Fantastic app! I've been using it for years. Helps me organize my irregular work hours as a field technician with the federal government, so I can submit my time correctly every pay period. Lots of settings to customize it for your situation. Very cool when you can go back all the way to 2018 (4 years) and see what you were doing at work each day.
Charging for the ability to backup/export your data.. this is absurd! Android along with Google has the ability to automatically sync your app data and restore it when you reinstall the app, it has the ability to backup your app data and you can install the app on say a new phone and all your data is there already. This feature is purposely not included out of the pure fact to be able to charge for it. This is wrong on so many levels and you should be ashamed of yourself for screwing people over
I LOVE this app! I never wrote down my hours (clock in/out) so after I thought my first paycheck was off, I started writing it in a small notebook but by the time I got upstairs to work, I would have forgotten to write it down. This app lets me either take a pic of my clock in/out to input it in when I have a chance or since I always have my fone in pocket, I can easily just input it in app right after my swipe. It's PERFECT! You can put break, pay amount, shift differential and MORE! 100%, 5⭐
So happy with this app! I tried out a few before this one, and none had exactly what I needed like this one! Easy to use, great layout! I have converted a few people to using this, including my boss! Only thing, I don't know if there is an option and I haven't figured it out yet, but it would be nice to be able to change the hourly rate, per pay period. Is that an option? As well as a section to include drive time, at a separate rate.
Very good app. Really like the way this app allows us to view by week, month or pay periods and that you can adjust the pay periods also. I like that pay can also be calsulated automatically both gross anf after tax. I do need to use another app as we have many variables in our country reguarding taxes. But just working out my current percentage from my own governement's app and putting this in, works fine. I like to know how much I can use per week. Manual sign in is good too.
Very easy to use! Love that it does the math for you. Automatically deducts my lunch break and totals up the number of hours worked. This app is very simple and straightforward!
Does what I need it to do when my work schedule is all over the place. Slight learning curve to get the breaks recorded correctly. I do not use the new shift option. Just punch in, punch out.
Basic but exactly what I need. Would be nice to be able to change currency into £'s but it doesn't matter that much to me. No ads and free to use. Highly recommend.
I've been using this app for 3 yrs now, and it's been great! I recently had an issue that turned out to be user-error, and took many emails with Andrew to correct (also my fault). Andrew's patience and speedy replies make me wish that I could add another 5 stars to my 5 star review! I highly recommend this app, the customer service is the best!
I've been using this app for 1 month now. So far I like it and it serves my purpose. I wish once the month is over it would automatically go to the next month but I still have more to learn aboutit. 👍 Update: I've been using this app for a year now. Very good app. I have no issues.
A good app with plenty of useful options and settings. One downside is that every time I enter details into 'new shift', then go 'view shifts' the hours, break and overtime are not correctly calculated, until I tap on the shift, tap 'update' and then tap the 'green tick', without changing anything, and the shift is then calculated correctly from the hours, break and overtime.
The only problem i can find so far is Standard hours and overtime hours are reversed in the algorithm. This produces a miscalculation of the pay earned. Please fix. The rest of the app seems good.
I love the app, no issues at all with it. My only question is, why is the "Paid" option. Not available when adding a new job? The option to mark shifts or jobs paid is only available when using "Default Job"
My app worked wonderfully for years now. Best ap ever. But suddenly it mixes my date up. All the days, hours I captured are there. But totally mixed up. (I use the free version)
Great app. Does what you need it to with plenty of options for configuring how your pay is displayed and a lot of advanced features.
It's a very useful app. I've tried a few similar apps and this is my favourite. I wish I could view the shifts in different formats. I can only view ten days at a time. I wish I could view the entire fortnight without scrolling. I might pay for the pro version so I can export it to a spreadsheet for better viewing and sharing.
Works great although it would be nice to be able to select days as only overtime like Saturday for example. I use the premium wage for that right now so it's the same result in the end I guess. Another example is when I travel to a different yard that has a different pay scale. Being able to turn on a wage adjustment option while there to record that wage and time then turn it off when I leave would be a awesome option.
