Very inaccurate. The refresh seems to take anywhere from minutes to hours before it actually updates. Often I open the app and don't see my WO that's in progress. I have to manually refresh. Then my invoices disappear but the in progress appears. Refresh again then assignment invitations disappear. It'll take about 5-6 refreshes before everything appears. Should be able to enter notes so I don't forget to input details at completion instead of taking notes on another app to copy/paste later.

When trying to follow any links about assignments through my alerts the app crashed every single time. There is no way possible to complete anything in a timely manner. There is no way possible to complete anything period when the app crashes every time I try to click on anything.

Still cant see available work on android phones. Make sure the teenage programmers are being paid properly Here's an update. I totally removed the application from a(n) android phone and reinstalled it. Guess what...it still doesn't work. Why does your company favor the iPhone systems?

Work in progress tab doesn't show any work even though in the home page states that there are some, can't click on Applied, Assigned, In Progress. Can't select text in work orders (like address, job number and other things), can't dial directly from the app either. Supposedly it was updated but basic functionality is still lagging behind other apps, like FieldNation's. I like that it reduces the size of images to be uploaded. This app is obviously a work in progress, should be labeled Beta.

The link to call Contacts from Summary page is greyed out and unable to dila the numbers listed. Please provide a solution to the issue as it has become very frustrating!

This app is descending rapidly. The biggest issue at the moment is that jobs that you are invited to or assigned may or may not show up in the app. I currently have several jobs that will not show up in the app that show up on a web browser. It seems pointless to have an app that doesn't actually give you access to the job you have. Emails typically get back a generic response with no follow-up. I first reported this December 30th, and have yet to receive a response.

Unable to upload PDF's as an attachment, because Android 11 doesn't give app permission to access all files; just media. Need to be able to change permissions to upload all files and media. I have to send my files to the cloud first to be able to download to app.

Would be great if worked properly. The payment information and things that you can access on the actual website do not show properly on the app. It is almost a waste to use the app when web page works better. Please fix this as both site and app information is consistent with each other.

It's a platform where buyers have too much power. Agreeing with hourly first and then buyers are allowed to change it to fixed rate without your permission AFTER assignment. Or adjusting your hours to much less than what you actually worked for. Happened more than once. Enough is enough! These are the actual hours that I worked for while being on the conference call and actively working on equipment. Buyers shouldn't be allowed to do this.

I am getting automatic payment into my PayPal account without authorising the payment. I can't even remove the PayPal account.

This app has had many ups and downs over the years. However the most recent update has made the app completely unusable. You can log in and see your profile but that's about it. Every page says, "couldn't fetch data for one or more cards." I can't see any of the work orders I have or see any new ones. I've even gone so far as factory reset my phone and downloaded new version of app. Still can't get app to function.

The APP has improved, but is still lacking any real choices for freelancers to get any other work besides that of an IT guy, or data cable installers. Then the platform wants you to jump through all shapes, sizes, & colors of hoops to get an assignment, and wants to pay you little or nothing to do the work. Of course if the client knew where you came from, and what you are being paid, compared to what is being billed out for, they would have a kniption fit!! 🤔😫

In about Sept, I updated my phone with a security patch. I have reach out to support several times with no resolve. I no longer get any notifications for new assignments or any at all. I often see assignments that I would have gotten because the buyers, reach out to me directly to tell me about it. It is very annoying. I have done everything they told me to do but still not fixed. Wish they would fix this.

no support provided for payment issues . they tell you to handle it yourself . frustrating and typical expectations of a platform . I have had 1 other issue of payment in the prior 12 years and 3 in the past month. good experience until recently.

Can't login to app and web portal not showing any assignments. "Hey, it looks like you're in CREATE WORK MODE sorry, this app only supports perform work mode at this time. You can access all account features on the desktop version." Maybe I'm doing something wrong, I dunno. Just doesn't seem very intuitive. I have to go into my alerts in the webportal to even view my assignments.

This app is great it makes it convenient to access work. You get to choose the jobs when you want them if you want them. The only thing that bothers me about the app is the check in and check out tab in the bottom corner it pops up and gets in your way when you're accessing the bottom of your screen if they could place that somewhere else

WorkMarket is a great platform. As much as I like the app I just use the web site now. Its the nature of the beast. I'd hate to be the programmer......Its got to be the hardware. The android versions don't change much but it seems mfgs. upgrade their phones constantly. People are quick to badmouth apps when its their hardware. Its not WorkMarket's fault, it's just the way things are. We're all trying to make money and the constant bitching and moaning isn't helping either.

Usually work is okay... but not much good "paying" jobs. If you are doing this fulltime it's impossible. If you don't have other sources of income you will be flat broke.

I greatly miss the days of Onforce. Communication back and forth between vendors and even the platform support is dismal. Asking for questions or clarifications is nonexistent or by the time you get an answer the work orders are gone/given to someone else.

I've been on this app for over 4 months, not a single job accepts my application. I've reached out to work market and they never respond to my questions as to why I can't even get a single job after applying to hundreds.

As a user, I haven't seen noticeable improvements to the application or desktop site at all in the past 8 years. It's frustrating and really disappointing watching the app decline without maintenance. Also there is no protection in place if buyers decide not to pay a service provider. Feedback doesn't help improve WM. From an outside perspective I honestly believe they should fire their whole software dev team (if one even exists).
