The app is confusing, horrible! I paid R$39,99 to have my account accepted, it was taking too long to review my request. Now that I can send proposals, it says "Oops! You can't youse your contacts yet. You have exceeded the limits of connects you can place" BUT I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING IN THIS APP! I PAID AND I CAN'T YOUSE IT! It is ridiculous!
Very condescending nothing-app that tells you you're contributing to a new way to do work and then doesn't clear your account until a month later and then you still can't propose for jobs for no reason. It's scammy and yet another example of how assembly-line freelance work is watered down and converted into paying low for specific skills. Its disappointing but not surprising. Also the app itself runs terribly which is overshadowed by the fact that you can't actually use it for its main purpose
Takes too long to finish the validation process. Already landed several translation projects in other apps. Landed a Full Time job and left the city to visit my family. Still in validation. Don't waste your time and expectations on this app. Nobody seems to work there anymore.
Nil responses to any of my proposals, probably because my profile picture keeps disappearing and worse of all, no projects for South Africans! No "help" or "FAQ"...only an e-mail address. Seems like a scam to me...how else is an Iron member (brand new freelancer) supposed to apply for and secure the jobs if you guys make it so difficult and expensive to improve the profile? Also, what's the point when I can't even ask a question because the app freezes!?
I was very excited about the appearance of this app and the prospect of the workflow it would bring. I set up an account, started reviewing bid request, I even worked hard on creating a basic and generic proposal for prospects. Every bid I attempted submit gave me an error message! I messaged support and got the response that my profile needed a "tagline" and my " work history". However i saw absolutely no desinated place for this info despite me putting this in my bio. Please fix!!!!
I have tried many websites that offer freelancers jobs and Workana has proved its worth. Both website and app! User friendly, friendly team willing to help and its an amazing experience working with clients. Workana changed my life for good. Thank you and keep up the good job!!
TERRIBLE. I could just send two proposals and it keeps saying that I exceeded the limit. I try to contact support or look for a place to buy more chances to do more proposals and no answer.
Too basic. Not good for communication with employers. Too many repeated projects once and again. Looks more like scams than anything else.
I don't know how they are running this app. Nothing is clear here. When I want to submit proposals, they said no connects yet. Haha how funny. Whereas I never sent any proposals in the past.
Don't download guyes. It's a scam. I have registered in the app and it's been more than 15 days and still, not application has not been approved and neither I have got any mail. Don't go for it
It's been above two weeks and I still haven't gotten any email telling me whether my profile has been accepted or not , please see into this, thankyou very much. Other than that, the app is great to use
I cannot recommend this. Its not worth a star. You go through the effort to create profile and taking a test and then you simply wait. 5 days in and my profile is not approved. How long can it take to approve a profile? If it ever gets approved and I actually to apply and work I will change the rating. For now though, ignore this app.
I'm leaving bad review because I have been trying from 5 days for withdraw of my money. They are not responding for my mails even I have tried to contact in other ways but they haven't responded yet. I have purchased membership plan just to get money but they haven't sent yet.
The platform is awful, it limits new freelancers a lot. Is really rare the jobs where you can post a proposal being freelancer iron. Just a waste of time
Worst freelance apps it has been more than 7 months and still no checking of application the looks made it look one of the best and awesome app but the review time is too long that I don't think anyone can barely work and earn here
Nonsense. I can't even place bids because it keeps saying something like "Oops you've exceeded the number of connects" even though I'm a new user.
every time i try to apply for a gig or even send a question about a gig a window pops up saying i cannot. doesn't tell me what's wrong or why just leaves me SOL. screw this app.
It would be great if you told what I'm missing in my profile instead of shoving the "incomplete profile" warning everytime i want to make a question
Not optimized for US. Which the description does say, I just need to stop forgetting that and redownloading this app. So I'm leaving a review.

Dear Developer, Sorry for the 1 Star rating, but i really wanted to give -5 Star(Minus Five Star) rating for this JUNK. Very bad platform. Waited a lot(Months) but still can't even place a single bid. No idea why they made this kind of worthless app. Let's Flag this app.

I wait so many days but didn't activate my account.. 🥱 I also try to contact there customer service but they didn't Reply my mail. Totally waste of time
I install several months ago and submit two proposals. Then it is nearly half a year the project keep saying "evaluating bids" and you cannot place any other bid in other project.
Very bad app! I cannot place any bid , I didn't use none of them, though!
It's a great app but the main problem is the providers are not doing their part well
Tried a lot to complete my profile, wasted a lot of time over and over but app never saves the changes I did. It's a shame, because app seems decent, but it's not. I hope that developers can fix it that in a near future.
