WorkBlast - Shift Trading

WorkBlast works right out of the box. No credit card. No company meeting. No on-boarding. No training. NO USERNAMES AND PASSWORDS. And no integrations of any kind.
HOW IT WORKS
- Organize your staff into different shift trading pools based on department, position, or skill set.
- Easily offer up a shift/gig to an entire pool or just specific people.
- The first person to claim the shift, gets it. Then managers can approve or reject.
- Managers can request up to 10 workers for a single shift, and the offer will remain open until all slots are filled.
- Managers control access to the pool and decide who is allowed to offer shifts.

FOR WORKERS
- No more calling co-workers, one-by-one, begging for someone to cover your shift.
- With the push of a button, you can offer your shift to everyone who is qualified to cover it, even people you don't like or have never even met.
- Optionally offer a bonus incentive for someone to cover your shift.
- If manager approval is required, they will be notified automatically.

This app is not consistent. Others users literally get notifications minutes before the majority of users get them. Meaning only a couple of users have distinct advantages of the majority. If you are looking to give away a shift it is fine. Picking up a shift it's useless.
Very helpful works great for getting subs for a daycare... so much easier than getting late night or last minute calls then calling everyone and waiting for an answer from each one.
App is very slow in notifications. Before I open the app to claim a shift it claimed Within seconds less than 5 seconds. Poor.
App works great to be able to offer up shifts that need coverage and to claim open shifts that are available. Matt provides great customer support very quickly!

Best app for job
Difficult to claim shifts when you need them. They can be claimed while you review them also the alerts don't always come through until after it's filled. Disappointing. But it's functional. More so for the employer than the employee.
Does this app offer jobs, not sure how I work this. Please help.
As a bakery owner, I can fill shifts for bakers, cashiers, customer service and cleaners. In a pinch or at busy times of the year, I am able to request extra assistance from both current and past employees. The app is equally user-friendly for managers and workers.
The app was exactly what our store needed! It kept the managers from being out of the loop in trades and gave us the option to reject shifts or approve them. It's easy to use!
It works great and it's simple to use. It's allowed the staff to trade shifts with ease!
The app won't even open
I teach at a private school and our system of requesting subs used to literally be call/email/ or text them one by one on the list. Very time consuming. Now with WorkBlast you input your day in and blast them all with the press of a button. As soon as a sub claims my shift I'm immediately notified. Its quick, simple, and extremely efficient.
