Edit: the issue finally was resolved, but the lack of communication is still pretty disconcerting. I've heard nothing but great things about this app from people, and have had quite the opposite experience. I've been trying to pick up a prescription for days, and their medical team has been completely unresponsive, and has provided no help whatsoever. It's really effing difficult to try and stay clean when they won't help, let alone respond to any issues. This app has been a complete let down.

they have everything you could imagine covered with this app. I just started using it and it's hassle-free, they respond to your emails or questions very quickly. I've been scared to get clean, and they make this huge step a very easy transition. I love everything about it so far. I've even told my sister and a few friends about this app. these guys are AWESOME! Keep up the good work guys!!!!!

This app was everything I could of dreamed for in a recovery app. I couldn't believe it when I started. Workit met my needs perfectly, at least until I tried rescheduling a missed appointment (missed appointment due to technical issues on their end) which has been impossible. I need to continue while I still have motivation. Please have a phone number listed or some other simple way where we can easily resolve these issues .

I would like to give a better rating I like how the app is set up and everything included in the program unfortunately there seems to be a bug or something where every other day I have to call for technical support because the app locks me out saying there is an issue with my insurance. Although my insurance is active and is accepted and has been verified back in January and re verified every cpl of days by several different representatives. Wish you could fix that it's impossible

I know this sounds cheesy, but this app helped SAVE MY LIVE. The app is easy to use and so convenient; you never have to go in person to appointments. Avoiding that hassle is wonderful! You see dr's thru video chat. They prescribed me suboxone and they also help with mental health which I am taking medication for. I am a real person who struggled with addiction for almost 20 years and today I have 6 months clean. I recommend this app 100%!!

I just started the app & the program about 2 wks ago & so far I have to say both are great The app has courses that I can take & I love doing them! They really teach & help so much I can do everything I need to do thru the app which is a huge plus for me I hate going to in person appts always worried about being judged & feeling uncomfortable but with this program I can do it all online & everyone has been super nice & helpful I have not felt uncomfortable or judged! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I really enjoy this app. It makes my recovery alot easier. I'm able to chat with the team whenever. Except after business hours. I get to meet with a nurse practitioner once a week to make sure my medication is right and I have no complaints at all with this app. Whoever created it is for sure helping at least one person and that's me

So far so good. My experience with this app so far has been wonderful. I was prescribed my medication on my second visit and I've been using the app so far for 11 days. I will report back if I should need to update the review. Hopefully with the great news of my successful completion of this program. They have a wonderful system and I suggest you try it if your trying to find alternative MAT..skip all the office visits And long waits at the clinic!! You will recommend this app to others guarrnte

This is a very easy and simple program that make really convenient to meet your goals and needs sometime slow at responding to messages is the only issue i have been having otherwise its been a very positive experience thank you.

This app is amazing. I was starting to lose hope trying to find help from home because all of the other addiction apps seemed more interested in making money but everyone at work it health actually genuinely care about the patients and want to help you recover the best ways possible. I have been with the program one month so far and it has absolutely helped me. The entire staff From billing to the doctors to the counselors the counselors every member I have had the pleasure to work with has been caring efficient knowledgeable helpful Resourceful. Every question has been answered every need has been met. The courses are are helpful and I have learned something New in each one. You can have Personal courses sent to you also based on any personal issue You want to Address

I recommend this app to anyone serious about getting and staying clean. It's really easy and so convenient. U literally can do ur doctors appointments from the comfort of ur own home. It's absolutely fantastic!!!!

When I ran across this app I thought that it was just another ad making false promises but I was so tired of fighting addiction on my own that I thought what could it hurt. After signing up for Workit Health, talking to the care team and the doctors, I don't wake up anymore sick and stressing over "feeling better". WorkIt provides endless resources & short, engaging, insightful courses to help you delve into recognizing everything You. I usually run in the other direction when it comes to the book learning part of treatment, & I was an English teacher. You're part of a non-judgmental team ready to assist you how YOU are ready to be helped.

