I mean it's verry low tech but it's still awesome. I love that it is totally customizable so you can do the workout you need. I have back problems so I have to mod my routines. I can't do some moves at all. But you can switch them around whenever you want. 10 reps, ok. Next time 30 reps ok, it's your choice. No obtrusive ads!😃 which is a MUST for any app. Period. So that's great. All in all, I really appreciate this app. I looked at their other ones, too. No nonsense. Thanks!!

Previous version was awesome and I saw great results. Had to get new phone and it updated the app. This version is garbage: timed vs reps, some exercises are on dangerous side(you can injure yourself), poor flow from one to the next, etc. I wish there was an option to choose which version you want to install.

I've tried a few apps & I think I actually like this one over all. Doesn't make me watch a video before each exercise & that's great. The less ads the better. It repeats the same exercises like sets and reps of sets are always the best (as opposed to doing an exercise one time & being dry one with it)

The app is great and has a full range of home exercises for my spouse.. But the ads are annoying, and there is no option to remove ads.. I'm ready to pay, please bring back the remove ads option.. Waiting for your reply

So far so good. Doing it as a beginning so nothing too hard, a good pace to start but you can chose for it to be harder which I think is a good extra. The animation demos are good.

Great app. Keeps me motivated! Very doeable for newbes, lazies, moderate and hardcore doers! Can also create your own series of exercises. And all this at no charge. There is another option to pay for more awesomeness but right now the free option is good for me. Not a crazy pop.up ad app either which is fabulous!!!

The app was great until the voice over changed. Why did the counting voice suddenly change to both man and woman? It's confusing and totally messed up my workout session today. At least leave users with the choice to pick what voice they want in their ears. Now I'm going to have to stop using it.

It has scheduling options and the video plays while an animated voice let's you know time. No need to stop to push buttons and the voice gives half time notification.

The first time I used this app would have been in either my junior or senior year and this app worked AMAZINGLY for my goal. The only reason why I couldn't continue it was because at the time I didn't have a job so I wasn't able to pay to continue it but now that I have a job and I'm doing it again I would gladly pay to continue!!! My goal is to build up my muscles enough to hopefully join the U.S. Military!!!

I love this app, started using this when the pandemic hit and we went into quarantine. I definitely notice a difference in my physical fitness and health. I don't mind the ads but recently in the past two weeks when I try to open the app to start my exercise there are certain ads that prevent me from actually starting the exercise routine. I've tried clearing the app cache and then shutting down my phone, that seemed to work. Now that tweak isn't working. Not sure what happened. Need fix.

I've really enjoyed the app, love the current settings where it is a constant reminder to drink water throughout my day in my notifications bar, but also that I can adjust the speed of how fast I perform each "position"/circuit form. My only thing that would be nice is if you could set the whole work out speed, not just the individual moves, but otherwise, NO COMPLAINTS! Love it!

This app is really great! Really gets your sweat going! Took me a while to get used to the timer for the repetitions (the app counts for each exercise, whether it's number of repetitions or seconds), but otherwise, I love the diversity of exercises they have in their workouts. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to get a good workout going at home!

Simple, easy, fast. Worth trying! I only did 1 workout but enjoyed it, & that it tells you the general calories you'll burn. You can skip, pause, or add time when it's "resting" time between exercise.You can choose the level that you start at & target areas/goals. The app isn't overloaded with ads, & you can pair it with Google wearable items; I don't have any so I can't comment on that aspect. I wish they had you stretch or warmup/cool down before & after but users can do it on their own. 💪💪

This is a great app, which helped me loads with my muscle training! This is very refreshing in the morning to wake up your brain. This is a fun and easy guide for sports, and you can choose specific areas to work on, looking at your improvement areas. I really recommend this app to anyone who needs help with or loves doing fun and easy to explain sports activities!

It's really effective and easy to use. Plus, unlike other workout apps, you don't have to pay to use this one. They also provides individual workouts for different focus areas of your body as well as stretches that can be done in the morning after you wake up and at night before you sleep. The ads aren't troublesome as it pops up rarely or after you finish one workout which isn't so bad. Overall, it's an amazing app!!

I love that the app is not flooded with ads. And if it does, it is only for a very short while. I love the display and easy navigation. It has this good timely reminder and simple diary to keep track of your workouts, which i like coz it keeps me going and my goal is to keep myself moving. Overall, its pretty good for some1 like me.

Loving this app!! I mean, I just started using it and it's been a week. Haven't seen any results (of my weight) but definitely feeling the burns and my muscles building up. Some workouts that are categorized for beginners are a little bit too hard, but it gets better by time. Then you can challenge yourself and go into the intermediate workout plan, and so on.

This is an awesome app! The lady's voice alone is refreshing... Not the usual "grate on your nerves" voice. Exercises are area specific and illustrate how to do them before you begin. Also at the end of each session, you have the opportunity to make the session easier or harder depending on how you feel. (too easy? Pump it up. Too hard? Slow it down.) I also like that each day is a different routine/rotation of exercises. Great feeling when you start to sweat. Make the fat scream!

I've used this app for a few days now and I love it!. I don't need to struggle to find workouts from multiple sources so this is super convenient for someone super busy like myself. Definitely a plus that there is multiple languages, different difficulty levels for exercising, target areas, custom routines. The ads are not to annoying either!.

I am on vacation and do not have access to equipment. With this app there are no ad interruptions, clear visually and audibly, and it counts with/for you. Has instruction on the movement if you need it. Day 1 very successful. I am more advanced but started in beginner just to be sure. The beginner level is appropriate!

Great app. Awesome variety. I've already lost a couple of pounds. Only curious thing is that I have it installed on both my tablet and phone but during the exercise sessions on the tablet, the voice counts while on the phone it doesn't. I don't like it, so I would love to stop the audible counting on the tablet. That's my only gripe/suggestion.

I've only been using this for 10 days now and I love the interface of the whole app, from when you open it all the way to the exercises.There's no adds in between each exercise- only at the end which is actually pretty good. There's a water tracker and walking tracker too. Other than the weight loss track plan, there's other workouts targeting specific parts of body. Overall really a great app.

This is a great app! Not a lot of ads, which is awesome and if you get one, they are super quick. I love the workouts, how long each workout is between and love that it keeps track for you and tells you how many calories, etc. Its an amazing workout app and I love that it's free! I love this app. It has easy to follow steps. With no distractions, you can skip or repeat any exercise. There are three types, beginners, intermediate, advance. Which help you progress slowly. I like the reminder and the tracking. It helps you to keep yourself in check. Not just that you can focus on other parts of body as well.

Useful. It really does. It helps me maintain focus and to push more, although sometimes it's hard to keep up, good thing there is a pause botton so instead of missing some you can just pause a bit and continue again.. The voice guide really is a big +, so incase you can't look at the screen you can still hear. I'll update my ratings once im done with the challenge
