Frustrating! Every week I have to uninstall and reinstall because everything disappears. Also, none of the features work and have never worked in the almost 4 months I've had this app. How about a substantial update to fix the issues?
Not very useful. Last time app was updated was 07/18. Really? Website gives more info. On shift is a better app, if only they would use that. This app doesnt show any schedules.
This app is an absolute joke. It's a good thing my employer prints out the schedule because you can't view it half the time. No record of our paystubs either. You cant even view your time card on the app! The website that goes along with this app is just as deplorable.
It never works! Constantly tells me my credentials aren't valid! And it won't let me reset my password or have any sort of access to my account. Beyond frustrating!
app is garbage. doesn't function properly when submitting pto. customer service is worse. you have to speak to someone who takes all your info down and hands it to someone else who you have to explain everything to again.
I absolutely hate this app. It is the worst one I've ever used with an employer. It doesn't give you gross ytd amounts, the app is constantly logging you out and I don't find it to be of professional quality at all.
I use it to check my pay stubs, hours, schedule and ECT but it keeps kicking me out say username and password are invalid which is what I've always used. There are some serious bugs with this app
this app keeps telling me i am in an invalid session then i have to log in again and reset my pin number . also what i downloaded for isnt available. i wanted to see time card info time in/out and hours acrued.
It will not let me in. It keeps saying bad server or alias. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. It worked upon initial installation but no longer works no matter what I do.
When it works, I can only see my pay stubs. I have to create a pin every time AND having to uninstall and reinstall it is a pain. Also, why does it need permission to access my location?
This app allows you to see you paystubs and schedule but that is about all it's good for. It doesn't allow you to request PTO, or see your time card.
I need to use this app for work but it always says the server is down. i have yet to get it to work the whole year ive had it downloaded please fix this.
Cannot log in with app even though I can on the desktop site. This app is trash and isn't reliable when I need it
Only thing it was actually good for was checking schedules and now that's gone! Could never check pay stubs or pto requests

This app is TERRIBLE! When you first download it, it works. But once you close the app, every single time you open it again it does NOT work. I'm so TIRED of deleting this and re-downloading it. I can't access the website through Chrome so this app was my only hope. NOT worth the download. It's not me or my phone either as I have three phones and this app doesn't work after initial download on any of them.