EVERY single time I open this Work-it app, let it be to ✓in, add info, do a corse or join a meeting...It ends up leaving me feeling so content with Hope, Joy & just plain excited for my future! It has way more help than I could ever imagine needing but being that activities are so fun, I'll probably want more to do 🌞 Lastly, it is so nice to have a fresh approach to recovery since I've never agreed with being told that there was only 1 WAY & if I didn't do it that way... I would fail & use

Honestly I would rate a 3.5 to 3.9. Got the help I needed plus prescription fairly quick. only negative thing is all the side stuff like too many groups 🙄, counseling➕ it having to be in a group which I cannot do and all the courses garbage I no longer need to do. I've been good walking the line for years now. I'm good with just a prescription and a monthly counseling appointment like most clinics in my area do. its a bit Much! other than that it is pretty handy doing it in the Palm of my hand

Everything about getting meds/drug testing and meeting online is great. The only problem I have is how much they spam messages to ur phone it's super annoying. Besides that they are a great provider no more having to go to a clinic. You do EVERYTHING from ur home apart from picking up ur meds. Love workit.

This is a really great app they have provided all the help I needed and support in getting through recovery. I recommend to anyone looking for support to better themselves for you and your family.

I am soooo glad i found workit health because i am able to do my treatment from home. Including drug tests and that helps allot for people without consistent transportation. Im able to do my groups from home. What's awesome is they accept Medicaid. Its weekly for the first 4 weeks and if you do well and stay clean it goes to every 2 weeks so twice a month, and then after that The following month you get monthly prescriptions. The providers are very understanding and listened to me.

This app has helped me alot way better than driving a hour to a doctor and spending a hour there having to drive a hour back and still go through the hoops and hollers of getting my medicine. It should never be hard to get this medicine for people who need it and Workit helps us

Coming up on 9 months in the program and I can't say enough good things about this program and everyone I have had contact with. I have been able to stay completely on track and I have even been able to say NO to my drug of choice when it was offered. That is huge for me because that is something I have never been able to do! Thank you for this option for treatment it's so easy to do everything online and when it's convenient for me!

Great unjudgemental, upbeat,medical treatment for addiction. Easy to use online medical counseling and medication treatment. I live in a very rural area. This is a Godsend for myself. Really friendly and professional staff. So happy to discover them!

if you need a medication assisted program to get off of opiates this is a place you need to call or get a hold of. No person to person meetings you can do it all from your phone and they accept most insurance, and like I said you do it all from your phone and the comfort of your own home so having a busy life or having kids or whatever can no longer be an excuse.

I am new to this. so far I'm absolutely loving it! the initial setup is very simple. only a few basic questions that let the team know what you are going through and what you are in need of. I think this is an absolute blessing and everyone who is struggling with opioid addiction needs access to these amazing doctors! there are too many people I know personally dying from fentanyl overdoses. seriously almost weekly!! this is a serious problem! I commend the doctor's commitments to helping us!!

I got help quickly! everything just lined up and I got on my treatment right away. I couldn't belive how much easier it was then going to the doctors. everything you need for recovery is at your finger tips

They are amazing and caring. They always make you feel comfortable and they are awesome at encouraging you do get thru what you're dealing with!!

No appointments, no responses, cannot manually cancel. It's a scam, especially if multiple requests to cancel are ignored.

Only complaint I have so far is that it took a bit longer than expected to get mess. from the time I signed up until I had my script, 3 days had past. This was a bit frustrating because I had to make sure that I wouldn't be sick on my own.

This app can change your life even if you're only half serious about recovery. The non- judgy counselers and everyone is non judgy actually caring and genuinely willing to meet your needs and surpass your expectations and help you be a happier healthier more content you. A million stars. They even send narcan with your prescriptions- good as a reminder of what can happen and also a tool to help save someone else's life when the unexpected happens. This app saves lives.
