The app keeps crashing. Our work crew cannot open and start their assignment properly. It works totally fine with iOS though. Please fix this Android version.
I don't know how people do manage and dispatch field crews without this app. It ties into Navigator for directions, then pops open Collector when you get to your "task."
My app keeps crashing and it looks like it is because I have an android phone(Galaxy S9+). Please help fix this.
Absolutely awful app, almost never loads tasks for my job on my Samsung s10+
Please allow the assignments box to collapse on tablet version to make the entire screen usable? Collector has this feature, please allow the ability to collapse or hide assignments.

Your app freezes on the load screen. It has worked in the past until i started using diffrent basemaps is when it started to freeze and its no longer usable...i will uninstall it and see what happens...useful app but very buggy and wheres the offline work capability?

Unable to load pics or attachments, crashes often, won't load assignments often- requires device (phone) restart to remedy any of these issues. Also annoying that map zooms out each time you switch from assignment to view map.
