It was best but now it is worst. Now on return it charges both sides shipping. Customers don't want to risk their money. They see only pictures. Only when they receive the delivery they can see and take tryal of products. If they are not satisfied and return it you will charge both sides shipping. Very bad.
Im the seller in the portal. It's very good. I would rate you 5 if you make the seller portal bit easy. We being seller our products might get sold from mediums too. So the product might get stock out. If you give us the option to mark stock out it will be easy for us and some times we can't see the new orders, it will force shutdown the app. Other than this the app is very good.. Hope you make the changes... Thanks!!!!
It was Excellent app, but after the changes to direct reselling, it is no more good. We have to pay 100 to connect with each wholesaler. Now the wholesalers have put a condition to make a video before opening their products else no return or exchange is considered. Very bad to loose my favourite Shopperts.
It's Worse App ever I seen for Reseller. In starting you will get proper answer for problems but you will not get any solutions. I had Ordered 2 products and paid for both. But I get only 1 product, and it's shows both are delivered in Status. I have contacted so many time to Customer care but don't get any proper solution, even they blaiming me that I am complaining wrongly.
m facing huge problem with this app. Ordered two products. Both need to be returned for poor quality. One of that not able return till now as customer not available in official hours and pickup guy not even bother to call her & still that product is stuck up and not picked up. And most worst part is, they don't have any dedicated customer care also. In other review where they providing customer care number which is always switched off & how much you are able communicate in mail ??
The latest upgrade of this app is really disappointing. Why the app wants money to connect resellers to the brand. No one does that. Unfortunately after using it for so long and getting customers, I'll be deleting my account from Shopperts. Good luck with the new feature.
Overall the products are good, price is reasonable but I am disappointed when I placed my first order of a combo of bedsheets. The stuff was not at all good.. Poor quality.. As a reseller my first order wasn't appreciated by the costumer. If the stuff does not match the costumers needs its difficult to earn from home.???
The new app is worst, COD option is not available in 90% of the product. If you want to search a particular product u can't, keep looking and wasting time. it was my favourite but now it is the worst.
Many Expected products are unavailable, 95% products are always come with the tag Unavailable Now. We need to enter exact keyword to search something your team must fix this have to add flexible Like query. Image loading time is not acceptable. when i first shared products to insta story then second time it directly goes to story but second time i want to share on Instagram feed. Then How can i do that??? Please take there option to download all photos of particular products at a time.
it's good app to earn for housewife, students, and also working persons for extra income, every 10-15 minutes new catalogue updated. I'm very excited to work with shopperts. and only one more thing please make free COD. it will very helpful to us. because most of the customers are asking only COD but u charged extra COD handling charges. so its burden for customers. some are cancelling their order and can't dealing with us.
A good app at very good prices nd quality. I really want them to improvise in the whatsapp share option where only images or description either of these are only being shared(we need both these facilities for fast sharing). Further the app should improvise in showing us our previous SHARED PRODUCTS which this app doesn't have.
Do you have any customer support no. I sent WhatsApp messages but no reply. then tried those no.s its saying switched off. No complaint with the quality of the product but customer service was good initially but now feeling helpless. kindly solve our issues asap.
fraud app. worst experience with this app. they sell cheap quality products. i want to rause a return for 1 dress but they didn't reply. I also ordered a suit from this app but every day they exceed the expected duspatch date and lastly after 8 days they cancel the order.
The shipping charges and COD sum up to ₹100 which is really high and disappointing because it increases the product price (which is already a bit high), so to compensate we have to decrease our margin. The collection is nice but decrease in the prices would really encourage a reseller.
When i used this app it was my favorite app but now for connecting the brand they are charging rapidly that don't like by customers. Returning money could not withdraw. I requested for it , i also complain for it but it can't.. and also COD option is not available in 90% of product.. Became worst app after updating gonaa uninstalling..
App is good. Just wanna say 4 things. 1 Don't charge extra for COD. 2. Remove unavalaible products. 3. Add a option where we can see shared catalog. 4. Rather than adding profit in wallet it should be directly transffered to Bank account.
I would have given 5 star rating. But the only thing with this site is shipping charges are too high. Even we cant save the shared catalogues. In case lf returns also there is a problem. Rest of the stock mostly are unique and good looking. One of the most lovable site.
My payment was made by upi bheem to place an order & it is debited from my bank account but order was not placed & it still shows that payment is pending. I complained on help line for it on WhatsApp help line no. But they are not responding. There is 24 hour to pay but my order is not placed & it still shows payment pending .this is very irresponsible behaviour. If I do not get my refund or my order than I will take legal action on consumer court to against you.
wrost return policy ever experienced. they deduct the shipping charges for both shipping and reuturning and dont accept the product is replica not original. even they dont transfer the refunded amount in your account directly they transfer the same in shopperts wallet and when you transfer the same to your account it will take you 3-4 days to receive your own deducted (shipping chargers) money. overall you are not going to make money but what you suffer is a complete loss. not recommended
Overall it's a good app. But only thing I would like to inform is that as a resellers I get many customers ,but when I searched the product as per customers requirement it is always unavailable.it had happen so many times because of that I am missing many valuable customers .I always raise request but don't know whether it comes in action, but I request pls avail the product so that I don't miss customers.Thanks
App is really awesome I started using this app 6 months back but it doesn't seem useful for me as my customer prefer cod but when shopperts starts cod option it's more easy for me to resell Till now I ordered 10 Products nd except one all are loved by my customers Nd plz mention that one is easily returned... collections is too trendy nd good price too Keep it up hope to do great business together 😊😊😊
It was best app earlier but now they are charging rediculously for connecting brands .there are so many brands if we start paying then it will end with the whole earning of the month. We are doing it to earn not to spend money. Switching to the other apps there are lot of apps available, without charges disappointed🙄
worst aap if possible I will give negative rating. for my 10 orders whose material is very bad deduct shipping charges. and reverse shipping also. mostly product stuff is bad. suggest people never install this app. more over one time they have sent a gents pant instead of a kurta set. and totally refused by saying that seller has sent kurta set. totally a fraud app. for 2 products I have given my address for delivery. and they said no one is available at home and put the product rto.
Very disappointed. I ordered two bags, on the package written two pieces but when I opened there was only one and paid money for two. Looks like knowingly they cheated me . Waiting for an answer from their side. When i get proper response then more stars. Don't fall into the trap guys, I am going to uninstall it.
The catalogues shown are lucrative, and we share, by the time we want to place an order it's un available. Now what you want to show that you are so much in demand ... Ohh please give me a break... What's the use of it for a reseller. Useless app. Delayed delivery, Incomplete order delivery. And then they force to change ur product color cause they are out of stock just in 2 hours of putting a catalogue on app . I mean it's heights
