This app is not working at all, I downloaded ,open it and it just shuts down,multiple attempts with no success. After reading other ratings I see it's not working on Galaxy S7, not a good sign.
Doesn't work. Opening the app takes over my phone and I have to hard reboot it just to be able ti get back tk my home screen. Uninstalled really fast!
Absolute garbage. Only loads opening page over and over. You have to kill it and restart your phone. P.O.S.!
Wouldn't even open on my Samsung S9. Deleted immediately. Not worth the cost...and yes I know it's free.

This app needs serious upgrades. The quality is 10 years behind. Also whether or not the app is even going to work is a major issue. I had to set outside in my car for almost an hour to get into the gym because the app wouldn't open. So I had to wait for an employee to get there, so that I could be let in. As fast as this company seems to be growing, I beg you, please invest some money into this app before you lose customers to LA Fitness just because your app is 1st generation quality.
App doesn't work. Stand outside beg people to let me in. It's embarrassing. Probably join different gym next time.
App is not supported on Samsung S7 edge. Used to work, but now nothing. It's not too much to ask, for this to be upgraded.

Absolutely terrible. I have the latest version of the app and like so many other people I get a message that says this app version is no longer supported. This app was never very impressive to begin with but now it's completely broken. Come on Contraption developer team you had one job. ONE JOB. SMH... What a disgrace!
Upgraded app to latest Aug 2017 version...and now when I open the app it says "App version is no longer supported"....really? So what should I upgrade to, since I have the LATEST! POC. How do I get into the club now? Oh yeah....gotta now carry around the little keychain thing. Nice. You guys can do better. Please do better.

The current version of the app crashes on loading, and immediately reloads - you have to be fast to force it to close. Verizon Note8, fully updated.
