On Samsung Galaxy S6. My work team uses the Messages service heavily, but Messages itself has issues. Retrieval of data is very slow, usually taking around eight-ten seconds to load in any chats on the main Messages screen. On occasion, chats will load one after another slowly. Lucky I only have a small number of groups/people I contact, however if I was a high-level manager I would probably find this frustrating. Workjam is otherewise fairly usable, but I do use Messages often.
Very frustrating experience. First of all, I can't clock in or out on it at all, I HAVE to use a computer at work and clock in to Kronos there. It says I am always "out of range" of the store even though I AM PHYSICALLY IN THE STORE. To top that off, I cannot comment on anything, or look at mini trainings like my job wants me to look at, so I now have to do my mini trainings FROM AN IPAD AT THE STORE! HMMM seems a little funny how WorkJam really works on iOS better. I smell favoritism. Horrible.
May rate it 2.5 at best if the option was there. Messages can take multiple tries to read as 'seen'. Frequent server amd con ectio issues lead me to almost being late or not being able to sign off with the punch on amd off section. Adjusting availabilities can be flimsy and overly technical with specifics Update: In recent days I've been unable to access messages on my Android Phone. I get a pop up notification but the messages tab is always blank and doesn't show anything
After I verify my credentials why does the system keep saying Error! Something went wrong during the authentication process. (My credentials are correct because it is working fine on my Iphone)
App wasn't working and kept sending me multiple notifications except when I go to read them there was nothing there so logged out and back in,then home page showed nothing except punch in and out button so uninstalled and reinstalled and now cannot get back in at all
It's so annoying I keep having to do a security check every time I try to login and I don't know why but it won't let me log in on my phone I just keep getting some error even though I have put my password right it app stinks don't make ANY ONE USE IT!!!
it constantly kicks employees out and forces them to reset their password, at our company that can only be done in store. Completely useless for them until their next shift.
What a useless and pathetic app for any work place to use. Never had issues with other apps like this one. Hope employers soon find an alternative that serves the purpose to the fullest. Horrible app !!!
I was unable to login using my email address and password and never received link to reset my password. I cannot locate any support to address my issues.
It works randomly ,sometimes it open and sometimes you have to do it several times answering phone adding symbols it might help it might not .
Sorry WorkJam but you really need to fix your TRASH app. Attempting to clock on and off using the Punch Clock feature is getting beyond a joke. I usually have to empty cache, reset the app and try the punch button at least 20+ times to clock on or off before it finally says Punch Submitted. And if you don't get it done before 9:06pm (for example), then too bad. You'll just have to fill out an adjustment sheet for your shift in order to get paid. Honestly WorkJam, get this issue fixed pronto!
This app is good to use.... When it wants to. Doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or data. For some reason it clocks me out at random times and clocks me back in again at the same time. It loads too long, and makes me late on my punches sometimes, and doesn't like to connect to either wifi or data. Sometimes I have to switch between the two multiple times until I can get it to work. I don't like that it does this, because then I'm not getting my full hours and getting in trouble for late punches.
After the last update I lost the message feature in the app. So it's very inconvenient when I need to message my managers or any of the other employees for anything. Currently while I'm in the building I am "out of range", so I'm unable to click in. Constant glitches. There is always something new happening. I understand glitches and whatever else may happen, but this app directly affects our livelihoods especially if we rely on it for our schedules. Back to physical schedules, more reliable.
Works sometimes Doesn't like to load often, very slow and inconsistent.
Was able to use this site and then all of a sudden can't get into it anymore. Can't get to talk to anyone to help me get in. Unhappy
The only things missing are the ability to request time off and to approve your time card at the end of the pay period. These features would be extremely helpful. Otherwise it works great!
Worst app ever. Bad gateway. Server timout. Inconsistent notifications. Do not understand why companies make staff use these kind of app.
Its great i been using it for 4 years now in my iphonr but i change to andriod the only thing that bothers me is that the notification on andriod dont appears on my galaxy s22 ultra
There are so many glitches with in this app that make shift offers, communication between staff and general shift scheduling a burden.
Seems like a great app... if you can get it to work. Every time I try to log in, it tells me "a recent internet browser is required to continue the log-in process." I've got three different browsers on my phone (Default is Google Chrome), and all three are up to date. Contacted support... they told me to try downloading the android app because they don't support browser use on mobile.... Really, I'm at a bit of a loss, and it's a real shame because it honestly does look like a useful app!
Very annoying app. I suddenly can't find where to view my messages. The place just disappeared. And when I click on my message notifications it just takes me home. I also can't request days off, offer my shift for people to just grab, it has to be to a specific person, and even then it doesn't give me all the options of who to give it to. Crew was so much better.
It worked great in the beginning...now everytime I try to sign in it says something is wrong went wrong with the server authentication. I tried updating it, still not working, tried uninstalling and reinstalling still getting the same response...I know it's not the server, because I can access work jam on the computer and tablet. My phone is samsung 8+, any help would be appreciated!
App is super glitchy. Every 3 or 4 times I open the app I have to do some kind of survey then takes forever to finish loading. I'll get notifications at 2 or 3 in the morning that a change was made to my schedule but nothing is different. Time cards never load either, instead it force closes the app. Only nice thing is that I'm able to see my schedule.
Pretty straightforward app, gives me all the information I need in one place, now i no longer have to copy my shifts manually into my phone. Would be great if there could be an integration with the phone's calendar though, so that my shifts could be aggregated with the rest of my appointments for easier schedule management. I also feel that the app logs off too often.
