Mobile app has some big issues, like screen orientation, looking up invoices/jobs always starts with the oldest and you have to scroll forever to get to the newest invoice/job. Sometimes after closing the app and reopening, there is only a blank screen (only resolved by restarting phone). I'm switching to just using Firefox, until the app gets fixed.
Zero support, too many bugs. This app has a lot of potential, but they aren't listening to customers and fixing the bugs and Operations of it.
Horrible service. Lags when typing up invoice and crashes 90% of the time. I have to type details in another app, copy the details, paste them on workiz and save. Shut down app type up more details and repeat process until I'm able to close out a job. Definitely exploring other options.
This new thing where it keeps spamming me to update is ungodly annoying. Bothering my office too. When integrated with another program it just goes mad. Very unnecessary.
Phone service is absolute garbage. No communication from the company. I have lost thousands because of no phone service, no text ability. Huge mistake switching to workiz for phones. Customer service is virtually non-existent. No way to escalate issues. Avoid if you need phones for your business.
Constantly crashing and infinite loading screens. And now whenever you try to edit item descriptions it lags. This app is terrible and it seems like it gets worse with each update.
It has not been a good experience. It's a good idea and when it work it's good for business. However, it is not consistent. We've experience the app not working more than working. We always have to uninstall and reinstall. The customer service is not available and the text features for help is a long wait most days. We've move on to something better and more effective.
Phones don't work as promised if answering remotely. Customer service is hit or miss. Nothing ever gets fixed and we are losing business because of the phone issues. They get someone to fix it works for a day or 2 and then reverts back to not working. Save your money and your business and use another platform. Right now my app says there is an update but play store says up to date. This company needs to focus on getting the basics to work before all of the form updates which add no value.
Frustrating! Love the program on the computer but seriously not happy with the app! When scrolling through schedule on homescreen there is a bug that happens when scrolling down through the jobs. Jobs get stuck and you cannot scroll back up. This is so frustrating. I Will definetly update my review once this gets fixed!

One star. It's a software with potential but between the terrible customer support and the empty promises, your SOL. Also the inventory management system is very very basic. Not very great at all. You can't even delete items. They "disable" them instead.
Complete garbage. Worst mapping on the planet, cumbersome software forces you to use an app and the web based "portal" to complete a workorder, they remove features without warning or apology, support is a complete waste of time. Pros: The app is yellow and I do like the color yellow.
App and workiz is getting a worse. Scheduling and text messages are not coming through. Also updates are happening but getting rid of things that were good with workiz. I don't recommend anymore because it's starting to affect business
Only for US users, the app will not allow you to add an entry without a US phone number. This is simply the stupidest decision a dev team could make. They need to add a change region option to the settings which simply converts the phone number field to free text numbers.
I am sad to say that your application is not working properly after last update. It is now impossible to add attachement or signature. I have uninstall and reinstall it many times but it is still impossible to take photo or attach photos or signatures.
After update I cant even change the time of an appointment in the app. I have to book a job and leave the time as is and fix on the computer. If I try to change it it crashes. Need this fixed ASAP!!!!
Hijacks my phone even after I turned all access off and eventually uninstalled the app. YouTube, Pandora, Spotify apps all pause when an incoming Workiz call comes in, even after I uninstalled the app!

I used the app because my employer asked me to. We (me and the employer) found it unfriendly not efficient and unnecessary. Since then, I get tones of spam emails from the app managers, I'm trying to unsubscribe and delete my account but they still spamming me. This app was a terrible mistake!!!

Old-style App was terrible, I even didn't know that I know so many vulgar words to use in my speech when use the app. But now, with a new version, I became a polite and happy person again. Keep working!
The problem with Workiz is customer service. They take forever to get back to you. Imagine having estimates lined up, all the info is on their platform, and you have no access to the program. The overall concept is great and so are all of the features. The aggravation comes in when you need to get ahold of someone for customer service. Cmon guys, you should be making enough money to hire more people.
I think you should be able to pick as many pictures as needed to put on ticket not 1 at a time. We don't have time to put every picture 1 by 1 that is the only thing that I hate about the app.
I don't get the notifications and the app closes by itself so I have to keep opening it. It doesn't work in background.
I put all my eggs in one basket with this program. after 5 months, I can say it's been pretty good and helpful to grow my business. I run into some things that can be improved, I let the staff no and they tend to respond pretty quickly.
It's good when it works, but it's buggy and crashes. It can be clunky to navigate certain tasks. Also, they recently took away the option to click a phone number and call it from your phone... Now it just copies the number and you have to take 4 more steps to paste it into your keypad and dial it after exiting the app... Why?
