The application has very reasonably priced items. Delivery for some time takes a long time. Also as a first time user what l find irritating is if you want to buy more than one item. I simply cannot understand why one cannot order more than one item at a time. It's a serious drawback and needs to be rectified as it will only result in lesser sales for them.

On my vivoY75 5g , the app on launch shows " please make sure you are connected to internet and try again ". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing storage and cache, connecting through mobile data and wifi also. I also checked and made sure that the app was granted full internet access and was not restricted in any way.. But in every case the app gives the same error and not get connected to internet.... Kindly fix it asap.

Would've given zero stars . There was a size issue with the product, so i initiated an exchange request but they haven't been assisting. No one came to collect the order but still it shows "failed to meet quality " on the site. You can't even exchange products. Worst experience. And my next order never got delivered to me, it was a prepaid order, you have no value for costumer's time or money. Even if i complain they tell to wait but never do anything. They take your money and never deliver. Bad

Worst and horrible experience on this app. The product shown in images does'nt match in real. In images product looks good but when we received it ,its totally different .In many cases there is size issues even if you order the same size .Most of the times the colour was different .Terms and policy of this aap are very bad,even if you did 'nt like the product you cannot return it because of their terms and conditions.They can even cancel your account as per there wish ,thats the very bad thing

The app is amazing. I ordered. many items and it was worth buying. The quality of the products are amazing. Too much collection. We can purchase our favourite products in cheep prize this is the attractive factor in this app. The only problem is delivery time. Other factors are speechless. Thankyou meesho for this wonderful shopping experience.

Been shopping online for years now and by far the most horrible experience. Total different product received. Very misleading images shown on the app. The quality is very bad. The packaging was destroyed when delivered plus the product was broken. Even after sending all the products back for refund got refunded only for one item. Stupid policies put in place. Even renound marketplaces are not so rigid with their technical policies. Would never recommend this app to anyone.

Very bad to worse experience with a e-commerce app like Meesho. I tried exchange the product thrice but the courier partner always gives wrong updates and cancels it. Even the Meesho customer care doesnt help either for such complaints. They will simply say complain has been raised for exchange/return but at the end nothing happens.you keep calling multiple times, follow-ups but still they dont bother about it. In this process, the return window also gets closed.

They don't resolve the issue. Even after confirming the payment has done from the bank side. I have lost my money. They don't respond properly at all. What they say is we will resolve the issue by sending some form. But it's been a month still my payment is pending. Worst app. Respect customers

This has been the worst experience I have ever had in online shopping. Had a very bad experience in product delivery. They don't even care about the problems of the customers. Even after many complaints.When the return/refund is accepted, it is automatically canceled without any notice within 1 day. The return and refund experience has been utterly poor. My 1k+ ₹ is stuck in this.

After buying a lot of products, at one product, i feel like cheated. They have sent a complete different product, after putting the request for return and pickup, the team is unable to assist. It's been 9days, I'm calling these people. But all in vein. The images of wrong product have uploaded, the reason has been mentioned, but it's not updated with courier partner hence they refused to pickup. Their seniors are also busy to resolve the issue. Poor experience.

Worst service. Got a product but quality is inferior, wouldn't even last a week. Tried to return but has been 8 days and not yet picked. Tried calling support she said redo the whole process of return images are not clear even though they are. And there is no way of re-uploading images. Don't bother to try this app

Bad experience with the delivery, yet to receive my order . There is no way that we can contact them, and the app says that there is a call back option but they don't call back, despite several requests. This is for a prepaid order, guess we should not pay in advance .One of the worst apps and experience i have had, never again will i order from them again. Hopefully I should either get my order or money back

Worst ever support. Money got debited from cancelled order and meesho haven't initiating refund. I have been contacting support every now and then and no proper response received from their end. Even after providing all the transaction ids and proofs, they are not taking any proper action Just looting money through some cancelled transactions. Worst experience ever. Loss of 2k. They don't care of customer concerns. UNTRUSTWORTHY ever.

Good app. Variety of products available at reasonable rates. I have ordered a lot of things and I have received them on time and in good condition, barring one or two times. But the points, especially for order verified are not getting added. Then what is the point in having contests like Meesho super league and all that? Please look in to it.

They claim it to be free return but if you returns are more (which eventually will be when we are ordering multiple items) they will disable your account. My friend account was disabled just after 1st order even without returns. Had escalated in social media but the answer is same. "We can't change the status. System has banned your account."

I have placed multiple order and use to get same information that I was not able to contact the worst part is O never use to get any order confirmation message I always use to get only one message for cancellation and the reason is delivery partner was not able to contact me. How can any one contact me without a call or message for you guys still use Telepathy to contact customer the delivery partner is Xpressbees. Everytime they are taking feedback it will not happen and it happens everytime.

The suppliers seem to have less dedication as compared to other marketplaces. I have had experiences where the order is auto cancelled and the amount is refunded stating that the supplier couldn't dispatch the item. Basically I cannot rely on meesho when I am in dire need of an item.

Worst buying experience with meesho. In my every purchase they have delivered me a incorrect and bad quality product. The products received are always different from the actual product. And now, they have cancelled my items by their own don't know why? and also I'm unable to access the app. Now i got frustrated with meesho and i am giving negative ratings. Stop shopping from meesho it's a fraud shopping app.

I had the worst experience at this app. I orderd a headphone paid online but did not got product but the order shows it was delivered. When I complained regarding thos their backend team said that they had contacted the delivery agent and they said we shared the OTP which we didn't. We had got no phone call neither did we shared the OTP. So I guess who ever is using the app should not do any prepaid order or else it would be best not to use the app.

My experience in meesho is not excellent. Products are always delayed. It takes a month to arrive. Please look at to this issue. After raising 4-5 complaints ,then they look upto the matter and it is not solved yet.I am still facing the problem. Otherwise ,the app is okay. Till now i have ordered only one product, because it doesn't shows on time. It should be delivered within the expected time. If this is not resolved, this will be my last time ,shopping here. I loved meesho initially. Since a month whatever Im ordering in COD its getting cancelled without notifying. Im getting calls from meesho 6-7 times a day, even after confirming through calls it's still getting cancelled. The worst part is my accnt got suspended from meesho and when I asked the reason they said the cancellation ratio was high!! I ordered a dress and wanted to exchange it but they asked me to keep the order as they cannot return my account back or raise a exchange request. Worst!

Guys this is the worst online shopping app I have ever seen. Completely disappointed with the service. They even don't know which product was requested by customer just blindly pack any other product and sent to customers. I recommend all people don't use this app for your online shopping. I made an order whose product was cut, I took the option of exchange, first it got confirmed then I canceled once that the time of exchange in it was too much, I did it again, so it is showing that it cannot be exchange or return, my money wasted, it was a very worst experience. I will never shopping with this app again.

Probably the worst shopping app on the surface of planet and customer service is zero. I am deleting the app forever , I tried it even after so many negative reviews but it is worse than I assumed. Meesho is definitely a scam and can never compete with likes of Amazon, flipkart and myntra. A big NO to this BS app. Uninstalling right now

Bad experience, I ordered the product on 4th May 2022. But I have not received the product so far. I have already complained against my order, but to no avail. Quite simply, support is raising the complaint ticket and not solving the problem. I have lost Rs.392 / - at Meesho. The products are very poor quality and thin. They are not delivering original products.
