It looks better than the Classic but is shocking to use. Issue with Start & Finish questions not showing. Verizon's answer - use the Classic until it's fixed. Now been an issue for over 2 weeks, unsolved and no-one has reverted back to me despite requesting our account manager contact me. It was rolled out as the next best thing and that all should migrate to it. Clearly no-one bothered decent beta testing properly. Seriously, don't bother downloading this app if you want your field ops to be able to do their jobs properly.
When it works it is great. However, we seem to get less and less of good operational time. Jobs may not appear on the app sometimes for 10 minutes or more. After sales support is catastrophic. Calls almost never answered. All their operators are taking other calls Forever! Don't leave a message as no will ring back.
Update: I have now been experiencing several new glitches. The app crashes daily on me and makes me lose a large majority of my information that I have to reenter by memory. When I contacted Verizon connect all Verizon support staff could tell me is that my phone is the issue and not the app itself. All of my coworkers seem to have different problems. If I didn't have to use this app for my work I wouldn't touch it with a 10-ft pool. Verizon needs to fix their app. Crashes DAILY
It would be really nice if the app would tell you the site names, rather than the billing name. We pick up and deliver to same billing company, but no where on the app will it give a site name. Has an address, but sometimes all they need is a name. Fix it!
Originally used to fleetmatics work app. Changed over to the work mobile app and have been much happier with the functionality. I only have one problem. We take care of clients that have multiple sites. When a dispatch is sent out to the mobile user for a client at a particular site it only shows the client name it does not show the site name. Developers must have overlooked. For example to take care of a school district. And each school has its own name. Please fix.....
Not user friendly at all. Clearly the app developers have no idea of how a typical user needs to navigate the app. Putting a message in a bottle would be more use than contacting support, they have no interest in listening to users.
Lots of aggrivating clitchy problems. I have to Uninstall and reinstall the app all the time to make it start working again. I really wish they would make this app work better.
Having issues with time clock, clocking out when receiving txt msgs. No fix in the update.
I already gave classic the worst rating possible and this app is so much worse they tried to dress it up and make it look pretty to hide the fact that it's a bigger piece of trash than the first this is only my 2nd comment ever but people need to know not to pay for this garbage service.
Love it so much. Easy to use. Very convenient and time saver
Fleetmatics is great i use it at work makes life so easy it's abit pricey but software is well worth it.
I don't have access to my hours. Only to jobs completed. It is useless.
Tons of problems. Always closing for no reason.
Would not let me sign up to use app. Only option was for cureent users only.

Needs ability to add custom questions or screens like the original app did so the techs can check a box that shows complete or parts ordered ect.. It's missing the ability to see other people's completed jobs so therefore I can't event search a client and help of workers with their calls. It's not able to add equipment from onsite do when I go out and work on a piece of equipment I can't add it to our company's data base for future growth without an admin wasting money and time. It's like this app is going backwards from original classic than making the job more efficient and less cumbersome.
The app needs the ability to search completed tickets clients to be on site and be able to look up the history of previous calls..... The people who give this a 5 star don't give any reasons. They must have simple jobs that don't require the app to perform they way it was proposed to our company. Problems need to be fixed. 1 no ability to add equipment 2 no ability to look at other field workers completed jobs or to look up jobs. 3 a job can be canceled in the field by a worker instead of admin back at office. If you combine the older classic app with this one it would be good, but why should I need 2 apps to do job of one that was sold to do what we needed with the Verizon product?
Has trouble syncing between two devices. Half the time invoices sent to clients are zeroed out with no notes or materials shown even though they were added. Creates more work for the office and myself in the end. Android and IPad have issues syncing with one another. Have to uninstall and reinstall to get maybe a week of sync back then it happens again.
