and have considerd uninstalling it. If that feature of the adds could be changed it would be a much better experience.

Good game, unfortunately there is an ad shown after every level you pass so I am uninstalling the game. There is nothing more annoying!! Response from Wordscapes - 'You can remove the ads under shopping cart icon.' Upon checking I see that I can remove ads that appear after every level, for a cost of $8.99. No thanks Wordscapes, I can play other games without having to look at any ads and they are also free to play.

I changed phones and lost my rank and scores, when I've been playing for years. I followed the directions to contact support several times. NO RESPONSE. In addition, I paid to play ad-free years ago but now have to suffer through an inordinate number of long, obtrusive ads in order to play. Also can't communicate with my tournament team! I would appreciate contact from the support area. For now the rating should be zero stars.

It's a great app. Although, there are a lot of ads each time you finish a level which is undeniably annoying. Also, it would be better if each category unlocked can be used to be the background of the homepage. I hope you'll take into consideration of my suggestion, I'd really love to customize the homepage with the categories we unlocked:))

I've been playing this app for a few years now. I just use it for the brain exercise, and my son enjoys the cute rewards, so I tolerate the ads. But recent updates are ruining the experience. The star rush adds unwanted stress to a gane that is advertised as stress-relieving, and I am given the same groups of letters again and again, sometimes multiple times in a week. The whole point is working on a new puzzle every time, not repeating the same puzzles.

Honestly love the game. Simple mechanics, a satisfying ui, and I like collecting the lil animals. (Protip to anyone who has the free ver: The between-level ads take so long to skip through it's actually faster to close the app and re-load the game 👍) HOWEVER! If I get one more ad banner that plays sound DURING the puzzle and interrupts my music I'm uninstalling the app.

Horrible and by far the worst experience ever. I really love this app, but the excruciating and agonizing pain that one goes through with an ad after every level. I can only get through 2 levels before I say ef it. But since this is one of the only games I've ever found myself interested in, I can't bring myself to delete it, and being in a financial bind at the moment, I can't pay to get rid of the ads, I wouldn't mind ads if it was like every 4 to 5 levels.. I may delete this soon. So hmmmmmm

Would be a great game. Unfortunately, the android version is plagued with constant screen-grabbing ads for other games that make it almost unplayable. You can't just x them out...most of them are at least three screens and timed waits before you can get rid of them. One of recurring ads has terrible and loud war sounds that automatically play even tbough I have all game sounds off. Apple version doesn't seem to be similarily afflicted. Too bad, bcz it's otherwise a stimulating and fun diversion.

I have been playing this game for years & I do love it. However, the constant crashing & having to restart the app is highly annoying especially when it happens during a tournament. It seems even worse since you added the wildlife stuff. I, too, wish you could opt out of it. Also, in March (the end of the month) I was playing the daily game & at the very end it froze up & it said restart which I did, but the game showed it was finished & I did not get my 3 rewards. Lost 500 coins by 2.

I've been playing this game for years and after the latest update all my game stats are gone. I'm not starting from level 1 again I'll just not play at all. I've reached out to support thru the app and never get any response. Sad, this was a really great game. I went back in my history and I paid to have the ads removed and of course they are back. I spent a lot of money over the years buying coins, such a waste of my money.

App is fun BUT ads are HORRIBLE! Some ads you have to watch for 30 seconds and can't get out of without closing the app. Other ads you can close after 10 seconds but then it takes you to a second and then a third ad! It's horrible and definitely not worth it to play this otherwise fun game.

It's an amazing app.. I've been playing it for quiet some time now and I really love the various challenges like collecting butterflies and other such things... Though, now I feel that as the levels are going higher (I'm on level 6527 🙈)... the words are very repetitive and not challenging enough to play. Kindly look into that...

This game has the potential to be fun and mind occupying. That being said, it is also quite slow, and if you don't buy the "no Ads" version, there is a long ad after every 1-2 puzzles, and that's when it is not crashing. It's extremely frustrating and impedes tournament progress...😧 Update: I don't know what happened in this latest update, but the game crashes constantly...seems like every 2 minutes or less!

I would give you guys 5 stars but there is a SERIOUS problem. I switched phones atleast three times now hoping this wouldn't happen but it kept on happening! Switching phones would make me lose ALL of my progress, and i lost almost 3 years worth levels. This has been going on for a very long time and STILL no fixes whatsoever. Many others are having this exact problem and there is no effort to fix this. You dont deserve any stars at this point.

This game is okay. Two problems though.. 1. I wish the clues weren't so much money. I hate watching ads for more money. 2. Very laggy and I hate having to leave the game for it's SUPER LONG lag wait time. Please fix that annoying lag! The good thing though is that it's a pretty relaxing game.
