Great app for beginners to intermediate, and if you have no equipment. I have been able to stick to doing workouts with this that i think I wouldn't do on my own. The voice guided style combined with a video is very helpful, and you can pause the workout to check your position etc. The timed sets and vocal countdown get rid of the need for an interval timer, the app does all the work for you. It also progresses gradually enough that it's not overwhelming at the start. Would definitely recommend!

I love this app. Definitely geared for beginners, but so fantastic. Good workouts and I have actually stuck to these! I've tried a ton of apps and this is the only one I've actually stuck with. I appreciate that there is no music with the workouts. I'm able to choose my own music that motivates me. Only critic is there is no workout plan dedicated to upper body and it would be nice to have a brief verbal description with each exercise to ensure you know proper technique.

Seems like a good app just completed the first workout and everything looks good. Very long rest times and no option to skip. Workout are relatively easy but I can see how they could eventually build up muscle. I'll be interested to see if i lose weight as advertised but that isn't my priority.

When I first downloaded this app, I did all of the programs over the course of 5 months. (I was doing two at a time). I got really into shape but then life got in the way. This time, when I came back, I had to pay. Although I had to pay, I didnt regret it. It isnt expensive, and the app keeps workouts fun. The voice overs help when you cant look at the screen, and its exciting to see how many hours you have worked out!! The badges you earn are a nice touch! Love the app and it is effective:)

It seemed like the perfect app the first day. Then, I went to start day 2 you have to pay for either 12 months or you can get a 7-Day free trial. However the program I was using was 28 days so, 7 Days won't do much for me. It's really disappointing. This has been so far the only app that really seemed to suit me, as a beginner. I have uninstalled the app and will just have to find another.

I started this evening so have only completed the first workout. No annoying ads (so far). For an obese beginner, the workout was very easy! I found myself carrying on doing the exercises during the rest times. Doesn't feel like ive even done anything but I know it will give me results in due time! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to workout more often (for whatever reason). If it works for me by the time I've completed the plan, I will give 5 stars and I have no doubt this will be the case!

I love it! plenty of plan choices. easy for beginners, i love the badges aspect, very motivational. thanks for the perfect app to get me moving again. this is a perfect addition to the weight loss food plan i am on. ive lost 35 lbs so far with 25 more to go to reach my goal but i needed to add exercise for obvious reasons and this is the one. GREAT!!! THANKS

Awesome! Thank you for this app! It's perfect. I haven't exercised in awhile. This app is great in that although I'm not in shape, the exercise is doable and finish-able . . . AND I got a good workout. I broke a sweat without feeling a broken resolve. I look forward to comparing my starting measurements with the final ones! Blessings!

At first I was sceptical about this app. I thought that, like many others, it would only allow limited options and I would not be able to access many things. I'm extremely happy I downloaded this app and highly recommend it. With visual and audio instructions this app is extremely helpful and I definitely will be using it more! Recommend!

Workouts are doable & 15-20m isn't hard to commit to. Breaks between each exercise are more than enough, if you need or prefer less break time & more workout you can start each exercise 'x' seconds earlier so it's *kind of* customizable. Four stars as the leg work on floor needs at least 10s between them to allow time to adjust and reposition, right now there's zero time to allow for this which means you always miss part of the other leg's workouts.

All vocal commands and "how to" videos up front. I love that I dont have to keep fooling with my phone during the workout to find videos of what an exercise is. That just leads to distraction and wasting time. This app thought like someone actually trying to workout out, not look for videos!

I just started using this app but I like it so far because it has short manageable workouts (starts with 12 mins). Perfect if you're getting back into working out or if youre really busy. I kept working out during the rest periods.

okay just starting the app out, just finished my first exercise. It wasn't overwhelming to start with, but it wasn't too easy either. I can feel my heart race! The videos and voice commands are very helpful. I knew the exercise i was going to be doing and how to do it! So far I like it a lot!

just finished my first workout. it was great! however, the app won't allow me to get premium! it says a timeout has occured due to poor connection/heavy internet traffic. i stood right next to my router, and im the only one using the internet! id really like to give you guys money. lol

For a real beginner I'm really enjoying this ap I go for my afternoon walk and add in 2 or 3 workouts from the app and I get a nice all round workout! Would love to be able to see what the exercise is before I start, sometimes I don't know how to do the exercise. Otherwise amazing,

It seems like a great app. However, you only get one day free. Then you have to pay. I'm not paying for an app I use at home! I'd pay for a gym membership because there's upkeep and maintenance. Living half an hour from any gyms though, makes that difficult, hence the apps. This is not worth it.

Love that it is a real person. Breaks are long enough that you can continue doing more of the exercise if you don't need all of that time to rest. Fantastic app and workouts. You do sweat. Easy to do two in a row because your not always thinking when is this going to end.

I absolutely love this app. The workouts are easy an I am able to do all of them at home an I love that because I hate going to the gym. The videos are very helpful and easy to follow. Also there are plenty of workout plans to choose from for any part of the body you want to workout.

Love it. Timers are great, and gives you time to understand what is next. Having someone doing it so you can follow technique and timing is really helpful. I am obese with bursitis in several joints, but I was able to follow along. Never felt pushed too far, but was surprisingly winded after the exercises. Looking forward to tomorrow. Just should really find my yoga mat first - not necessary but would be helpful.

Really good the 30 day challenge breaks you in nice and gently. The instructor is a real person and not an animation where you can't tell which arm or leg it's putting forward. Great, great app.
