at level 989 it started to act up. the game would flicker repeatedly then shut off. then today, it repeated a level i had already completed and then rebooted the whole game to have start over from level one! Not doing it!

It stopped updating so many features don't work. The puzzles repeat every few days. It has continued to go downhill. The fact it can't transfer to new devices is also a problem.

It's pretty fun and definitely makes you think but I don't see myself keeping the game. Far too many ads. Shouldn't have to watch a 30 second ad after EVERY game. Some automatically open play store when finished. This is NOT OK. No option to skip halfway through either. Second issue...category car makers...Seat is NOT a car maker most Americans have even heard of. Third issue...the link to watch a video for free hints gives coins not hints

I like that it makes you think and the extra ways to get coins for hints. What I don't like is the fact you have to start completely over every time you use a new device. I wish there was a way to transfer your progress

It REALLY needs a way to save progress in Google store like almost EVERY OTHER app can. It's SO FRUSTRATING getting to levels in 200+ and then having to start ALL OVER if you change phones or tablets. That said, I really like the game itself. Fun and interesting and a good brain challenge.

This should allow connection to Facebook so we don't have to start all over again every time we get a new phone! I was well over 1000+. I guarantee I won't be starting from square one again😔

The game really makes you think and you can build a better vocabulary with the game. It is also fun because multiple people can look for words on the same screen! I reccomend this game to any one who loves words, wants to build a better vocabulary, and to people who want to have fun!!!! Although I think the hints should be cheaper.

Your sesame street puzzle in the ladybug series was wrong. You had Burt... his name is spelled Bert

Game play is in portrait orientation only, yet while playing in portrait, a message (which HALTS PLAY COMPLETELY!) pops up & says to rotate the screen to enjoy the play experience. The only way to get rid of the message is to CLOSE the game app.

I did like it until I hit a pop up. I wouldn't have minded paying a reasonable amount for ad free play, but it's set up to continually harass you to buy hint packages for more and more money. It fun, but not worth the hassle.

I love the challenges to find new words and to increase my vocabulary. Lots of fun and you also learn new words and their meaning. Great game!!! You should try it sometimes takes your mind off every day routine and makes you think...

I used to love this game! Recently, I had to reset my phone and reload the game...I lost ALL my progress and now there are ads popping up ALL THE TIME! Sadly, I will be deleting the game from my phone.

How do I get ahold of the developer for support?! I've been playing this game since it was released & was very high up in levels & I paid for no adds but I recently got a new phone and when I reinstalled this app it started from scratch. And I see no option anywhere to restore your account or restore purchases, Nor do I see any kind of FAQs, contact options, or any kind of support anywhere on this app. Apprope, if you're seeing this review, can you please restore my account & no adds purchase?

So far, i love it. as long it doesn't become a game where you HAVE to buy packs. our it becomes so hard you can't play. I'll change my rating if it does, but otherwise i love it.

It's a fun game, but WAY to many ad's. i dont mind an ad here or there..but i finish one level and then i have to watch a 30 sec ad? that i cant even skip? - too much waste of my time

Too many ads. Couldn't bear to keep going til I found a challenging level because I felt like I was spending as much time waiting for unskippable ads as playing.

Just started playing.... Will update in time.... UPDATE... Enjoy the game, way too many ads, after 3 days I opened the game and it had reset to the beginning level and I had to start all over.... Uninstalled

Fast fun and easy for anyone who can read

I use to love this game.. I played everyday until I updated yesterday (11-14-19) and it took my game back to level 1... I'm upset because I was at level 764 with over 75 hints saved and thousands of coins saved up.. I'm going to delete the game after having it all this time... I sent messages asking for a fix and got no replies...

Love this game, I play it everyday. The only problem I have with it is that you cannot save your progress thru Facebook or Google, so if you have to swap phones you have to start over from the very beginning.

It seems a little child like, but some harder levels come eventually.I really like to have control of music and sound on games,but can't find it here.

Paid for no ads via the app, was charged and have receipt from google play store... game still has annoying ads! Beware of paying for extras, you might not get them! :( App developer needs to fix this issue.

Since the major revamping, you are blasted with ads! Watch ad to get free hint? Nope, tells you that you didnt watch the whole ad, no hint given. Daily spin, adds your bonus coins, watch ad for more? Nope, no bonus coins for watching ad. Used to be a fun game

This game is absolutely brilliant. I love the new butterfly game that's been added. It's got a weekly challenge as well as the daily challenge. It's a word addict's paradise. I recommend this game strongly 😻😻😻 😻😻😻😻😻😻 😻😻😻

This upgrade wiped out my 49000 points and all my paid up hints!!!! I am very upset about this and think i should be reimbursed or have my game restored! I have been playing this app for years. This is a very poor way to treat your players!!!!

Got different device, LOST ALL MY PROGRESS

i love this game i do it daily and weekly sometimes it restarts itself then i lose all my free coins and hints and i have to start from the beginning i don't know why this is but i love the game no matter !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
