Workers CU Mobile Banking

I had an experience where two checks were deposited one right after the other within a 5 minute period. Both deposits went through as successful. Days later one of the deposits were reflected on the online portal and there was no record of the other. There was no notification the one of the deposits failed or a reason for the failure. The only way to check the status was to go back to the company that issued the check and have them verify that the check had not cleared. This is not acceptable.

Pros: Can scroll back and review my history of transactions. It provides transaction amount and resulting balance. Update: App now provides "show" of password as it's being entered (to ensure entry is accurate). Also have previously suggested a calculator function to be included so future pending transactions and resulting balances can be determined against viewable funds. Adding this feature would be helpful. Banking app provides real-time viewing of account and transactions.

Very confusing when paying off LOC completely. Transaction does not go through unless you choose "pay in full" instead of filling in amount. Pay in full option is not obvious.

I have never had a better experience with another bank or CU. In person or not. The WCU app and the online banking is excellent. The app is Super easy to use and it has every option you may need. I love how we can customize the way we like our account notifications and statements. Transfers are simple and fast and mobile check deposits are convenient and easy. All in all I am 100% satisfied with the app. Oh and I can't leave out that they let you know right away if they detect any fraud

The lag between clicking "deposit" and "please review the photo" is long- I sometimes put down my phone and it times out. Maybe a warning when you click "deposit" that "your transaction is not complete until you approve the images of the check". It is also RIDICULOUS that you cannot see ANY details (other than amount) for deposited checks, either here or on the desktop site. It makes it very hard to reconcile accounts. I will never use this bank again, because of the difficulties with the digital services.

App has worked flawlessly during my interactions with it. I definitely recommend this App to all Members and Customers of Workers CU. Very easy to use. Still using 8/21. Original post was 'newbie user error'. App still great as of 2/22! How did I ever exist without it?!

It needs a makeover. Mobile deposit works ~50% of the time and you can't silence the camera shutter sound, so you always have to endure this full-volume CLICK when you take pictures of the check. I have debit notifications enabled for high-amounts, but they're 1-2 days late (e.g., rent check cashes the 8th and I get notified on the 9th-10th). It's a good idea, but not helpful if it's that delayed.

Very easy to use, but I do have to periodically reset easy balance retrieval.

The app wont let me deposit any check by mobile. The app keeps crashing even after I have called about it and reinstalled the app. Nothing works.

Very difficult to enter data Couldn't able to register my details, wanted to open an account! If did managed& in the future when there is a important issue, don't have time & can't even get/find a local WCU, how am I going to be treated.Is it gonna be my fault?

I am so happy with my choice to open my accounts at Workers CU. The friendly staff both in the branches and online make it easy for me to go to them with any questions. The app is simple to use and has a user friendly setup. The 1st to have ITM (around me anyhow) I can actually withdraw 1's & 5's; makes life easier. Some times their printers r unable to print a new card but 5✴ since they always tell you the next closest placd that can. Technology will catch up with them. Lol Thank you WCU 💙

I've been getting hammered with requests for a rating. Here you go. This app is just a chromium wrapper over their HTML5 website, as a PWA. And they still mess it up, as it constantly forgets my credentials. Constant spam and ads for their services, but they keep stripping away the "small town bank" feel and it shows.

This banking app works well. It provides to me the account information I need, though more info in some transactions would be helpful. I would recommend adding a function to "show password" as it's being entered to avoid incorrect entries. Also the addition of a 'calculator' function would also help in determining how future expected transactions will affect account balance. Both recommended functions should be easy to incorporate into the app. I give the app 4 ☆ leaving room for improvement.

Why would your banking app contain ads (displayed at the top of Google Play Store)? I'm about to have start paying a loan, but instead of driving an hour from southern Mass to the Boston metro I figure I would pay it through the app. If this app is through 3rd party rep I'm better off driving 2 hours round trip rather than lose my money and personal information because of a ad based banking app. I have Chase, Santander, and Bank of America and none of them have ads with their app.

This was the easiest APP to install and use. I was able to quickly and easily make a deposit in less than a minute right after installing the APP and got confirmation right away. So much more convenient than using the ATM or drive-through.

Love this app. Makes life so much easier and I don't have to call the on line banking all the time. The biggest asset is that you can always see all your transactions and follow the checks that you have written when ever you want. Still loving this app. I have been a customer for years and yes I would send my friends to WKU. We lived in Leominster Mass for 10 years when we started with WKU. Now we live in CT and still use them. So in total they have been our bank for 14 years and never a prob.

The autocapture worked well at first. Now it's never satisfied with angle of photo. The angle is the same as always so this "auto" feature is a waste of time.

"For Mobile deposit only Workers' CU" is too long of a phrase to write on one line on the back of a check, it's also too long to remember and takes too long to write once I've started taking the picture (the module times out and closes). You should tell users what to write before they have to take the picture. It's bad UX. Also, why is the app no longer taking my finger print?

Overall a good banking app. The mobile check deposit can seem clunky at times and have an auto capture mode that takes pictures too quickly, but overall pleased with it.

Used to be a great app. Mobile deposits NEVER had a problem. Now that you can't go in the bank at all though, some idiot decided to update the app and mobile deposit does NOT work at all anymore. Even when (after 50 attempts) it does go through, it gets rejected anyways. FIX THIS AND FIRE THE MORON THAT BROKE IT.

It was better for the upgrade which took the fingerprint ID option away. Every time I put my password in is another opportunity to steal it and just inconvenient. My phone has this feature for a reason and I prefer to use it. Please bring it back

Excellent app with all of the banking features you need. Mobile deposits, transfers etc. Easy to use. Option for fingerprint login. It's perfect!

Could be more user friendly and sometimes delays but ok overall

Being older, I resisted on-line banking, what was I thinking. This app is easy and a joy to have. Fantastic to know quickly, what my balances are. Why did I wait so long!!! Love it. Greatest thing since Super Mario!

Sometimes buggy, but fixes itself with a relaunch usually, but really helps with convience of access and quick, balance inquiries and transfers, And the check deposit function is really nice

Workers credit union is the Best bank..Someone tried too opening a secured credit card..Took $100 out of my checking and I got alert that someone tried taken money for a secured card..I went too the bank and they took care of it right away..They are very friendly!!!..I wouldn't go to another bank!!

Good, but could be great. The ONLY thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars.... I absolutely hate that I can't see pending charges. Other than that, I love it. Clean, simple and easy to navigate.
